I stayed at the Embassy on 12/31/2016 we arrived around 3:30 p.m. I had made my reservations months in advance and they did not have rooms ready for me and several other customers, we all sat in the lobby for over and hour waiting for a room! When I checked out they had no receipt but did send one by e-mail later. My points were not added to my account and a month later after calling the hotel and Hilton Honors points were added.

I've stayed here on business for an extended period of time. The amenities are there, as at all Embassy Suites, but the facility is in need of some work. My room's windows leaked like crazy during a hard rain - the rug was soaked - and the windows don't open, so it came in thru the fames. Luckily (?) they had placed (without warning) a large dehumidifier into my room the week before. This placement was unannounced and when I asked the front desk about it, they were non-committal and unapolog... Read more

Everything was excellent from the front desk, to the staff who cleaned the rooms. I would most definitely consider staying at this location, when I travel to Louisiana later this year. Thanks Much ET!

The staff in dining area were very friendly and accommodating to the guest's needs. They provided excellent service. The ladies in charge of omelet had horrible attitude - so unfriendly. And the guy in-charge of the hot food station acted like "food Gestapo".

Overall, this hotel was good. The location was nice being right off of I-10 and the staff was very friendly; however, there were several little things that will cause me to not return again. First, my door didn't lock. That is correct, I did not need a key to get into my hotel room. I reported it when I left, and I would have sooner had I realized. Instead, I moved the couch in front of the door....it wasn't worth calling and waiting for it to be fixed at night. But, I felt really unsafe. ... Read more

Seems like every guest had to slam their door when going in & out their room, Also if they are loud guests in the center atrium area, the voices carry all the way up the entire 8 story height. You can heat water running when next door room is using shower/tub. Breakfast is good, but not enough tables. Parking is tight, especially if there's a function in the conference rooms w/ non staying people using up available parking spots in front parking lot. Rooms comfortable, but some fixtures "worn ou... Read more

Embassy of Baton Rouge is always very affordable and very clean. Staff is very friendly and front desk staff do a great job in processing your arrival and departure quickly. Breakfast as always is outstanding. The made to order omelets are great and the cook staff is always friendly. Evening reception is nice to unwind after a day of travel or meetings. I highly recommend to friends, family and business associates.

I made a quick trip to Baton Rouge last Saturday from New Orleans and decided spur of the moment that I'd stay the night. I booked online on the way from the restaurant about 8:30 pm and had a room upon my arrival. I've stayed at Hilton properties in Baton Rouge, but never this one. The man at the front desk handed me my keys and water upon arrival; he did tell me about breakfast, however he failed to tall me my room number or where the elevators were. I had to open the envelope with the keys... Read more

This hotel continues to disappoint. Worst wifi ever, room not clean, shower covered in hair, fitness center not clean and covered in dirt and dust, and no water. Even after asking staff, nothing got done to fix any issues. Rooms were stuffing and AC unit didn't seem to keep up
