I had a group of 13 people stay here over Mothers Day weekend. The service and staff were great. The included breakfast and lite fare dinner were excellent. I will definitely stay at a Staybridge Suites again. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is within walking distance of most New Orleans attractions.

I stayed at this location for 4 days while in town for business. At the last minute I considered canceling my reservation and booking at a bigger named facility along with my colleagues. I can not express how happy I am that I did not! It was worth every penny! The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and VERY accommodating. Daily breakfast was a huge plus and to my surprise the breakfast was actually good. They also hosted free happy hours every other day (wine, beer, & finger foods), this w... Read more

I stayed here to go to a convention and added on a few days, so we were here 6 nights total. It was great to get a 2 bed/2 bath room to split with my co-worker. We liked having the extra space to hang out. The rooms are separated enough that she couldn't hear me run the hair dryer (didn't hear noise from adjoining room either). It comes with dishes and silverware, so you can have some meals there if you want (but with all the great food around, last thing I wanted to do was cook). There is a gro... Read more

We stayed at Staybridge Suites when our other hotel was overbooked and could not honor our reservations. The hotel was clean, employees friendly, and offered a free hot breakfast. Parking convenient and security entailed needing to use your key card to enter the hotel after 8:00pm. Within walking distance of Bourbon Street and the French Market. Also I recommend trying Mothers Restaurant across the street the line is long but moves quickly and the food is great.

Stayed here for 4 days. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to French Quarter, just minutes from Canal Street. Literally across the street from Mothers Café, which had a line around the block a few days. Liked the room layout...a full suite with kitchenette, nice tvs in bedroom and 'den.' Room was quiet enough at night, with good beds. The shower was outstanding...good temperature and pressure, perfect after long days of walking. We stayed at Staybridge Suites for a nice couples weekend get-away for Memorial weekend. The front desk associate, Thomas, immediately noted the parking lot was full, no hello or greeting. I asked if I was able to check in and are there any alternative parking lots and only then, did the front desk associate proceed to assist. We stayed a week at the Staybridge Suites. The central location was excellent and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit in NOLA. We had a suite which was excellent for the week. However, there were a few things missing - no cups or mugs to have a cup of tea or coffee. We ended up taking a couple of paper cups from the breakfast room so that we could use the coffee maker. It was a good midpoint between convention center (.6 miles away - a nice, safe walk through Warehouse district) and French Quarter (a little further). Really enjoyed our stay here as our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Located in the business district, this hotel is away from the busy Bourbon street but still has some atmospheric bars and good eats located close by. We felt very safe here unlike MANY of the surrounding streets off the main drag. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which was sufficient albeit lacking in choice for hot dishes. There is a reasonably priced convenience store in the hotel lobby and complimenta... Read more

Stayed here to attend a trade show at the convention center. It was a very nice place, the lobby was no big deal, but the rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is a pretty good walk to the convention center, just have one of those guys with the bicycle take you over, it's much easier. The breakfast was very good, never got a chance to enjoy the hospitality gathering down stairs an night. Harrahs Casino is just a short walk if you like to gamble.

The room was clean, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the hotel has a wonderful hot breakfast, that you might not find at most hotels. Myself and a friend booked a suite, in which, it had a living room, bedroom, and kitchen area, which had a full sized refrigerator, two burners, a microwave and dishes.

Overall, I thought this hotel was located in an absolute perfect spot for someone like me (not too close to the chaos of Bourbon street but close enough to check out what New Orleans has to offer without a need of a car) The only downside I didn't like about the hotel was the location of the indoor pool located on the main floor.. I didn't use it as it feels way too public and I prefer a pool to be located in a more private floor/level. Everything else that you would want or need from the hote... Read more

This is a nice hotel about 0.7 miles from the French Quarter. Rooms are nice and spacious, with a stovetop, microwave and fridge. I stayed in room 1500, and wifi service was very spotty. It must have been the location of my room, because it worked in I had no wifi problems in the lobby. All staff members I spoke with very super friendly and helpful.

Our group of 4 women spent 3 nites in the 2 bedroom suite. It was a great experience, can't say enough about the hotel amenities, comfort and service. Each bedroom had 2 comfortable double beds, TV and its own bath with ample toweling. They were separated by a living area furnished with a sleeper couch, chair, TV, side tables, a dining room table and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, range top and microwave. The suite is spacious and comfortable and very clean. There is a nice hot breakfas... Read more

While on a business trip in August of 2016 I stayed at the hotel, my first impression of the hotel was great the location was excellent the rooms are spacious and also offer a kitchen but like grandmother and mother always say everything that glitter is not always gold. I awoke one morning and discovered bed bugs in my bed (suit #404 double queen) I went to the mirror and observed several markings on my entire body this is to include my buttocks and my male private area. For those who don??t k... Read more

This is a great option to stay out of the main craziness of the french quarter, but still staying close. The parking situation was not great. You have to pay, and our huge van did not fit In the attached parking garage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and have full kitchens in it. There is water and coffee available all the time in the lobby and there is a great included breakfast.

Good location, close enough to French Quarter to easily visit, far enough away to not feel the vibe, easy access to trolleys, rooms are clean, small kitchen, felt very safe, very clean rooms and staff were all very friendly and helpful with all questions and the providing of directions (as is true for all the locals in NO). Also close to convention center, WWII memorial.

Stayed here for a night between exiting a cruise Sunday and flying home Monday. The room was great. The only small issue we had was with the info my wife found when she booked this. It said the hotel was in the French Quarter while it's really about two blocks away from the French Quarter (Warehouse District maybe?). No problem as it was a pleasant walk through a nice / safe area. They have a nice continental breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Super location and secure. Hotel has its own garage. Does cost extra but nice to know car is safe and next to hotel. But beware of going up ramp in garage. Do not go straight up, turn and park or car will bottom out scraping concrete. No warnings. Helpful staff and good food. Walking distance to Harrah's. Would definitely come back.

Not in the French Quarter but close enough. Very clean, great services. All suite hotel so the rooms are big. Good price. Good location between the French Quarter and warehouse district easy walk to sites in either direction. Nice laundry room with lots of free machines. Very small pool but who goes to NOLA to swim in a hotel pool? Breakfast was okay, got you primed for the day. One of the Cafe Du Monde's is a couple blocks away anyway. Primary problems will be with your other guests. First nigh... Read more

They put a lot of stuff into small spaces and there was the case of wasted spaces. We booked our nights online and we made sure to get a suite (meanings can vary). We are use checking into hotels that have the main room separate from a living room with a pullout bed. They are also called studio rooms. Well we paid $159 for a suite and when we got there they said they didn't have any available. We had already prepaid so we fought for the room we had requested. Then parking was $40 per day and it ... Read more
