We stayed while we were there for a convention. I found the location to be a short walk to the convention center and Riverwalk mall. The beds were super comfy. Everyone was very friendly. I added on breakfast as a package and loved the food at the bistro. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

The rooms are awesome with free cocktails and cookies from 5-6. Each room doesn't have a microwave, but it never become an issue. There is a microwave by the ice machine. The servers at the Bistro were nice, polite, and quick especially Lisa. The hotel is near the French Quarter and the Convention Center. I have no complaints, and would come back, definitely.

I cannot say how much I appreciate all the ways Courtyard helped us out on our recent trip to NOLA. I was there with a group of 36 high school students. They made sure that we had everything we needed: storage for props, use of a room to practice, a helpful staff. They literally took care of us while we were there. Just having these things taken care of meant a lot to myself and the other chaperones. Hotel is very convenient to the convention center, trolley, riverwalk shopping. I would highly r... Read more

We have stayed in this hotel before so I had a good idea what to expect, friendly front desk staff, a nice clean room, comfortable beds, quiet, etc. we had a great room that opened onto an area near the pool and it was wonderful. They have added valets since my last visit, and that was a great thing! Self parking in the small lot there was always difficult. We were especially impressed with Ronald, he was conscientious, pleasant, and polite, even though it was very busy and very warm! We look fo... Read more

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the service I received from Shanique the restaurant staff. Shanique was very friendly and went out of her way to assist my family and I. The only downside to this hotel is the daily parking fee. I am from a tourist city and never do the hotels charge guest mandatory parking fees. That is the downside to staying at this hotel (and some of the other hotels in this part of town). Hotel is in a great location, if you want to be near the French quarter but not submerged in the craziness of the night life. Hotel was clean, spacious, and the room smelled so good upon us walking into it. On our nightstand was a welcome note from our housekeeper. We looked at one s other when we saw earplugs. First night was a great night sleep. Room faced S. Peters Street. Second floor room and we could see everything happening on the street, even a personal parade the next morning. The roo... Read more

The Convention Center Courtyard is located on the site of a previous molasses factory giving it a different look. The location is great for anyone going to a convention or taking a cruise. Our room was clean and appointed well; something you expect in a Marriott property. Props to the housekeeping staff who cheerfully gave me coffee supplies. Like almost every other hotel in downtown New Orleans it is expensive to park your car at the hotel. We parked at the Harrah's garage which was two... Read more

Jameson and Tiara were awesome! Located close to the north end of the convention center. Great renovated rooms and the rest of the staff were great. Would recommend if you're in the area for a convention.

Every employee was helpful but Jameson Warren went above and beyond to help me at the Bistro. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool looked nice but I did not have a chance to swim. The location is great if you are doing something at the convention center.

My mother, cousin and I decided to take a Girl's Trip to New Orleans. We ate breakfast during our stay, and the staff, especially the restaurant team were awesome. Lisa, Rosa, Raquel and Shanique were so kind and attentive. They created a family atmosphere, all while providing great service. I even noticed Lisa helping a guest celebrate her birthday and getting restaurant goers in on the fun. It's always refreshing to visit a hotel where the staff is friendly and the service is A1. Hotel was very well kept, very clean and beds were comfortable. Pool closed at 11pm, which also meant so did the outdoor courtyard area. Microwave and ice machine available on all floors as is a laundry room. Exercise room isn't much, just a few treadmills. As we sat outside in the courtyard, the bistro did allow us to use their glasses for personal drinks. The only available dining inside the hotel was a Starbucks bistro. If you're used to Starbucks pricing, no surprise there. At night, you c... Read more

We stayed 2 days total. On the 1st day we arrived late. Valet was courteous and very informative about the rates for parking and how to get our car. The check in was easy. The room was very clean, we were on the 2nd floor right by the pool, whirlpool, and work out room. It was very quiet and peaceful. On our 2nd day we went to the lounge to order Starbucks. I was here for a conference, everything was very comfortable - and quiet for NOLA! I am a tea drinker and so was disappointed that the rooms don't have tea bags or any milk - even creamer. So, I especially liked the Bistro, where Lisa took care of me every day, opening just a little early all three mornings when I went down, and greeting with a big smile. NOLA is about the people, and Lisa is an embodiment of that.

Located three blocks from the convention center and is the ultra cool warehouse district, this hotel is very convenient to all that NOLA has to offer, without the hoopla of the French Quarter. There is a bistro on site as well as an exercise room and outdoor pool. It's in an old brick building, so it's not a typical cookie cutter chain hotel. The room was huge and ever so quiet. Probably the most peaceful sleep I've had in a big city. Staff was very friendly too! Nice

We spent one night (Sunday night) post-cruise at this property. We were beyond excited to have a room ready at 10:30 AM so that we could drop off our luggage, freshen up and head out for a day of sight seeing. Front desk staff was great. Room was great...until it was time to sleep. We were on the 4th floor facing the river. We returned to our room around midnight after an exhausting day. Climbed into bed and BOOM, BOOM, BOOM. I chose this hotel because it was near to the convention center and had good rates. The room was nice and the hotel is in a great location with plenty of good walkable restaurants. I was very impressed by the friendly staff, especially Jamason and Tiara at the bar. Since I was traveling alone, it was great to have someone to chat with and who treated my like a friend while making very tasty beverages!
