Great location. Easy access on and off interstate. Within minutes of New Orleans attractions. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when in the area. We stayed in a suite with 2 beds and a separate living area with a kitchen. Great views. Felt very safe at this location. Staff was courteous and kind.

Best, Best Western I've ever stayed in. Classy hotel, not what I expected, easy access to restaurants and stores. Outback, Wholefoods Voodo BBQ. Friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms, more like an apartment, thank a hotel room. Lobby is beautiful with glass elevators. Drive to the French Quaters is 10 minutes at best. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay with a reasonable price. Will come back again when in Nawleans.

Need usb accessible, better internet needed and bathroom needed a renovation, we didn't enjoy our tub.. it was so slippery and the shower is terrible.. I think it need to be renovated. However we LOVE the bed.. it was so comfortable and easy to sleep on! Other than that.. the room was roomy and wonderful.

We stayed in a suite at the Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel. It was a really big room. It had a kitchen area with a sitting room. The bedroom had two full/queen beds that faced each other. Fun layout and kids loved it. Updated and clean rooms.

I stayed here to get ready for my wedding & everything was perfect. The rooms were large and if we needed anything, all we had to do was pick up the phone and we got what we asked for. The hotel is in a great area and was a great choice for our out of town guests.

I was excited to visit this hotel, as the photos were very nice. When we arrived, the hotel was very nice. Everything else was a disappointment. I called in advance to ensure they had secure parking. I told the employee that we were stopping through with a truck and a trailer with a very expensive ATV and wanted to know if they had a secure lot. They told me that they had a gated lot. We arrived to find that the parking lot had a fence but no real gate, just an arm that raises up and down. I ask... Read more

It has been over a year since we stayed in this hotel, but another trip to New Orleans found us here again. We no longer take a room in the Annex, which is dingy and in sad need of a rehab. But the Tower is still new and its suites are very comfortable, but they come at a price. Our check in was a breeze, there were plenty of luggage carts, and we were in our room very quickly. Despite being across from the elevators, we never heard a sound. We were pretty happy with our stay until the 2nd ... Read more
