The Sheraton was accommodating with its bar and full menu. The room service closes at 10 pm and we found out the hard way. The rooms are spacious, a bit outdated but comfortable. Two queen beds with flat screen television, desk, sitting furniture and closet area. The bathroom was small but had everything you will need. Shower/ tub combination, vanity mirror and sink. It was perfect for a quick stop through Phoenix, but personally I wouldn't stay here for a week long vacation. This hotel has 4 f... Read more

Perfectly clean room and bathroom, well furnished spaces, and a great service from the shuttle service, the employee at the front desk and at the restaurant. Also, a very comfortable bed with white covers and lots of pillows. They turned an unplanned overnight stay due to a flight missed connection into a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very nice, right when you walk in it looks brand new. The staff was very nice as well. I booked through price line for only $55 per night and got 2 queen beds. The room it self was nice, although remodeled you can tell they missed a few details but no big deal. The bed is a little hard but not to bad. I will stay here again. The pool was nice as well, very clean. Overall a great place.

I stayed at this hotel because that is where American Airlines booked me with a voucher after I was bumped from a flight. The hotel is modern, it has an attractive lobby, the air conditioning works well, and the rooms are comfortable and large. It is a good choice for a business trip, as it is about a ten-minute commute to the airport in light traffic. However, even with the freeways, it is a distance from central Phoenix and is closer to Tempe and Chandler. So it depends on where you want t... Read more

This seems to be a rather typical 4-Points albeit with a more compact bathroom than newer incarnations of the brand. The staff is very welcoming and the decor is in good repair. My only quibble was the fact that the corridor on the 5th floor and my room seemed to have hosted a recent smoker(s) as there was a noticeable reek. As the hotel was incredibly well priced, quiet (despite its proximity to the I-10) and has an airport shuttle to boot, I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay.

An excellent place to stay, it is cheap and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are quite a few eating joints around - Mexican, Japanese and others. The offices are close by and the hotel provides free transportation within five miles of radius. Cab services are a little bit of a bummer, they take a long time or maybe it was just during this period. All in all a great stay, really liked the place.

This was my 2nd time here and once again very enjoyable. The room are spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant however is over priced and service is not the best. However the are restaurants across the parking lot that will more than satisfy your taste buds.

I stayed here with my husband and cat for three days in December 2015. We have a family home in Mesa, but when a lot family comes to town we sometimes opt for a hotel. Note this hotel offers an airport shuttle and airport parking as well. They had nice amenities. Pool area seemed more like a resort and less like a hotel. There was a hot tub and even a tennis court. They had a nice breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. Location is central to most ar... Read more

While other hotels offer many of the same amenities in the surrounding area, we have enjoyed their staff while not Haute cuisine, we have had good meals there. Always count on having a good beer on draft, my favorite.

Nice location and nice front desk staff. The beds were very soft and the rooms were also very clean. nice layouts to the guest rooms and it includes a balcony! Plenty of parking and different access points to the hotel with is convenient. My only complaints would be the Internet would never connect for either my boyfriend or I so that was a bummer and when we tried watching tv during the day it would constantly cut in and out regardless of the channel.

The rooms were comfortable, if a little worn around the edges. The pool was perfect, even early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was substantial and varied enough to keep everyone in the group happy. Parking was easy. I would stay there during another trip through Phoenix.

I have never been at such a terrible hotel in my life. It seemed like the worst of the worst worked and stayed here. The front desk was terrible and rude. When I arrived they had a conference going on so it was rather loud and busy. The elevator was broken. The lobby was full of dogs. The elevator had animal droppings inside. The stain was there for quite some time without being cleaned. My room was another disaster. The door did not close properly. I had to slam it shut just to lock. I ex... Read more

American Airlines apparently uses this hotel for those of us who are bumped or voluntarily gave up our seats, while we wait for the next flight. I enjoyed my stay here. I thought the room was nice (so glad to see a comforter on it when some hotels are not bothering). The worst thing I can say is that the water leaked out of the bathtub and the wifi wasn't real strong. The staff was friendly. The manager was working in the evening and again in the morning due to someone calling off. Having work... Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in 35 years of traveling by a manager and a front desk clerk. The worst!!!!! I booked 2 rooms on Priceline. Prepaid in July for check in today for my family to celebrate my birthday. The front desk clerk says your card is declined you must pay with another card. I said what??? I prepaid. These rooms were paid for already. My bank account shows they debited the funds on 8/5. I showed them on my phone. I offered my card for incidentals but I am NOT ... Read more

Phoenix has many hotel options and this one may be a surprise for some. While this is not a new building, ti has been renovated completely in the last 2 years and it can meet the needs of many different clients. We were there for a business meeting and had the opportunity to view a number of things: 1. The staff was very friendly and attentive 2. the meeting space was well done 3. Breakfast was fairly priced with many options 4. the guest rooms were well appointed 5. There is a complimentary ai... Read more

Our check in was okay. Not the best welcome faces on the clerks of the front desk but okay. Room was okay too; relatively clean and spacious. My issue with my stay was the customer service from the front desk people, housekeeping, and manager. Issue #1: Problematic House Key. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times to get the key fixed. For some reason it kept malfunctioning. Also, we were a group of three but only given 1 key. (Hmm....) Issue #2: Housekeeping. You really get a lot for your money at this hotel. The room was quite comfortable with excellent bedding. Nice pool, excellent fitness center and even has a salon on-site. The buffet breakfast was good and consisted of standard fare. On site restaurant and bar has a good selection of craft beers. The location is very convenient and centralized to a lot that the Phoenix area has to offer.

Quiet hotel with good access to restaurants. Ample parking, Easy to find and to get to. Menu is smaller but, tried the burger and it was the best I have had in a very long time. "DELICIOUS". Staff was friendly. didn't use many of the hotel amenities as we were in Mesa for a wedding.

In trying to save on this quick trip to Phoenix, I booked my husband and I here. Big mistake. We had a really hard time opening the door to our room, and then after returning after dinner, could not open the door at all. We had to stand in the hallway for almost an hour late that night while the maintenance guy went up and down in the elevator to get different electronic keys to try, without success. Finally, so we could get into the room where our luggage was, a long metal tool was used to open... Read more

Our airline put us up here when we gave up our seats. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The waitress in the restaurant made coffee for my husband when the outdated menu said they had it. We were coming from Albuquerque headed to Palm Desert, California, and made this hotel our stop-over. It was very clean and the staff there was very friendly. The room was large and very clean. It is located only a few blocks away from I-10, which was very convenient for us, as it can take forever to maneuver through Phoenix. Stores are located within walking distance in case anything was needed. I would stay there again.

My review is actually for the restaurant. Stayed Saturday through Wednesday at the hotel. Had the opportunity to eat breakfast every morning at the hotel restaurant, Rustic Cravings, as well as dinner one evening. The standout professional on premises is a gentleman named Jay. This was some other hotel before it became a Four Points by Sheraton. An older place to begin with. The rooms have been redone and are nice, but instead of drawers, they put in cubby holes with baskets. The doors on most of the rooms stuck and could only be closed with great effort. In the bathroom, there was a fan, but it was really old and it made noise, but did little else.
