This hotel provides an extra dimension from the regular hotel. You see many people doing different things in the hotel, thus you don't feel isolated. Every room is open to the inner core. Only negative is that you can here the noise from all the people walking around and downstairs. Breakfast is phenomenal as always with the Embassy Suites. Buffet with made to order omlets. Buffet also include your scooping of different yogurts. The room was very nice. The shower head was old, but I call... Read more

My family and I recently stayed for two nights at this hotel. We arrived very late and check-in was easy. The rooms were standard, nothing over the top, but clean and comfortable. That is most important. One complaint that I have about the room is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and its size. Whenever you put the shower on and the bathroom gets a little steamy , EVERYTHING is covered in condensation. (Floors, counters, walls, etc) I found this unsafe and annoying for someone who li... I highly recommend Embassy Suites if you are traveling to Baton Rouge. Awesome breakfast buffett , clean rooms and the staff are so friendly. Get Nolan LeBlanc to make you an omelet. They are the best. He remembered all of us from last year. Not many hotel staff do that. His omelets are so good, and fresh!!!

The property is dated, employees lack hospitality training, no security after hours, soft goods needs to be replaced. Not the beautiful professional business class upscale place I remember. Seemed more like a economy class property. I would not choose this place again.

I reserved a room at the Embassy Suites based on my many positive experiences with the brand. This particular room was disgusting. Mold on vents, sticky stains on the carpet, carpet was soaked along the patio doors and the room smelled musty and moldy. Called front desk a spoke to a very apathetic clerk.

Normally enjoy my visits to the Embassy Suites looking forward to relaxation. This hotel was the exception as there were a tremendous amount of young kids there during our stay. Kids took over the free bar time ordering virgin drinks, wiped out the snack bar, wrestled on the floor and played in the lobby till around 2:00 AM. No parental discipline and absolutely no control from the staff. We will be staying at another hotel while in Baton Rouge.

I was disappointed with this hotel after my most recent stay. I have stayed in multiple Embassy Suites hotels, and this was my worst stay ever. The elevators were extremely slow. The A/C did not cool the room, even after being on for almost 4 hours straight. In addition, I had to call the front desk 2x to report a group of 10-12 unattended young teen girls in the room next to mine, acting like wild animals. I would not stay again, nor recommend.

Staying at the Embassy Suites is like being inside a quaint little self contained foreign village! Everything you need is there, including free internet, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a hot breakfast! There are perhaps too few elevators, which seem to run quite slow and some parents allow their children to run wild and scream.
