We were on the 3rd floor...very quiet and easily accessible. The evening cocktail hour. (2 hrs) with appetizers was very pleasant and plentiful, kid friendly. The breakfast was fixed to order if you preferred...or if on the run, plenty of grab and run. Staff was very accommodating and pool was kept in good order as were the public restrooms. The restaurant and bar staff have not been trained or empowered to speak to or assist customers. After a long work day, my colleague and I went to the bar at 11:01 where approximately 7 people sat. The bartender was closing up and finally said so. 3 other people had stepped outside to smoke and were returning to the bar so no one was happy. The AM breakfast staff never spoke - they came to pick up dirty plates but never said a word. I've had much better service at a Hilton Garden Inn so clearly ... Read more

I've used this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and adequately large. The lobby is spacious. Breakfast is varied and ample with made to order omelets. The pool has no shallow end so it's not good for small kids. It's fine for 8 and up. The hotel is walking distance to a nice suburban YMCA. I'll stay there again

My buddies and I were attending a convention at the Kentucky exposition Center, 10 miles away. The hotel sits in a office park area secluded in woods, and away from any form of traffic. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The staff was excellent. There are restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The selections, overall organization, and service in the breakfast area let much to be desired. The worst part of our stay was dealing with this area. The front seat staff however, was extremely helpful in answering questions we had regarding site seeing options and transportation questions. They went above and blond to help us!

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a fairly quiet hotel, despite staying on a busy weekend. The breakfast that was included was amazing. They have a hot bar along with muffins, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee, and fountain sodas. Additionally, there are omelets and pancakes cooked to order. My wife and I visit Louisville and stay at this property at least once a year. The front desk staff are always terrific and the rooms are very clean. This stay, in the room above us, parents must have been training their children to run the 10-yard dash ‚?? again, again and again. Front desk staff was more than accommodating in moving us to a quieter room. For the first time, breakfast was a disappointment. It did not seem heat was being maintained on the chafing dishes. We took the kids on a small weekend getaway and we ended up here. I'm glad we did! The location is the best area and only within a few miles of anything you need. The staff was helpful and on top of everything we needed. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the pool. They had to much salt filtering through it, you could feel the salt in the water. Everything else was awesome!

There were a bunch of kids and drunk parents all over the hotel. Wasn't expecting the noise and the elevators were presses on every floor every time we went in.. the sofa bed was awful and the bathroom has a sliding door that needs muscles to oparate on top of it being outdated.. Staff was very understaing but it's a Hilton experience we don't want to encouter again.

We met a group of friends at this location as it was centrally located for all parties. Rooms were clean. The pull out sofa was not comfortable for sleeping. We had no issues at breakfast or during happy hour. We are honors members & did have "free wifi" however it was limited to 4 users which makes it difficult for a family of 6. If you are not an honors member there is a fee for wifi. When rooms were booked we requested to have our rooms close together which did not occur.

This is the first bad review I ever given, but I wish I knew this hotel had a limit to how many users could be on Wi-Fi. The hotel had many kids staying at it for a sport event and we couldn't access wi-fi the entire time were were there and I was an Honors member. The furniture was stained with some pretty gross looking stuff. Hotel staff never delivered the extra blanket we asked for. Staff seemed annoyed we were there. Eggs were awful in the morning. Hotel is nice and in nice location BUT WIFI (even premium) is awful. Told does not work in bedroom part have to use in living room and even there the speed was at a crawl. What is sad is they are on Corporate Drive with some large businesses so infrastructure has to be there. No way you could work with the connection offered. Kids (teenagers) were disappointed. This is a decent hotel overall. However, service could use improvement. I originally made a reservation requesting adjoining rooms. When I checked in, the rooms I obtained were not adjoining....therefore making the stay more stressful that it had to be! The rooms were nice otherwise. However, as a paying customer, I expected to get what I asked for and paid for and this was not the case in this instance. It was too late to change plans midstream. So I made the best of our stay but I was not plea... Read more

Enjoyable place to stay and beats the standard hotel. Good food, suite living etc. good enough to be destination within itself. Property is aging a little bit still good. Physical location is not great but ok.

This hotel is managed by a very pleasant and efficient staff. The rooms are immaculate and up to date. On top of all the amenities, complementary cocktails in the evening and a full breakfast buffet (including made to order omelets) were available. A very enjoyable stay!

Hotel staff was great, will stay again. Manager's reception needs better food variety. But overall no complaints. Great location, close to everything. The breakfast is great, they never ran out of anything.

Stayed here 2 nights for a business meeting and needed to be relatively close to downtown. This place fit the bill for price and convenience. Will stay there again when in Louisville. Only negative was that it is not easy to actually get to the hotel because it is tucked behind another building and there is no obvious signage. Also, Google maps / navigation has it on the other side of the street.

Awesome and always is! Take great care in their customers! Staff is always friendly! Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in a Louisville! Perfect location too, out of the busy downtown area but close to many restaurants, malls, etc.

Came to visit family and was quite pleased with this choice of hotel. The breakfast was very pleasant and the staff was attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the pillows. The lobby is nice and spread out with plenty of places to relax if you don't want to be couped in your room.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered our questions about local attractions and helped us by offering suggestions. The managers reception was well done. We liked that we could order meals during the reception. It was the best of both. The breakfast was well prepared and fast. What more can you ask for? We will stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Staff is wonderful from the front desk, to restaurant, to bartender and any other staff members I encountered during my stay. When I travel to Louisville in the future this will be the only hotel I choose.

This was our first stay with Embassy Suites. It was outstanding. Way Above expectations in every area. Staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Very welcoming and very comfortable hotel. Complimentary breakfast was tremendous - made to order as well as buffet. The management and staff need to be commended for a job well done! This was our best hotel experience in our several decades of travel. thank you. we will be back.

3rd time at this hotel and it holds it own with any resorts we've stayed at, and we've been to a lot of resorts that are Hilton brand and that's the main reason we are Hhonor members and we do have chooses but we enjoy the comfort of being taken care of by friends that look forward to you coming to visit.

The Suites are extremely well appointed, nice big sitting area with work desk and comfortable chairs. Bathroom has bath, and the beds are extremely comfortable. If there is a drawback it is that town is ten miles away, but the restaurant here is perfectly adequate, with eager waitressing; the upside is the complimentary reception bar from 5.30 - 7.30 each evening, full range of drinks and snacks to enjoy too. Wifi is free and fast, and car parking is ample.

Like most Embassy Suites, the rooms and amenities are outstanding at this Louisville East hotel. Nice well-lit parking lot (with plenty of spaces), pet friendly, clean and comfortable rooms w/ large flat screen tvs, refrigerator, comfortable furniture, a decent bar (only two taps), great food (best pepperoni flatbread I've ever had), free breakfast (wonderful made to order omelet) and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. This is a fairly secluded hotel,... Read more
