Clean rooms. Great location for us since we were wanting something close to the Boardwalk. Excellent breakfast: cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits (with white gravy if you like it that way), hot oatmeal, waffle maker with lots of options to add into your waffle mix, boiled eggs, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, milk & coffee.

Room was comfortable and clean as expected. Wifi worked well. Enjoyed hot breakfast items. Breakfast room floor was so sticky our shoes continued to squeak after leaving. No one was staffing front desk when checking in. We waited several minutes and returned to the car and someone was there when we got back. Same when I needed pool towels. Whole family in the pool while I waited for someone to appear. Ended up walking back to the room to get not enough towels. Pool was very dirty. Visible partic... Read more

My friend and I stayed overnight while in town for a concert. From the moment we walked into the lobby to check in we were treated with the upmost gracious hospitality. Not only did Keryn inform us of the complimentary happy hour and full breakfast offered to the hotel guests but also she provided us with suggestions on places to eat and gave us food coupons and a telephone number for a reputable taxi service. Our room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the air stayed cold. I... Read more

Way to expensive, but it has been quite a while since I had to stay in a hotel. I'm normally in my tv. Way cheaper and convenient. For what it was I guess it was ok. Wouldn't want to do it all the time.

Great free breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is a very loud club next to the hotel. The club is open Thursday through Saturday and it was very hard to sleep until after the club closed. Do not get a poolside room if you are a light sleeper. Also, the pillows are very flat yet fluffy which I did not care for and made it difficult for me to sleep. Other than that, the hotel and rooms are clean it is very quiet when the club is closed.

Needs a little updating. Rooms and hotel were clean but bathroom fixtures need an update. The back door was never locked with key access to my knowledge. First morning the breakfast area was overcrowded, I am not used to that.

During MudBug Fest weekend, most properties were filling up fast and decided to go with Hampton Inn. Property is clean and acceptable in the exterior and lobby areas. However, the rooms are older and dated. They are next to a dance hall so be prepared to hear noise late at night. Staff tries their best to make it pleasant but as a frequent traveler, this Hampton left me underwhelmed.

This was my second stay at the Hampton Inn Shreveport/Bossier. The staff were very friendly. The location is great as it is right off the interstate. Best of all if you are wanting to dine out, there's a Texas Roadhouse literally walking distance right across from the hotel. You won't go wrong staying here!

In a nutshell - the iron leaked all over my clothes, the board was dirty, the soap dish was broken, the coffee pot smoked up the room - in reality was burning up, and two electrical outlets were falling off the wall. The hotel comped my stay - which is what should have happened. I'm not sure I return. The air conditioning sounded like a lawn mower. I'm a Hilton Diamond member.

Not up to Hilton's normal standards. Didn't get the rooms I reserved. Put us in smoking rooms the first night and the second night promised us better rooms. We got back the second night and they saved us two single king rooms. My reservations were for two double non smoking rooms. Took forever but they did finally get us the right rooms after a long wait. Didn't even get my Hilton honors water when I checked in.

The lobby and the staff of this hotel are very nice. You go in thinking it has been updated but unfortunately the niceness ends at the lobby. Only one elevator was working and the one that did felt like I literally was going to die. It jumped so much I actually felt fearful. I was staying on the fourth floor and as soon as I walked out of the elevator I was immediately hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I don't know if they have smoking rooms but it was rather strong. I had a... Read more

We booked this hotel last minute through our Hilton app. It was almost midnight and we were able to get a very good rate for last minute. We arrived the front door was locked. There was not a doorbell but a phone with no information on how to reach the front desk. After about 3 minutes the desk "keeper" looked around the corner and saw us and let us in. She was very friendly and expeditious about getting us checked in. The room was inviting and comfortable. The only thing I can really complain a... Read more

I've been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade, fluctuating between gold and diamond membership yearly. Hampton Inn is part of the Hilton chain now but this particularly establishment lets down the brand. They were short staffed the weekend we visited and it showed. The staff on hand were quite nice so no blame should go to them. But the management of the hotel should look at the state of the hotel - dank, dark, dirty and faded carpets, etc. The bin in our room had not been emptied from... Read more

The staff was very friendly although we arrived after 9pm. The room was cool and smelled fresh upon entering. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, filling, and had a good variety of items to accommodate many tastes. The road to the hotel was s tad odd to find but not terribly difficult. Good overall stay and we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel overall was clean and the people were very friendly, the hallways didn't have the best smell and the breakfast was just okay. The tub drain had been repaired but not pretty. But the one thing that was AWEFUL was the mattress on the bed. It was so worn and uncomfortable, I could not sleep. If we had a second night stay, we would have changed hotels. It was that bad.

This hotel was quiet and clean. The noisy bar nearby had been permanently closed, so I did not experience any of the roudy bar noise some have complained about. The complimentary breakfast was hot and pretty good. My kids always enjoy the waffle bar. Bed was not too firm...just like I like it.

We have an annual conference every year and have made this our go-to hotel due to the easy access. It is clean and comfortable with lots of parking, breakfast and digital check-in. It is a little over-priced for the area, however the staff and cleanliness overrides that based on other hotels in the area. Highly recommend.

I wanted to be pleased with my stay here but was not. We had to check in several hours after the posted check in time because our room was not ready, there were stains on the carpet, our fridge leaked, the front desk personnel were not very helpful and the maid entered our room 2 hours before check out even though we were only scheduled to stay 1 night. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good time, but will stay at another hotel next time. Not worth the price.

This Hampton Inn is an older hotel. There have been some updates and it was clean, but it was lacking in the high standards I expect from Hampton Inns. The towels were thin and small and there were too few. The refrigerator was the very small cube style. The air conditioner unit was noisy. The hotel was crowded because of the Garth Brooks Concerts in town. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed. At breakfast, they were unable to keep up and we had to wait on everything.

The room was clean and comfortable, but had an odor that was obviously covered up with a huge amount of air freshener. Good thing I'm not allergic, eh? Breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard either; the omelets were overdone (quite severely). Finally, Hampton is apparently (chain-wide!) severely limiting the "complimentary" Internet speed.
