My family and I were here for a first time visit and we could not have been more pleased. The staff was great especially Charlene at the front desk. She was always so pleasant and showed my family wonderful southern hospitality and I am so thankful for her and her help. We will be returning and this will be our home away from home. Thank you! There are many hotels near the New Orleans airport. This is a few minutes off the main highway. It is very quiet at night. There is on-site dining; breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Despite its remote location, the hotel is very popular. The parking lot was completely full at night.

I stayed in many Hilton Hotels, by far this was the worst experience I had.. there was a lot of room for improvement. The furniture in the rooms were old and in need of a paint coat. Hallways also looked old and in need of some repair. Overall I felt I was in a budget hotel..

For the price, I can do better. Our AC didn't work half the time. Most hotels in this price range provide a complimentary breakfast. This hotel is proud of their breakfast...overrated. It is nicely placed near a casino and the lake, but the value isn't there.

I stayed here 3 nights on a business trip in June. Boy, oh boy was it HOT. The hotel was a short drive from the airport and the folks couldn't have been more pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable and COOL. We had drinks and breakfast in the hotel and service/quality was great. Not a single complaint or comment on this one. I will say for those that might be concerned that I had a room on the flight pattern side of the hotel and was never bothered even once by noise.

This hotel is furthest away of airport hotels in Kenner. Great location if attending event at Pontchartrain Center or want to eat/gamble at Treasure Chest casino. Food for breakfast and dinner is decent but there are restaurants and fast food locations nearby. If you're into beignets a Cafe du Monde is in town. Has mini fridge, microwave & single serve Keurig. No safes in rooms. Housekeeping needs improvement - missed some rooms in our party.

We were a little disappointed that this hotel was so far away from the city. We decided not to rent a car b/c we thought the airport location would be convenient for us. As it turned out, the hotel shuttled us to and from the airport but we had to use a $40 cab each way to get downtown. Rooms were nice enough, I guess. The only place to eat breakfast is at the hotel. We spent an unexpected night at this Hilton Garden Inn in Kenner. Our AC at home was dead and we needed a cool relaxing place to spend the night. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. This is a decent property, in a nice location, with a good team of people, but it is let down by the housekeeping crew. Cooked breakfast is nice in the morning (free if part of your room package), there's plenty of free parking, complimentary WiFi and the amenities meet the usual Hilton standards. It appears that this hotel used to be something else or the hotel is just not kept up to Hilton Garden Inn standards. The bathrooms look very old and REPLASTERED. Will not stay here again because of this.

Digital check in an OUTSTANDING option! Loved using it to select rooms and ensure we were checked in when we ended up running late. Hotel has AMAZING curb appeal, ambience, and guest amenities! All staff VERY welcoming, friendly, and professional. Guest room was gorgeous! However, bed was hard, pillows lumpy, A/C did not cool room well, and bathroom door kept sticking/hard to open. Only other issue was key cards kept deactivating. Will likely be back!

The rooms are really beautiful, hugh surface. Clean of course. Two queen beds of superb quality, a desk. Coffeemachine included.Luxury bathroom. Luxury lobby. Swimming pool present. Restaurants at walkable distance. Located near to the sea, although no beach. Staff was kind and helpful. Shuttle to airport, exact on time; included in the price. We recommend this hotel.

This was the last stop for a bus load of baby boomer nurses after we hit the road in Houston. We have been disappointed everyday with the choice of hotels the tour operator have given us everyday. Not so The Hilton Garden Hotel.. It was the anchor hotel for the Treasure Chest Casino i Kenner, LA. The Hotel stood alone in an open field of once flooded plains devastated by Katrina. The casino stood on the water beyond the newly built dike. A shuttle provided reliable transport to hotel guests and... Read more

This was a memorable trip as our group had a great time & we felt like champions (most in older years of our life). We worked hard in earlier years, & we felt so good staying in Hilton Garden Inn. I will recommend to our children & friends. Unbeatable. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for a relative's wedding. The grounds are beautiful and the beds are comfy. Close to the airport but a little far from the tourist attractions. Plan on renting a car. The fitness room is well equipped, pool and jaccuzzi have lifts for those with mobility issues. I'd never seen that before at a hotel.

