My name is ANICA . I came here with my husband. There are many things i like most. The site view, the cleaness of this hotel, the service of here, free wifi, testy food for each meal, pool site and many more. I think they are reasonable. People from every class can visit here. Like the Hotel very much .

Me and my wife stayed in the jaccuzi room and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! the room was very big and clean. The staff was very kind and helped with anything i needed. The pool was indoors and temperature was just right. The best part about our stay was the cookies at check in.

Had a great time!!! Was staying for my wedding, the housekeepers bought us extra towels without having to ask, the employee Miles Stevens helped me tote dresses up to my room, and I left jewelry and he made sure it got back to me...found me on facebook!!! Gave me a wake up call and kept calling until i woke up and told them i was up--which i am so happy they did! Would definitely stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was AMAZING! CINNAMON ROLLS WERE TO DIE FOR! & the room was great!

What I will recollect most is the colossal staff they have. They are to a great degree respectful and welcome you by name! The breakfast spread is not too bad and in the event that you are in a race to get the chance to work, you can snatch one of the breakfast to-go prepacked cocoa packs from the front work area! The rooms are great and flawless. I exceptionally prescribe this lodging to everybody.

I made my reservation early, requesting a Handicapped Room. On arrival we were told the Handicapped room available was on the third floor!! My husband could never have made it down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency. Shower/tub was completely inaccessible for him and bed surface could not be reached from wheel chair-too high!! I called the desk asking for extra coffee- and was told sure- but I had to go to desk to pick up, as they were short handed that evening. I spoke with Irene Pierce (manag... Read more

The Holiday Inn to have been gainful for me. Hotel was spotless and charming. Did not see any bugs. I like their organization too specifically. If you have any issues in my room, they caught on. Hotel's room in charming. As I might want to believe it's incredible.

I have been staying here off and on for about a year. With the new ownership the atmosphere is much better. Lantz has always done a good job in the evenings. The morning crew and the kitchen are doing much better since the ownership has changed. I've stayed in a couple of the other hotels in town, this is now my preferred place to stay in Eunice.

This USED to be the best place to stay in Eunice. See my prior 4 or 5 reviews that were mostly 5 stars. This stay was different and quite poor. We were told there was new management. Whatever the cause it is going downhill quickly. We arrived late one evening and they had saved a room to accommodate my mobility impairment - which was nice. We noted the cookie tray where they offer a free cookie in the evening was empty. We were told that they had no more cookies. My wife has Rheumatoid Arthritis... Read more

Our team experience as a whole was ok at best. Upon checking it, one room had the heater on. Another room had no towels or sheets, and the mattress pad that was on the bed was stained with bodily fluids. Another families room was given away and had to be given a room that they hadn't requested. On the first night one family had fire ants in their room. Management didn't believe the mom until she took a video and brought it down to the front desk. They finally moved their rooms. Our room also had... Read more

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn a number of times and I have to say my latest stay has surpassed all my expectations and then some!! Since the new management, every aspect of the hotel is much better!! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Laurie, their new Director of Sales/ Office Manager. She was very professional and friendly, AND so accommodating throughout my entire stay!! And I was able to relax in the cleanest and most comfortable room thanks to Mrs. Celida, the hou... Read more

Traveled with a group and we had issues from the start. One of our group members room was changed from a suite to a regular king room without their consent and when they told them that wouldn't work they wee told they would still be charged. One rims had a non working refrigerator. The pool had too much chemicals in it that you couldn't stand to be in the pool area more than five minutes. The grass hadn't been cut for weeks. Breakfast was the same everyday, but never ready on time and the pancak... Read more

This was a horrible experience. When I arrived the front desk wasn't there for 15 min. They had an emergency which I understood so no big deal. In the morning the breakfast was 45 min late and the guy (manager in training) said that I and others needed to shut up because breakfast was a privilege not a right at his establishment. Mind you, I (and others) were just asking what time the food would be ready and not making a big deal about it.

Everything was excellent from the time I checked in the front staff was the friendliest I have ever met and Lance was incredible he had a fun personality. My room was great and bed comfortable. The breakfast host was very professional as well she would greet all the guests. I think her name was Jaz or something. I stayed here for 2 nights and the only negative thing I have to say is the tournament group staying at this hotel. God those kids are not trained properly. I saw few of the adults... Read more

Great hotel considering there were 5,000 kids running around and wild baseball parents every where. Lol. Nice clean rooms. Manager on duty one night kept the pool open late for the kids to swim after a late game. Good people here. I would definitely stay here again.

OMG...where do I start? We booked 15+ rooms and wanted to pre pay ($4,300) for the hotel for all rooms. They took our money and then tied up an additional $8000 on our teams credit cards. They couldn't figure out how to fix it. We fought the good fight with Rose, the hotel owner and we never could get an answer as to why they added the extra charges since we had paid up in full. Room had moldy pizza in fridge and hair in tub. Rooms were infested with ants. Now I will say Rose did TRY and make th... Read more

The Holiday Inn Express should be very proud of the fantastic employees representing their brand. They were the most welcoming, friendliest, and they truly went above and beyond for me. Laurie and Jenn were especially friendly and interesting to talk to. And if Laurie isn't the manager she should be by her quick and proficient actions to resolve the issues I had during my stay. The Holiday Inn Express is now my place to stay whenever I'm in the area.

Well I will start by saying my room was kind of clean, very dusty. Beds were comfortable and room was very cold. But that's it! I've stayed at several chains of hotels and never issued the problems our 5-6 year old baseball team did! We paid for 12 rooms in full with cash for 3 nights! However, every room had to have a credit card on file and a pending charge of $100 for incidentals (which is understandable) but what they didn't tell us was our cards were still going to have a pending charge eve... Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, we found molded pizza and pasta in our room refrigerator as well as hair and mold in the bathtub and hair around the toilet. One team member paid for a suite and received a handicap room instead. Some rooms were infested with ants. The second night, several of our rooms had NO running water. Team rooms were paid in full with cash and credit/bank cards still had pending room charges for over $700, which by the way was more than wh... Read more

Sometimes it's difficult to find a clean, comfortable and an affordable hotel when you're on the road as much as I am but, for me, Holiday Inn Express in Eunice meets all those needs. Clean rooms (the bed and pillows are top notch), rooms are clean and spacious, (Eleanor - you are a rock star in room hospitality and cleanliness - loved the warm bath towels, thank you ma'am) and the breakfast is a nice touch. We had many family members coming to Eunice for my Great Aunt's 100th birthday celebration. She has lived in Eunice her whole life. Her daughters planned an elaborate party at the church and most of the family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Eunice. Little did we know that all our plans would change based on the worst flooding Louisiana has seen since Katrina. We arrived on Friday, August 12, 2016 and the rain was bad but we had hope that it would stop. We woke up to swollen rivers, floo... Read more

We were in Eunice to attend an event at a close friend's request. He suggested the Holiday Inn Express and boy are we glad that he did. Check-in was quick and convenient. They were able to take us in early as we were a little ahead of schedule. Room was clean and fresh.
