The Red Roof Hurstbourne is just off Interstate 64 and next to plenty of restaurants. The hotel is remodeled and you can connect your phone to the tv instead of touching a filthy remote like every other hotel. The floor is a vinyl wood which makes it clean and the beds are soft. I visit every other weekend.

Supposedly a nonsmoking motel, but our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Couldn't even turn on the heat/air because that made the smell worse. The bathtub had a gritty substance in it. No remote for the TV, and the buttons on the side of the set would not allow you to change channels without a remote. We had the room booked for the week but left after one night. When we asked, we were told the manager was on vacation. Hmm.

Our very first time to stay at Red Roof was pleasant and perfect from beginning to end. We liked the fact that the room was void of complete carpeting. This location is in a safe area with parking for large truck with trailer. Although I-64 was practically beside hotel, our room was quiet, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and all appliances were in good working order. Front Desk Clerk - Brenda very unprofessional. My room smelled like someone had just finished smoking in the room. Housekeeping should have freshened the room. Toilet did not flush. Upon speaking with the Hotel General Manager, she refunded the cost of the room and gave a sincere apology for not meeting the Red Roof Inn Motel Standards.

Avoid at all costs. The price is right, but the management has allowed this property to deteriorate. I check in at 2:00am on Saturday December 17. I change rooms three times before a suitable room was located. See Photos. Emergency lighting is not working. There is garbage all over the property. The manager was of no help and told me to get out. I filed a formal dispute with corporate office. Drive right by. There are many other hotels in the area.

We stayed on Nov. 27 as a last minute stop. The girl at the front desk was not very nice about letting us use a coupon. The area was not good. I went to the car and next to me a man came out and did a drug deal with a car sitting outside. He then went upstairs and started to smoke weed. The blanket had cigarette burns. Would not return.

I must say that this is one the best hotel ive stayed in when it comes down to me traveling with my job. Super clean, very quiet and the staff is super friendly. My check in was quick and easy even though i sidnt have reservation at first. But Ms. Brenda Mack got me in an room quickly. Room was clean and very quiet. Great place to stay

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days in the middle of October. Brenda, who was at the front desk was very accommodating. She went above and beyond at 11pm at night to change our rooms several times due to our needs. She also resolved a discrepancy that arose when we had a similar name to one of the other guests in the hotel. The hotel was very pleasant and our trip was a successes. Thanks Brenda! -Chris

Never stayed in a Red Roof Inn before and we were very pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy, staff were great and rooms were nice. Would stay there again no problem. Pretty good location too, lots of great places around to eat and shop.

On my most recent stay there was a problem with the neighbors being really loud and I was unable to sleep. The guy at the front (Brandon I think is his name) was very helpful and moved me to a quieter room. The next day Brenda took care of me and put me in one of my usual rooms. Thanks to the 2 of you. Makes my work week better when I get quiet and sleep. Can't beat the front desk. They have always accommodated my evey need while there.