Good little property with a very friendly staff. Not much to to do in the area but there is a great walking/running trail outside the front door. The trail runs along Lake Ponchatrain. There is a casino next door as well. Have fun.

Slow service or no service. They're always under staffed. Old and weird smelling rooms. They don't complete tasks as asked like housekeeping or fixing bathtub drainage issues. The shuttle bus driver is also in housekeeping. So you can imagine how long everything takes to get to and from the airport and to get housekeeping service or supplies.

Great location. Staff were excellent. We rented three rooms and discovered cockroaches in two. The shuttle service from the airport was easy to access. The rooms were okay except for the bug experience.

Now of course if you just need a place just to lay your head it is fine..... It seemed that they were updating some of the rooms and my brother in law said that he seen one roach in his bathroom. This is not a good thing for a Hilton type property. My room was fine no usb plugs in the room a/c was good. Thy had a full breakfast for $12.00 it looked nice eggs cooked to order and turkey sausage...a plus.

Moved here from the French Quarter because we had an early flight to catch the next morning and the price was right. While my stay and room wasn't as disastrous as it could've been, there was one huge problem with the room that I can't overlook. So this place has those awful motion sensor air conditioning units. Usually Hilton properties have the Inncom brand thermostats which are easy to override to a VIP setting (just Google it) so you can disable the motion sensor and keep your room cool. Th... Read more

Looks good at first. Nice location. Close to airport and includes airport shuttle. Close to casino, walking distance. Nice staff, attractive lobby. Room looked ok at first. Horrible mattress and pillows. very uncomfortable. Our shower had some mold between the tiles. Morning coffee in the lobby not worth trying a cup.Disappointed on this choice for our last night in New Orleans.

The property is nice and convient to airport but the air did not work and neither did the TV. When notified I was offered a free breakfast buffet that I was not able to accept due to timing. Receptionist was very non chalant bout my complaint.

Easy check in and check out. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was perfect. Clean and well maintained. Quiet even though right by the airport. Didn't take advantage of the restaurant or bar but it looked busy whenever we walked by. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Not only was the service awful, but the cleanliness of the hotel and our room was non existent. Upon arriving in a city and state we've never visited, we called the front desk requesting the shuttle to pick us up and asked where to go. The front desk agent simply said across from the taxi pick up. Okay, that's where we were, are you saying the island across from the taxis, where the shuttles are? Yes was the answer received. 30 minutes goes by and nothing. Upon calling back, I was welcomed wit... Read more

Chose this hotel for free airport shuttle and 7 day free parking. Drove over from Mobile prior afternoon. Easy check in. Close proximity to decent restaurants. Checkout 12:00 pm is good too since we had an early afternoon flight. Hubby thought bed was hard. Rude early morning noise in hallways. Cannot blame the hotel on that one though. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is as far from downtown as possible. I am not happy to find roaches in my bathtub. I am less satisfied that on telling the desk clerk that she could seemed as though she could care less. The place is scummy.

I found hotel to be unfriendly. some of the workers were snooty the staff (maids, maintenance) were so much friendlier. We had a problem with the upstairs room being noisy all night and reported it but nothing was resolved so we didn't sleep well for 2 nights.

The vibe of this hotel is very nice. But there was a problem.. keep reading. The reason I booked this hotel was for one night since we had a very early flight on a Sunday morning. I'm also a Hilton honors members and they were giving 5,000 points for booking with their app So I booked a Saturday night stay. At this hotel you can leave your car, take their shuttle to and from airport and not pay for parking. You pay either way but this way you don't have to get up sooo early to drive from Baton...
