"The hotel was fantastic..very clean and neat..Coffee shop smelled and tasted great..Our daughters loved the newly remodeled colors...Only a few blocks from the french quarter, resturants, and Bourbon Street if you so desire...The hotel staff and parking attendant were awesome. Very helpful in giving directions to some wonderful places to eat and sights to see. We highley recommend this hotel and will be back..."

"The hotel its self was very nice and clean. It was located in a good spot. Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was a bit small but the was not to bad since it is close to everything.

We did have one major issue. I had a Tiffany bracelet (in the box) stolen from our room. When we asked the front desk they accused us of loosing it elsewhere, but we knew it was taken since it was in a box right on the desk when we left. The box and bracelet were gone. They didn't seem to care and said they if we wanted we could make a police report but they were not going to do anything about. We didn't file a report because we knew it wouldn't do any good, But it would have been nice to know the hotel looked into it and tried to get it back or find out who cleaned our room and approach them even if it accidentally got thrown out or something.

For that reason, i would not recommend anyone to stay since the staff is dishonest and irresponsible. If you do stay i would lock your things away."

"This hotel is very clean, comfortable (beds/pillows), and staff are very helpful and not hard to find. The hotel is in a perfect location to everything. Room was small but very clean and had all you needed including a balcony which I did not expect. Only issue is very thin walls with constant street noise and very loud neighbors. We had a room on second floor which might have elevated the noise level from street. Would go back and stay again."

"The staff was very nice. The hotel was in a good location - one block off Canal. It was easy to get to but away from the partiers. I had requested two double beds and got a queen. Since I was traveling with my grown son, this was a little awkward. Also, after an afternoon of walking, we came back to the hotel to take a nap before the evening and room service had not been there so our room was not freshened and we had no clean towels. For the price, it was a good deal"

"Thanks for a great price! Had a great stay here. Pulled up in front of hotel early quick valet park checked my bags and went to watch football games. came back after hour and half checked into a great room. newly renovated queen size bed flat sreen tv and room safe. room was very clean maid service excellant . The front desk staff and valet were awesome! Coffee shop in lobby was very appreciated in the morning. Been to NOLA many times I would highly recommend this hotel!"
