Arrived for four nights. When we arrived and used the commode it had very little water in the bowl and a loud hissing noise. (They did fix that the following day.) The second evening we realized we had no heat. We reported it in the morning and they replaced the unit. However, when it ran it sounded like a diesel truck was running in the room. The faucet on the vanity was loose and had no lever for opening/closing the drain plug. We had to reach underneath to operate it. The internet was as slow... Read more

We booked two rooms. The room with two doubles (room 45) stunk so bad that we had to air it out for 10 minutes at 11pm in 30 degree weather when we checked in and then had to spray perfume to make it tolerable. The king room just a few rooms down (room 50) didn't stink. The beds were uncomfortable and I had to sleep with a pillow tucked under part of my back to keep me level as the springs were all shot on the side of the bed (where people would sit). If I would have paid $30/night per room then... Read more

Our stay at this Quality Inn was OK for the price we paid. I was definitely impressed with the porcelain tub because I am a bathtub person. Took my own room deodoriser for any odors that may have been in the room. Beds were comfortable. Had clean towels & washcloths. Office staff was Very Friendly! Rooms have Bigger than average refrigerators. Room also has microwave. Ate breakfast with family members so I can't comment on breakfast room or their food items. Stayed 3 nights.

I left a suitcase behind that contained expensive medical equipment and without know this members of the staff went way, way, way and way far beyond the call of duty to take me down and get me turned around before I lost two days ... or more.

I just have to say,not an oldie but goodie! If they just remodeled , oh no. I am a frequent choice hotel person and needed a quick stop to rest before the race. Had your typical breakfast , that I would have to say was the best part.

Comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and kind staff. We came in late one night and hated to leave the next morning. We were in a remodeled room and it was spacious, comfortable, and very nice. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, the only downside was that they were very tall for shorter people.

Not what we expected for a Quality Inn. Old & very much in need of repair. It looks like they have started but have a long long way to go on both the inside & out. Our room door handle fell off twice. The bathroom door is missing some of its wood. But the bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was really good with the usual fair & sausage & egg patties. In a pince I probably might stay again..maybe

The rooms are crappy (wallpaper peeling, windows had no seal around them, terrible smell). Then when we complained about the internet not working (we had to use our cellphones for internet), the guy at the desk told us that they don't have enough bandwidth for everyone at the hotel. In spite of the fact that they advertise free wifi. This place has gotten dumpier and dumpier each time we've been; will not stay here again and DO NOT recommend.

Travelling with my young daughter, it was late a decided to stay here for the night. Not too far from the interstate, parking spots were close together, worried about someone banging against your car. Room was decent, needs a little upgrading. Door lock made me a little uneasy, didnt seem secure enough for my personal tastes. Maybe the moulding were a little worn. Shower pressure was a little weak. If I were staying longer than the 9 hours I was there I would have requested a better room fo... Read more

The room was pretty torn up and dirty. Lots of mildew and mold in the bathroom and what looked like some bodily fluid stains on the carpet... I was very careful about where I stepped and what I touched in the room. The bathroom sink counter looked very new but the rest of the room was bad to just plain awful. The ONLY reason I am giving this place two stars is the guy at the front desk was very very nice and helpful. I would probably not stay here again unless some significant changes were ma... Read more

We decided at the last minute to hit Lexington for a night of their country concert festival. So this was a last minute find at what I think was very reasonable price. We checked in quickly. The man at the front desk was very quick but thorough in explaining things about the hotel to us. Our room was basic. Very clean. Only problem was light bulb out in the bathroom but we realized that at like midnight so my husband switched it out with one of the light bulbs from the lamps. Free breakfast in t... Read more

I would give the staff 5 stars the location 4 stars the room needs some updating so only 2 stars for that. The breakfast was not bad at all a nice variety donuts, bagels, eggs, sausage and cereal, The breakfast room was in a different building but nice and clean and items kept replenished. Check in was fast check out there is a key slot for early check outs. Tip ask for a remodeled room.

Well, we waited too late to book a hotel, and ended up here. We were actually pleased w/ the furnishings and the updates that have recently been made. Problem is, the housekeeping is dare I say the "D" word? Deplorable! The toilet did not have stains on the seat, as stains would be permanent in nature. No, this was just plain not cleaned. Being a guy, I had the occasion to lift the seat, and I was sorry I did. The bottom of the seat looked like a lazy 7.th graders science project gone ba... Read more

We decided a couple of weeks ago to go to Lexington this past weekend. It was the opening weekend for Keeneland, parents weekend at UK & a football game. This hotel had a reasonable price and I have Choice points so we decided to give it a try. The man at the front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly. We had a second floor room, which was fine. We were only staying the night and didn't have much to carry up the stairs. Our room was clean and was fine for the night. It had a micro... Read more

I think we were given the last room that had not yet been updated. The mattress I had was very uncomfortable and my back was sore for the rest of the week. They were in the process of updating.....they were installing new curtain rods in the rooms next door to us at 8:30 at night. We had several beetles in our room, they were crawling in through the fairly large gap at the bottom of the door. The breakfast was OK - some hot items, waffle maker and yogurt. But the eggs may have been left ove... Read more

I waited too long to book a room in Lexington for an event and this was the only place remotely close to the venue. Absolute DUMP! Chairs were too dirty to sit in or even sit bags on, carpet stained and gross. Key card didn't work well. Coffee at breakfast was terrible! On a high point, the sheets appeared clean and there were no bedbugs! Not worth the money! Lesson learned--BOOK EARLY!!! Stay someplace nice.

We have stayed in quality Inns and comfort suites across the country for well over a decade. We're used to a simple standard with clean and well-maintained rooms. We're not looking for a luxury standard. This room was not only filthy, but the mattress was filthy and sagging. No coffee pot. No tea bags. The milk was sour at breakfast. Mold. Pealing plaster. We were told we had a renovated room. Turns out that meant a new tv.

This has become the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. You don't dare walk to the bathroom during the night. The carpet needs shampooing. The outside walkways were as dirty as a pig pen. The ice machine was broken and they offered no alternative for ice. We are finished with that place. We moved 5 miles down the road to the Comfort Inn.

My wife and I stopped there on our way home from a week in the South Carolina mountains. I was very pleasantly surprised at the luxury offered by this hotel. The room and the bed looked like we were staying in an expensive, 5-star hotel. And speaking of expense, the hotel offered a substantial military discount. I felt appreciated and took full advantage of same. It was very nice of the young man working at the front desk to extend that offer when he didn't have to. And it was good that the ho... Read more

My son & I stopped at this hotel 1/2 way on our journey back to NC from a visit to Chicago. To begin with, we could not find the desk clerk as he was out leaving "room service" menus in the rooms. (this really did not seem like a place where room service would be a desired or even considered amenity). At any rate, after checking in, we received a room that was far away from where others seemed to be; which was appreciated as we thought that it was to ensure our peace & quiet. However, after ...
