We stayed while we were there for a convention. I found the location to be a short walk to the convention center and Riverwalk mall. The beds were super comfy. Everyone was very friendly. I added on breakfast as a package and loved the food at the bistro. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

The rooms are awesome with free cocktails and cookies from 5-6. Each room doesn't have a microwave, but it never become an issue. There is a microwave by the ice machine. The servers at the Bistro were nice, polite, and quick especially Lisa. The hotel is near the French Quarter and the Convention Center. I have no complaints, and would come back, definitely.

The hotel is walking distance from bourbon street and the French quarter so you will not be far from a good time. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated the service and hospitality of Shanique and Racquel in the café.

I cannot say how much I appreciate all the ways Courtyard helped us out on our recent trip to NOLA. I was there with a group of 36 high school students. They made sure that we had everything we needed: storage for props, use of a room to practice, a helpful staff. They literally took care of us while we were there. Just having these things taken care of meant a lot to myself and the other chaperones. Hotel is very convenient to the convention center, trolley, riverwalk shopping. I would highly r... Read more

We have stayed in this hotel before so I had a good idea what to expect, friendly front desk staff, a nice clean room, comfortable beds, quiet, etc. we had a great room that opened onto an area near the pool and it was wonderful. They have added valets since my last visit, and that was a great thing! Self parking in the small lot there was always difficult. We were especially impressed with Ronald, he was conscientious, pleasant, and polite, even though it was very busy and very warm! We look fo... Read more

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the service I received from Shanique the restaurant staff. Shanique was very friendly and went out of her way to assist my family and I. The only downside to this hotel is the daily parking fee. I am from a tourist city and never do the hotels charge guest mandatory parking fees. That is the downside to staying at this hotel (and some of the other hotels in this part of town). The room rate is pretty reason... Read more

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott booked through This site. It is an amazing facility. The price was low compared to other motels in the area. You do need to use their valet service for a fee and we liked that so our car would be safe. Everyone who worked there was very welcoming and friendly

Hotel is in a great location, if you want to be near the French quarter but not submerged in the craziness of the night life. Hotel was clean, spacious, and the room smelled so good upon us walking into it. On our nightstand was a welcome note from our housekeeper. We looked at one s other when we saw earplugs. First night was a great night sleep. Room faced S. Peters Street. Second floor room and we could see everything happening on the street, even a personal parade the next morning. The roo... Read more

I knew it would be a great stay from the start. Upon arrival, I was greeted with professionalism, excellent customer service, positivity, and a problem-solving attitude. I wish I remembered the name of the associate who checked me in midday on Thursday, July 7. She was phenomenal. All the associates were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. Shout outs to the bartenders at the bistro, the valet/bellhops outside, and the housekeeping that wrote me a note each day. They even leave you ear... Read more

Need a place close to downtown still in a quite area before boarding our ship. PERFECT all of the above. We arrived and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. It was nice to see the manager helping out and greeting the guest. We just knew this was the best place to be. The room was clean and fresh! And, the bar area was a nice place to just sit and have a conversation and snack. Not knowing the area I called the night before to ask some questions Ryan, took time to help me out with all of... The hotels location is pretty convenient, it has a mall next to it and isn't far from the city center. The Front desk receptionist was polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, cleanly served. Special shoutout to Lisa who has always been friendly with us and always knew how to put a smile on our faces ! In general every employee proved to be very efficient. As of the room, it's pretty comfortable, nice and huge.

Calvin and the staff were fantastic! Hotel is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of the Riverwalk, streetcar, great restaurants and around a 10-15 minute walk to Jackson Square. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for places to go and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to NOLA!

We had a great trip to NOLA. We make a monthly trip and have stayed in several different hotels over the past 6 months. This was our first stay at this courtyard. Everything was very clean, the staff was amazingly courteous. Lisa and Cora made our experience at the Bistro feel like we were family! I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

I stayed here with a colleague for a conference held at the Convention Center. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the center, near many restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the French quarter. The rooms were clean and well kept (shout out to housekeeper Dania for going above and beyond!). We opted to include breakfast in our price- and it was absolutely worth it. The food was so good and freshly made, but the staff is what stood out the most. Shanique, Charese and Lisa especially made our stay comf... Read more

This was an ok place to stay-no continental breakfast and the restaurant was crazy slow to use. Parking is stupid expensive and I requested multiple times to have rooms next to each other however they were only able to put us on the same floor not even the same hall. And we were promised a kingside bed and a sofa pull out but only got a king size bed. The beds were very comfy and the staff was really friendly but my biggest request was not accommodated and made a lot of extra work and worry f... Read more

Shanique, at the bistro, always wore a big smile and remembered our coffee order every morning. Nakita, at the front desk, was always friendly and very helpful. She even offered to pick up things for us if we made her a list. We had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here next time we are in New Orleans. We arrived at the hotel late Wednesday night, July 13, 2016. We were warmly greeted by John (the on-duty valet). We were met by Lisa (who was covering a security shift for someone). It was like we had been greeted by a family member. She and the young lady at the desk (I think her name was Secily), offered us information about restaurant and sights to see in the city. When we initially entered our room, we experienced a mechanical issue. This was very quickly resolved and we were upgraded t... Read more

To be honest, I was not excited to stay at a Marriott. My company had booked with Marriott for my last business trip and it had been a nightmare (especially from a customer service standpoint). We were warmly welcomed by Kenya- a smiling, cordial and extremely professional young woman. Although it w... Read more
