Very overpriced. Good location with Logan's Roadhouse next door. Gave me room rate of $175/night. With taxes that was $207 on bill. When I checked my bank online the charge was $238. I called the hotel and was told that was for breakfast and incidentals and would be removed. When I stated that's unusual, I was told that was standard in the Hotel business. I don't think so! Again, overrated and overpriced!

The rooms are good, a little aged and tired but good. The location is convenient, somewhat close to downtown. The breakfast is not free, but very ample. Coffee is available in the lobby and complimentary. The staff is exceptional. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Checked in and the hotel room was awful. Exposed bed frame. The bed spread is a sheet. The gold framed closet doors were off center. When we clearly heard our next door neighbor using the bathroom and flushing, we were out of there. We stay at Hilton properties often and this place is a dump

We stayed here during our recent trip to Louisville to visit the Waverly Hills Sanatorium. The staff was friendly, the grounds well kept & the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Conveniently located to Starbucks & plenty of restaurants, as well as the interstate.

I chose this hotel because it is a Hilton and I have had good experiences at Hilton family hotels. This was the most reasonable room still available in Louisville, KY during UofL graduation May 2016. The room was nice and across from the pool. Easy access to pool and fitness center. Also, the room was sound isolated enough that pool noise did not disturb us. The staff was very helpful. I loved the lounge area with couches to sit around kick your feet up and feel like you are in a living room so on breaks I was able to stretch my legs and relax. I always enjoy the refreshments they have available in the lobby, fresh detox water, tea and coffee. The front desk staff were courteous and pleasant. Clean, well maintained... minor issues with entry door, coffee maker and shower drain... I addressed these issues on my check out and my past experience with the entire Hilton chain has taught me that they will address and fix all issues, not matter how trivial. Great safe place to stay when in the east end of Louisville.

Hotel was very nice. We checked in late and our air conditioner ended up being broke. They moved us to 2 different rooms (we needed 2 beds and they only had kings lefts). They didn't charge us. Pleasantly surprised. Loved the Keurig in each room.

We thought this hotel was way overpriced for the quality of bedding and condition of rooms!! Pool average but looked tired and in need of TLC. Staff was good to us. Also traveling with little ones, it would be nice to have cold cereal, danish and fruit at least available in the lobby in the morning.

Pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn. Reasonable on/off access from the interstate. This is a developing area of Louisville, so you can expect a better selection of Restaurants (other than fast food and fern bars) in the not too distant future. Nice upkeep of the facility. Cheers!

We stayed here as a halfway point on our trip home. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. There were laundry services on the main floor which was great !!! My only complaint was that the pool wasn't working, and we were hoping to let my 2 year old burn off some energy after being on a long car ride. The woman that checked us in was awesome. She immediately called the Hilton and secured us permission to use their pool, very good customer service. I would gladly stay here again!
