This has always been my accommodation of choice when I visit Lexington for business meetings because of the exceptional service. Definitely a home away from home. Staff is really nice and it is a haven for a long stay.

Truly a home away from home. My preferred place to stay when in town for business. It makes my stay so worthwhile even when the weather is very cold. I can cook hearty meals with the full kitchen and the staff is very accommodating as well.

The RI is a cute town house looking community located between both freeways and 10min from campus. They have an outdoor pool. tennis courts, small 3 machine work out room. The hotel room states that the hot water is lacking and is limited so forget about taking that nice relaxing shower after a long day if more than one staying in the room. The room has a full size appliance kitchen but ice machine lacks in making ice and couldnt find a machine. We did stay in a studio which was perfect for a... Read more

My wife and I were returning from visiting family. We opted to stop halfway on the way home. We chose the Residence Inn because it was near Interstate 75. We were very glad we did. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as we checked in. The room itself was great. Very spacious with a full kitchen and a working wood or log fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was split into two parts with a large sink area and the tub/toilet in a separate room with a door. The tub... Read more

With four of us traveling together, we chose to stay here in a 2 bedroom apt. The rooms were very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained. And, the hot daily breakfast was really nice to have available. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use as well.

I stayed on and off for approximately 3 months for a business trip to Lexington & stayed at the Residence Inn. During that time I got to know the staff fairly well. The rooms are clean and very sizable with plenty of stretch room that made me feel like I was staying in an apartment more than a "hotel room". One fun, unexpected feature was the wood burning fireplace. It made for a cozy feeling at nights when winter wasn't quite over. I also liked the fact that the rooms are accessible direc... Read more

I am on an extended road trip and stopped in Lexington. The reservations that I'd made at a neighboring hotel were not in their system, and only after checking in did I realize that they in fact did not allow pets at their hotel. Needless to say that I was a bit frustrated but since I had accidentally stopped at Residence Inn before (it's right next door to where I'd booked) I went right back to see if they had any available rooms. Tabetha, the lovely young lady at the font desk got me all take... Read more

Right off the highway and easy access to everything Lexington has to offer. We made this our home-base as we visited for the Keeneland races and ate dinner at Merrick Inn. We loved everything about our stay here. Clean, neat and comfortable for everyone. Would not hesitate to book here again!

This hotel is broken up into smaller buildings with about 4 rooms per. Room was clean. Queen studio suite was very roomy for being the smaller suite. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, kitchen table. Bed was comfortable. I did hear some noise for guest in unit from above not not enough to be disruptive. Free breakfast in the morning but they couldn't stay ahead of the guest. There was a staff refilling items but not fast enough to keep it stocked. The outdoor pool is on the s... Read more

I needed a place to stay besides my home due to a personal situation. I am 42 years old and work very hard but would never stay in any type of sub par Hotel. So with all this in mind I paid the hotel a visit to inspect things more in-depth for myself to verify that it would accommodate all of my business and personal needs. Anytime I travel for business or personal I always try to stay in a Marriott of some type because out of all the hotel chains I have dealt with, and that is a great amount, M... Read more

We stayed at the Residence Inn for two weeks during the Country Heir horse show (June). Great staff - Tabetha - and the rest of the crew helped us anytime we needed. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with great hot food. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying with them again!

We recently stayed here for a college tour of U of K. Great location for this Lots of parking spread out around the hotel Quick checking The staff in the breakfast room were just lovely. Both morning and evening. Full of smiles, genuinely sweet ladies. Wish everyone a great day or evening :) One of the things I noticed and was really impressed by was the rice and all the seasonings offered at breakfast. Proving they cater for all guests :) Shelley on front desk is a real sweetie.

I love everything about the residence inn! It feels like my home away from home! Every room has everything you could possibly need when you're traveling and if it doesn't have it all the staff is very accommodating to every need! However, I was very disappointed with who I am assuming is a manager. I checked in on Monday August 22nd and there was a girl who was training. She was doing just fine checking me in but the manager was hanging over top of her and when she went to show me where the room... Read more

I had a reservation to this hotel, but actually didn't stay - it was that bad! Usually, I love Marriott properties and have stayed in lots of them but definitely found the exception in this one! There was a pile of dirt inside the front door, all the drawers were open, and it reeked! (bldg 5). We went back to the office to request a different room, but that one smelled almost as terrible (bldg 2). It was 1 am, so the clerk offered to cancel our reservation and send us on our way. I asked about s... Read more

Stayed here two nights. Quick and efficient check-in. The elevators are excruciatingly slow and one shimmies and shakes. The room was standard, bed comfortable, bathroom roomy, shower and towels were average. Housekeeping was sub-par. There was only one coffee packet for our first morning and when we used that up, the next day it was not refreshed and we had no coffee in the room. The sink in the bathroom was not cleaned so the water-spots and powder on the sink remained. The breakfast had the h... Read more

Excellent Rooms. Very quiet. Great hot showers. Friendly Staff. Was in town for a conference. Best sleep on a bed away from home that I have ever had. Never heard air conditioner come or go off. Love my room cold.

My husband travels a lot for business and is a Marriott elite traveler so we always happily stay in a Marriott property. While this hotel was clean it had a horrible mold and mildew smell. If we would have had options I wouldn't have stayed here. Will not stay again....it was awful and I had a headache and sneezed for hours after being in the room.

My husband, small dog and I stayed three nights Thanksgiving week and we really appreciated the very kind staff! The breakfasts were always very good. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because we were downstairs and we heard every step the people above us took. So if they were up early we were up early! Next time I would stay upstairs. Overall I know we will stay there again.???
