Staying here currently. Location is very good. Rooms good standard. Returned to hotel at 10.30 to have a beer and a coffee before bed. No coffee available. Not impressed from a hotel of this standard. Manager basically rude....said he couldn't fix the machine! It's been broken for a month! Come on Sherston. ....sort it out. Also WiFi is free in the lobby but you have to pay to get it in your room. What is that all about? Stayed in the Sherston Memphis last week. Hotel and service fantastic by ... Read more

This hotel is huge. I attended a weeklong conference here. There were several other events going on at the same time but the staff handled it beautifully. Daily lunches, multiple rooms with multiple meetings at the same time all handled seamlessly.

Spent 3 nights here for business I was on the 44th floor facing the river, amazing view from my king room, the room was clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff where pleasurable to speak and work with, their attentive attitudes are a great asset to the business. My only gripe was they close their entrance on Canal street after 10pm which is annoying!

Great hotel located in a great spot, just a far enough distance from Bourbon Street. Stayed on level 41 offering a great view towards the casino. Rooms were well sized and clean, vending and ice machines on every level. Room service was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This was a jumping off point for trips into the Quarter, Marigny and Garden District. Can't be beat! Only downside is that lots of conferences choose this hotel and others around it. Prices can be high.

I cannot say enough great things about this property! First of all the location is the BEST does not compare to any other around. The property itself is so complete we spent many nights downstairs at the bar after dinner and actually decided to celebrate NYE downstairs. The staff was spectacular particularly Taylie who spoke to me as if we were lifelong friends. Our every need was attended to and every accommodation made to make sure our first visit to New Orleans was memorable. The trainin... Read more

Just stayed at the Sheraton on a 4 day trip to NOLA. Hotel was great and the staff was amazing. We ate in the bar and the food was great. The location is good. It was a very short walk to the french quarter and other local attractions. My only negative was that our floor was dirty. We were on the 19th floor and the hallway was always filthy, there were even dirty glasses that were in the hall our whole stay. I feel like housekeeping needed to do a better job on that common area. Otherwise everyt... Read more

In town for a week of business meetings. First- checking into the hotel on Tuesday and there is no power, no water, no bathrooms- but you got two nifty glow sticks to sit in your room- with no AC- for the evening. Second- Forget getting documents or packages being sent to you. They don't go to the hotel and to your room so you can pick them up before or during your meetings. They go to the Fedex/UPS office by the lobby...where you pay $10 per package for you to get your own materials. IF- ... Read more

A "relaxing getaway" this was NOT! After working overtime for days in preparation for a conference at this hotel, I arrived in hopes of being able to rest at the end of the 10-14 hour days that I worked during my 5 day stay at this Sheraton. I needed my room to be a safe, clean, comfortable refuge. Instead everything looked and felt grimy: the bed coverlet was wrinkled and had stains on it as did the armchair. A drop of what appeared to be blood was on a pillowcase. The room was VERY dusty. I d... Read more
