Comfort Suites Lafayette is south of the junction of Interstates 10 and 49, 10 miles from Vermilionville, and approximately seven miles from Lafayette Regional Airport. The nearby Acadian Village is a replica of a 19th-century bayou town, depicting the life of Acadians in southern Louisiana. Buildings in the village include homes, a blacksmith shop, general store, and chapel. Another Acadian attraction is Vermilionville, a 23-acre Cajun/Creole heritage park that contains period homes, costumed staff, and a restaurant serving Cajun and Creole food.

Hotel amenities include the indoor heated pool and complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel also offers meeting rooms and free weekday newspapers.

All rooms feature air-conditioning, cable TV, irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers, refrigerators, free high-speed Internet access, and free local calls.
