"Our room had hundreds of ants. We had to downgrade our room at 11:00 at night. With NO COMPENSATION! When we called the front desk, sometimes there was no answer for 20 min. Has to ask twice for some stuff. And they have an elevator (one of two) that's broken, so 8 floors of people are using the one good elevator. They had a dance conference gong on and there were so many little girls trying to play on the elevator that the manager actually was bypassing floors so they could get where they wanted to go. Meanwhile, other paying guests got stuck on their floors. I waited on a floor for 23 minutes before walking to the fourth down the stairwell (no exit on the first three floors) only to end up waiting another 12 minutes there before I got a maid to let me ride down on the service elevator. Thats 34 minutes of waiting just to get to the lobby.The only thing I can say is the food was pretty good in the bar."

"Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Location was not hard to find and not far from the strip in New Orleans. Bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't have any soap in the bathroom, but the staff brought some up immediately!"

"Have to pay for WiFi, its the 21st century, all hotels should provide this free. Additionally had to pay for parking, don't know what the reasoning is behind this except its near the airport. It is a good location, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the value."
