This hotel is perfect for a trip to Nee Orleans. About 15-20 minutes away from the French Quarter. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Free shuttle from the airport. Will surely stay again. Give the stag a raise! Lol

Wow - this place was a big disappointment. When we checked in, there were two people sitting at the desk and one loitering around behind them and though I was asked for my name, none said anything further to me for so long I had to ask if there was a problem. One staff member then stood up and went to the other and eventually we were given keys. The hotel is very tired looking, doesn't smell very good, and the only nice staff we met were the drivers of the airport shuttle. During the night a fir... Read more

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel recently. In town for a cruise, its only about 15-20 minutes from the port and conveniently located. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, quiet, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with a good selection, including hot foods. This was our first stay in here, but we will definitely be back when we are win the area.

The surcharge for being close to the airport is intense, but it is convenient, clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport free of charge between 5 am and 11pm. The breakfast is free, and outstanding. The staff are courteous and fairly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel because it was relatively close to the Port of New Orleans without breaking the bank. Because the hotels are busy the night before cruise ships leave and night after they arrive back, this makes getting decent hotel anywhere around the French Quarter and Convention Center area very expensive. So we expanded our hotel search out away from the Port, and found this hotel. Overall the hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine, nothing ... Read more

On a day trip to New Orleans this place was the best priced, but not the best location for our trip. It was a long distance from downtown, where we spent the day. It is located in an area between what seemed like a nice neighborhood and a main street with many commercial establishments. There are several pluses and several minuses, but the best things I can say about the hotel is that the room was large and clean. On the other side of the coin, the front desk was efficient, but we did not receiv... Read more

Nothing to write home about, but clean and comfortable, with quick access to N.O. airport. The king suite had two separate bedrooms, working fridge and microwave. A/C unit was a little noisy but that was my only small complaint. About 15 minutes to downtown New Orleans (in light traffic).

I travel for a living (over 150 nights a year in hotels) and am very picky about what I expect in a hotel. These people do it right. Bed is good, room is quiet, Internet had good connection, food is good and plentiful, including evening reception buffet. Hotel is close to Airport and shopping. It has a pool AND a hot tub. The service crew is busy doing there work, but friendly enough to greet you with a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The night staff at the front desk were amazing. Went over and beyond to make our stay that much nicer. Will absolutely stay again since I'm in the area a lot.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a nice, clean hotel. We were not there much though. Our room was nice, the AC must not have been working real well. It never got cold in the room. The breakfast was good, your usual continental breakfast. There was a happy hour with free appitizers, beverages and beer the Thursday night we go in. That was a nice surprise. Check in was a breeze. All of the staff we came in contact we very nice. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. We would... Read more

Stayed here on Choice points for a softball tournament. The hotel was very very clean, parking was fine. The free breakfast was much better than average. They offered omelets and lots of verity. Staff was very nice. Housekeeping was thorough. We had 2 King rooms that adjoined. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

Decent rooms for the price. Not bad. Offers airport shuttle rides. I recommend it for those who just needs a room just for an overnight stay. A couple Water stains in the bathroom. Cleaning crew cannot speak in english. So that's a downside..

We chose this hotel because how nice the pool was in the picture but the pool is smaller than it appears in the picture... The nice view doesn't capture the exact location of the hotel but overall it's a nice hotel with a friendly courteous staff. The nice spacious room made our stay very relaxing.. I would stay here again..... NICE.....

We were in town for a cheer competition at the Pontchartrain Center. The hotel was crowded with cheerleaders from all over. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was the lack of choices for breakfast. No waffle maker??? That was a first for me. But the hotel was close to lots of great places to eat, including a Tastees Donuts next door! Overall, though, we had a great time and were satisfied with our accommodations. The sitting area gave us lots of extra room. When we come back, we... Read more

Location close to airport is this hotel's biggest draw initially. However, the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are large and clean if a tad bit dated. Shuttle to and from airport is convenient. Close to Interstate makes going to city easy. Very close to major shopping district and restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times. If I did not like it I would not have gone back. Near the airport, but far enough, that you do not hear the planes in your room. The staff is friendly, and has been very helpful in suggesting restaurants. Will stay again while in the area

Our group of 13 got stuck an extra night in the New Orleans area due to the recent Southwest Airlines computer glitch. We were placed in rooms at this hotel. We arrived there via the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle at roughly 7:00 a.m. Rooms, of course, were not yet ready. They allowed us to eat breakfast (which, by the way, was very good) and then hang out by the pool. They expedited the cleaning of our rooms and had them ready by mid morning. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and the price was a steal. The hotel is a little outdated but you can tell they are working on remodeling slowly. The only signs of construction we saw were new carpet padding in the stairwell. It was a very quiet stay and the beds are comfortable. The location to the airport and the shuttle were perfect! There is also a Mexican restaurant located within walking distance, along with some bars, and diners. Overall, we loved it!

The location is right beside a McDonald's in walking distance of other eateries, not far from the airport at all, and near a mall and movie theatre. Breakfast was good! (hot and cold items). It had what I needed and I slept great! #ChoiceMember

Actually it's not too bad but too many flaws to give it 5 stars. The rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast was ok but the same as any others. The services were friendly. The main thing is it's older and needs for refinement. The bathrooms had the regular amenities. It you are a Choice member I would recommend it.

All of the staff were very friendly. We requested a first floor room, which put us right across from the indoor/outdoor pool, which was nice--however our room was also close to the laundry facilities, and I think those two things coupled with typical Louisiana humidity kept our room a little muggy. I don't know if rooms on other floors would have had the same issue. We were traveling with an infant, and the hotel provided a crib--however it was very deep and a little creaky, so when our son w... Read more

Very friendly staff. Rooms are large with a couch, but the sitting area and bed area are basically in the same room and not private. Comfortable bed. Hotel was full but I did not hear any other guests or outside noise, so room seems to have good soundproofing. About 5 minutes from the airport on the free hotel shuttle, but note that the shuttle only runs from 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., which I didn't see indicated on the website.

Good location (easy to find) close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport and several other locations (Casino). My room was ready when I arrived at noon, but had issues with the Wi-Fi so they upgraded my room and the Wi-Fi worked in the new room. Happy Hour was a nice surprise, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly, helpful but not very knowledgeable about things to see and do in Kenner. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Average hotel, with decent location to the airport and city. The room was a good size, if a little dated, and the staff were friendly, and helpful. The biggest issue for us however, was the spotting internet connection. We were traveling on business and needed access to the internet, but found that the connection at the hotel was so sporadic, unreliable, and sometimes completely non existence that we had to actually leave the property to find a connection just to send out a report on our laptop.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites at the airport was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Great breakfast. Not sure I'd want to stay there again.
