I stay in Marriott hotels 4-5 nights a week. I prefer the "Autograph" collection because I like the trendy vibe. However, this hotel is very odd...First of all you literally feel like you're walking into a bar as you are checking in....the hallways are very dark and the carpets are so filthy in the hallways. The room was like the size of a closet...surprised as a Platinum Elite I wasn't given an upgrade to a slightly larger room. The bathroom was strange too....just a shower head, tile and a sho... Stayed here for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday. First positive was the valet who told me I'm better off parking my car in the parking garage across the road and save my money. I think this must have been the first time and it was a pleasant welcome to the hotel! Check-in: Was a bit apprehensive when I was sent to the other side of the road to find my room but it was nothing to be concerned about as the room was spacious with a huge nice bathroom. Bed was wonderful and the room was equipped wi... Read more

The absolute best place for the start of the Rock & Roll Marathon. Very comfortable beds. Good security at door entry. Limited food Menu. Small bathroom and no 'extra' toilet paper! Street noise, but that's everywhere in downtown NO. Good location to Bus and Trolley stops.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in June 2016. Our first impressions were really good. Reception and the bar area were stylish, check in was smooth and our room was modern and attractive, if fairly small and looking over a car park. We paid $145 per night plus $38 per night to valet park for a King room. The floors are wooden which is very nice however we could hear next door moving around and our floorboards creaked when they moved. Similarly there was a gap under the doo... Read more

I'm sorry, but we wouldn't return to this hotel if we were to go back to New Orleans. Though the industrial design is "cute", the rooms are just way too small, especially if you're travelling with luggage (there are no closets!). Lighting in the bar/restaurant and hallways was also quite dark, and the common areas didn't seemed to be kept very clean at all (trash on the floors in the hallways which wasn't picked-up for hours, etc.). The bar/restaurant had a small selection of food, but it was ... Read more

Great comfortable location with access to all the major attractions/transport. The bed is comfortable, WiFi is reliable, and room are clean. The rooms are small. The staff is nice and helpful, especially at the Front desk. The queen side is the bar and the Crescent side has a great lobby for working or relaxing. The playlist for the lobby music is amazing.

The Queen and Crescent Hotel is an Autograph ( Marriott) It is located within a old and very historic building in NOLA. The building kept the character of the old building but with all the new and trendy vibe. The hotel lobby and bar is very cool and welcoming. The rooms are nice and plenty of room. The bathrooms in the room are updated with new features but can be a bit small compared to other top end properties. Overall, I would stay here again.

I loved this place the moment I walked in. When planning our trip to New Orleans, we came across this place and were blown away by the photos, but had hope that it would live up to them. Well...It did. Very cool vibe in this place. When we first stepped off of the elevator going to our room, it was actually kind of spooky, which I loved! I wanted that whole feeling of something being old and potentially haunted. Not sure if this place has any kind of haunted history to it, but I sure looks lik... Read more

This hotel is convenient to all your needs. Only 5 minutes to the french quarter and convenient to get cabs or uber if needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting for a few days and like to walk the city. The breakfast was extremely delicious and drinks good. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.

This hotel is well appointed, with great rooms, great location, friendly staff and a nice bar and restaurant to boot. There was a problem with my booking, but the staff made it right, and even upgraded us for no extra charge. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only minus is that the rooms weren't very clean after housekeeping left (sinks weren't wiped down, empty glasses not taken away.)
