The hotel is so close to the airport that we dropped our rental car the night before we were to depart to save time in the morning and just walked back to the hotel. The only con is that there aren't many restaurants within walking distance but there was a waffle house?? restaurant in the complex. Staff was very nice too.

Stayed here one night to catch an early flight the next morning. Check-in was quick and easy, our room was clean with a great view of the pool, and the staff was awesome- they even mailed a postcard for me! There's a bar just off the lobby with a friendly bartender, and its attached to an IHOP if you're craving pancakes. The airport shuttle was so helpful in the morning, arriving as soon as we walked into the lobby to check out. Even though it's adjacent to the airport and the main road, I was a... Read more

We did choose the hotel because of its location near the airport and reasonable pricing. However; once in we were amazed about the condition of the building, old and not well maintained. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoking so we insisted on a relocation which was done. The pool looked dirty, lots of sand on the bottom.

I am a paraplegic and reserved an accessible room. It seemed like a regular room with a shower bench next to the tub. I was unable to roll under the sink in the bathroom which is one of the reasons I reserved the room. I have no problem using the shower bench but if a quadriplegic needs a roll in shower they do not have one. Again I don't believe a shower bench stationed next to the tub makes the room I reserved "accessible for a wheelchair user of which I stated during my reservation".

This hotel is literally across the road from the airport. You could walk it (as I did when I returned the rental car) but they have a 24-hour shuttle bus. The hotel does have a slightly seedy feel to it but the rooms are perfectly adequate and there is a swimming pool (though this is likely to be populated by annoying types and shouty kids). Again, you get what you pay for. Do not expect the Hilton (that is next door). There is a bus service (E2) from the airport or outside the Hilton (near the ... Read more

Pros: the hotel is right across from the airport. You can actually walk to the airport. The staff are nice. The price is good. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the airport. Cons: The carpet is dirty There was a dead cockroach in the room, a living spider, and a flying bug! Would not go there again.

It was very disappointing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but the hotel was rather dirty. The lobby area was actually the only clean place, I should have just spent the night there. I didn't feel safe, doors would lock but it seems too easy for someone to try and break in. The room was stuffy(I use my rescue inhaler quite a bit through out the night); and smelled as if it was locked up for awhile or wasn't cleaned prior to last guess leaving. Stayed here for a quick stop before a cruise. It's pretty much what you would expect for an airport motel, and just fine for an overnight visit. Our room didn't have toilet paper, but they brought some up pretty quickly. Not so with towels the next morning, though. We needed an extra, but it never arrived. Check out the towel situation when you arrive and request extras early. The motel is super close to the airport and catching the shuttle was easy. It's a good, low cost option for an overnight... Rooms are definitely in need of a remodel. Ou room on the 2nd floor seemed pretty clean, but even though carpet was dark you could see several stains so that was kind of icky. The popcorn ceiling had multiple patch jobs all over it, and didn't help at all in how the room looked overall. A/C worked great and the pool is fairly nice. The Hotel was very close to New Orleans Airport. There is free transfer to and from the Airport. The room was old but ok. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. There was free parking. The Wi-Fi worked well. They let you keep the car in the car park for $7 a day whilst travelling. There is no breakfast which is a disappointment. The room was very close to the workers and you could here the noise in the morning.

This place is really old and in a need of tearing down and rebuilding. No fixing this place up. That being said it was a place to lay my head down on a clean bed. I flew out the next morning. Shuttle service to and from airport was just fine. Staff was some what courteous.
