Hotel was clean and comfortable, but staff is not trained for emergencies. The fire alarm rang for 20 minutes at 5AM and the desk clerk did not know how to turn it off. He assured us there was no fire but stated he was there alone with no training in the matter, and no apologies the next morning.

I booked this hotel for my son & daughter-in-law for a quick respite. The Catrice, (forgive the spelling), on the front desk was so friendly and so incredibly helpful. The kids loved that the hotel was new and the room was clean. Around 11PM that evening an issue arose that made it so they had to leave, BUT the front desk clerk at that time was again so helpful and concerned. Early the very next morning I had a call from Gwen, the hotel Manager. She was so sorry for what happened and had alread... Read more

We were so fortunate to even get a room anywhere around! Very clean and great breakfast! Our bed was a bit hard for me though. But what made the hotel the best was our front desk experience! Special is her real name. And her family must have known what they were in for! One of the nicest, most gracious people I have ever met. It made our visit even more special!!

I stayed here for a week while at ft Knox doing classes. I have to say everyone was nice and curious. Andrea told me where to go to eat during the ween giving me new places to try. There's not tomu h to try in Radcliff but she gave me names of nearby places to experiance.

I travel a lot, so I get to see many hotels. This facility was average at best. The staff was not rude, but they were not overly friendly or accommodating. As with most Hampton Inns, the facility was clean and comfortable.

Overall a great place but you get what you pay for (it's not cheap!). One small issue involved the pool in that the pool room was sweltering hot and the smell of chlorine was overpowering. Still not enough of a problem to knock it to 4 stars. Very clean and very helpful staff.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful when answering any questions. The only issue that I had was the lock to room 103 was messed up but was able to get another room with no problem at all.

I just can't say enough about the staff! They were knowledgeable, attentive, very polite, and very friendly. Thank you all for making my hotel stay one of the best ever.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, and it was an overall good experience. We had breakfast every morning and it was decent. Not the best eggs but edible. There were many other choices as well. I also liked that it was never crowded. I would definitely stay there again. It is also next to a Walmart store (a smaller one) so that was convenient.

This is the place to stay if you are visiting Fort Knox. Only 6 miles away and a very easy drive. The rooms were well kept and were quiet for our stay. The complementary breakfast was very good. Very close to gas stations and food outlets. Right across a quiet street to a steak house.

Room was VERY clean with just the right amenities. Hotel has a nice pool and an upgraded workout facility (not just a treadmill stuck in a room that a lot of hotels have). We were greeted by the manager on duty (Andrea Chenault), and she was first class. We will definitely stay again if we are ever close to Fort Knox.

We arrived early for the Family day and the graduation and stayed an extra day. Very nice hotel, clean, accommodating staff. We were even fortunate to book a handicapped room on the 1st floor. A clean and quiet stay. About the only item keeping this hotel from being excellent was the average breakfast. Yes, Hot Coffee was always available the breakfast items offered were the same as just about every other hotel or motel. We would stay here again is we are in the area.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for our son's graduation from training at Fort Knox. It was very quiet, comfortable, and a great location for easy access to Fort Knox. There were several options for places to eat nearby. The hotel breakfast was the usual fare and well attended and replenished. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location.

Quiet, room clean, with large shower, standard industry showerhead. It has a pool, but no hot tub, and nice fitness room. The breakfast was marginal, industrial eggs and smoked sausage, oatmeal, sliced citrus fruit bowl, a few assorted breakfast buns and breads, waffle maker, cereal. The staff was friendly, advised us of discount at nearby restaurants.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and quiet. We were on a last-minute trip and not familiar with the area. Bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. This is a nice hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel has a very nice feel to it. They have a free breakfast but choices are limited. My only recommendation is for the hotel to add more washing machines and dryers (only have one of each). An alternative would be for them to contract with a local wash and fold place, which I'd be happy to pay a small fee for convenience of not having to do the laundry myself. There are a few places to eat in walking distance... Read more
