Worst customer service. I booked this hotel through Travelocity for $350 per night. The hotel website showed $159 per night for 4 people. There was 4 of us and when I checked in, the hotel charged us $20 extra per night for the 2 extra people. Even though their website showed $159 for 4 people. They didn't care. I told them how much I had already paid to Travelocity I called Travelocity to no avail to get a refund or price change. Talking to these people is like talking to the wall. Do yoursel... Read more

Nice Hotel in The French Quarter. The rooms are quiet, nice and clean. The Hotel is close to many great Restaurants and other attractions. We have stayed here several times and on our next trip will stay here again. They also have parking.

Prince Conti is in a good location for those whom wish to hit up Bourbon St and areas in the Quarter, the breakfast was EXCELLENT in my opinion with friendly fast service every morning at the cafe on site, and I loved their grits too. The rooms are kept clean and beds are very comfortable (we had two in our room). Rooms are small there so ask about spacing if you are concerned, but we lucked out and got a very nice large room on the first floor across the hall, BUT I have to say, I was visited b... Read more

One picks many reasons to decide where they stay, and this one has "Location". Yes, the hotel is older but well kept. Our room was clean, maid service was excellent. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is only 3 stories and our suite was interior and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, something you rarely see nowdays. On location they had Valet Parking @ $36/day (standard New Orleans). Breakfast on site but no room service. Also Bar/Restaurant on site, Bombay Club, with great prices a... Read more

The staff at the Prince Conti are very professional, helpful and friendly. We spent 2 nights at the hotel in April and had a wonderful time. The hotel is older, but it's very charming. Our room was an interior room, no window, however, we had a skylight to allow lots of natural light in. (plus, we weren't hanging out in our room very often, so no view wasn't exactly a deal breaker) The hotel is about half a block off Bourbon Street, so restaurants and nightlife are within quick walking distance...
