This hotel is on the strip mall side of Hammond (not the charming downtown). It is good for those looking for a inexpensive easy stay. The rooms look clean and renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and efficient. The only quibble I have is that the pool wasn't as big as it looked in the picture and it was apparent that it had not been renovated in some time. However, it was in pretty good shape and, most importantly, it was toasty warm... Read more

Very clean and quiet very close to restaurants and other stores. The parking lot is very tight so larger vehicles will have to park across the street or next door. The beds were comfortable and very nice the breakfast area is small but clean and the food was good. It also has washers and dryers for your use.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room with a really good complimentary hot breakfast. The hotel service was great and we will definitely stay there again. Good internet and nice channel selection, the front desk staff is quite friendly and cordial to welcome you and give directions.

After traveling 10 hours, we were so happy to finally reach our hotel. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good with a person cleaning up so others could sit. Located across the street from a cracker barrel restaurant. Very convenient.

Checking in was fast and easy. We had a room on the bottom floor and surprisingly it was very quiet. The bed slept very well. We had a king standard size room. Everything was very clean. The hotel is located near a CrackerBarrel and down the road from a Walmart. If you're in the area it's worth the stay. We will be happy to come back again and again.

Recently stayed here for a baseball tournament. This is definitely an older hotel. It appears that they tried to update it but it's still old and musty. The ceilings are extremely low in the halls, the rooms are ok nothing special. If you are looking for luxury this is definitely not your place. Our baseball tournament was rained out, the kids were just being kids, nothing extreme (as a parent I would not let that happen) and the front desk person said very loudly "this is going to be a lon... We have stayed at this hotel several times while traveling in LA. The hotel is clean and convenient. It's especially nice that the Cracker Barrel is within very easy walking distance. Mr. Patel makes every effort to make sure the guests are comfortable. I can recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. Best Breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! There was real coffee... real eggs..... cheese cubes.... I was impressed, I usually don't eat hotel breakfast. My son left his cell phone in the hotel room after we checked out.... the hotel staff called to let us know and we came back to pick it up. The indoor pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The area was clean and fresh towels were already put out on the chairs. I would suggest having the lo... Read more

I was treated with kindness. The room was to my liking. I was very comfortable. I had got in very late. The front desk clerk was very kind, attentative, she made sure I was taken care of. She was also very formative. She answered all my questions.

I expected more from Comfort Inn. I could not wait to leave. Older hotel that looks it. Carpeting dirty so was inside elevator. Savon not very friendly at all. He put us on the 2nd floor with people who kept up a lot of noise. You can hear everything going on in the hallway. Rooms are not quiet. Food served for Breakfast had been refrigerated, the left over pastries. Breaksfast was not what I expected. Will not be staying again ever. Hampton here I come. Much better

I am a huge fan of the Choice Privilege Hotel Chain so I was very disappointed at my recent stay. Our home was recently affected by the floods in Louisiana so we stayed a week in the King Suite with Jacuzzi. The hotel needs to be updated. The lobby and breakfast area was very nice (and breakfast was wonderful as always) but the halls, room, pool, back door exit and stair ways are all awful. The stairways was littered with cigarette butts and strong smoke smell. The back door stayed propped... Read more

Excellent in every way! I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Hotel is close to all the shopping locations and is easily accessed from the highway. I will definitely be returning next year!

I spent 12 days in wonderful suite while working and assisting the flood damaged area 20 miles away in Denham Springs, LA... my spacious suite with a Jacuzzi was $99 per night for 12 days... I was informed that the suite had been rented but I would be located to like or similar room.... I was moved to first floor, handicapped standard smaller room (no kitchen, jacuzzi, etc.) and it included a little silverfish friend in my sheets... this room would be for $159 for the next 5 days. Terrible.

We came into town without a prior room reservation, thinking that this was a month past from the Baton Rouge area hurricane, and we wouldn't need to call ahead. Well, the area is still dealing with alot of things, and the first hotel we stopped at said they had no rooms available, and that Comfort Inn down the street wouldn't have any rooms available either. We left, and proceeded to stop at the Comfort Inn anyway, and the front desk employees were more than accommodating to us. They "found" ... Read more

Had a business meeting in Baton Rouge that I needed to get to but found out all rooms were sold out there (still) due to the flooding. Thousand+ families are still displaced as of earlier this month (October). Closest room we could find was Hammond & it worked out great. The staff was very gracious & professional. The room was incredibly clean and in great shape. No worn out chairs, mattresses. I normally stay at much more expensive locations.. but this was a great surprise!!
