You get what you pay for. No wake up call or working phone in room. One of the towels also had hair in it and it appears they have transients living there who stayed up all night rapping and partying doors away from me. Shower was hot and room was clean. Would stay again if on a budget.

WiFi stinks, Never has clean towels, Black Mold in laundry room, Room(s) were NOT cleaned before I arrived. I stayed here two separate times for a total of two months. The office staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Canda**ce was the only good thing about this place, one of the night receptionist.

The picture of the room and actual room looked NOTHING alike! I might have slept if I was not aware of roaches running through taking over the room! :( Smelled of smoke/mold. Supposed to be a no smoking room. Staff was friendly.

I did not have a good sleep, i didn't get one towel for my room and also was denied a discount for my inconveniences. I will not extend any complements about this place. I have stayed here way too many times to be treated like this.

Listen closely. ...and listen well. Do not! I repeat. ...Do not! Come to this hotel. From the moment I entered the room it smelled of mildew. ...gnats flying everywhere. ...the curtains were dirty.....the shower had a hole in the ceiling so every time someone above took a shower. ...it dripped down into mine....the tv was a 1996 model and they only had 10 channels. But the worst for me was the filthy carpet...Omg....the carpet was a deep green but the dirt was pact on so bad that it was visib... Read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !! It's, outdated nasty. Asked for a nonsmoking room; the room I got had an awful smell not sure if it was smoke or mildew. The bed was really bad and tv was outdated too. Please don't waste your time or money here.

This place is a nightmare! It is dirty outside and in. The carpet actually felt sticky under my shoes. The first room I was assigned was completely torn up. When I went back downstairs, I was told it was "under renovation." The second room was dirty and had a musty smell. The bedding was worn as was the furniture. The kitchenette looked as if it had not been cleaned, I have NEVER seen a motel in such a condition. They obviously do not care. I demanded a refund and left.

Worst place. They should be shut down . How does Parish health department let them stay open. And the staff are the biggest jerks. They should be ashamed of how they screw their guests. Hope FEMA recoups their money.
