Very much a classic Hilton hotel. Great rooms, decorated in the local fanfare. The beds were absolutely amazing. I was upset I had to get up at 4am to get ready for a marathon. Room service was prompt and the hotel was bustling. Checkin was a breeze and the agents were very helpful. Parking was easy and attached and not overly expensive. The breakfast buffet was very good and satisfying. Would stay here again if the need arises. Very convenient to restaurants and shops and UK, no need t... Read more

And accommodations. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I was unable to wash my laundry, there are no laundry services. It may not matter to most but we were on a long trip and packed light. They have a pool, and a hot tub. They also offer great coffee in the room which was really nice. You can order food in the room too which is a plus, but there are so many great places to eat in Lexington it isn't necessary.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Downtown Lexington, KY. The hotel was well kept and the room was very clean. Room service was fast and friendly, plus the hot shower after a long day was amazing. I have AT&T for phone service so upon my arrival my phone connected automatically to the internet. I never had any lag in the connection which is definitely a bonus.

Located downtown Lexington this hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the area. Our family of 4 loved it's reception area with an amazing waterfall feature and the horsey vibe of Kentucky. Friendly helpful staff. Bathroom was rather small and poorly designed layout however the shower was powerful and the room was clean & comfortable otherwise. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The hotel is fine, it's nice and probably your best option in downtown Lexington. What is not nice, is that the A/C in the rooms never works. I've stayed there 10+ times, and in the winter I didn't mind it. But now that it is summer I can't stay there anymore because the rooms are SO hot. Thermostats on the walls don't work. Have had 3 rooms in a row now and no control over temp. Guess I'll see if the Hyatt across the street lets me sleep in sub 80 degree temp...

Fantastic location overlooking Triangle Park and Victorian Square. Easy walking distance of nearly every downtown restaurant, and the bar adjoining the lobby is excellent. (Recommend an Old Fashioned made with Town Branch, the local bourbon distilled a few blocks away.) Very quiet in the room all evening; very conducive to working from the room, or unwinding watching TV.

Nice, clean hotel. Executive lounge was nice. Employees were professional. Dining services were adequate. If you are in a room facing west, prepare to roast. They did bring fans up to our room however the majority of people would prefer to have a temp less than 75 degrees in summer. The room was constantly hot which is why I rated Sleep Quality and Room low.

We stayed at the Hilton while we toured the nearby horse country. The room was large, clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We paid extra for an 'Executive' level room, which includes a lounge where they serve a breakfast buffet and drinks at night. We did not realize the executive lounge was closed on weekends- but management more than made up for this oversight when we let them know. The hotel bar had a good wine list. Arrival and departure were easy. No mention of Hilton Honors and my Hilton Preferred status but the room/staff/amenities were top notch. The hotel's relationship with the Imperial Court System has been good when the hotel is well established. Always remember to book with the hotel and NOT through a third party billing service, it is MUCH simpler and makes dealing with the hotel easier.

Very nice hotel, but seems to always have some sort of group function happening.. so it can get a little crowded. Keep in mind that the parking garage located next to the hotel has very low clearance, so if you have a larger (taller) SUV, you will have to find a surface lot. Hotel seems fine, but I'm here in town on business and looking forward to watching the World Series (this year on Fox)....the rooms DON'T HAVE FOX TV. Can't watch the game. Come on, Hilton!! That's ridiculous!!!!

Good part: Great location that was close to events of a wedding we attended while in town. The lobby was nice and staff were friendly. Bad part: 1. We paid for an upgraded room on thru travel advisor in order to have access to the continental breakfast. They did not have this information at check in and I had to prove this to them by accessing it on my phone at the check in desk. 2. We were awoken by housekeeping when they entered our room at 9:00am! Awkward. 3. There was an emerge... Read more

We recently spent our anniversary weekend in Lexington. I haven't stayed in a Hilton in awhile so my expectations were high. The location was perfect for food and entertainment. The lobby is very nice and clean. The room itself was outdated. There was a strong musty smell that seemed to lessen once we turned on the AC. There's no fan in the bathroom. I was surprised to only find one towel for each of us. The room was quiet and the curtains kept it very dark in the AM. When we checked out I rev... Read more

My husband had business here in Lexington and I tagged along. The hotel is clean, friendly and in a great location for a "tag along!" It's connected to the Lexington Mall with lots of shops and restaurants...all within walking distance. The hotel restaurant had a great lunch. It is the perfect location for a single without a car.

Stayed here as part of a small conference with business meetings, vendors, etc. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as advertised, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Left in a hurry and forgot $200 cash in my room safe! I only noticed when I got to the airport for my outbound flight. Called the front desk, they found the cash in the safe, mailed it to me within a week at no cost or hassle. A big THANK YOU to Ray Simpson and his staff for a JOB WELL DONE!

Upon to checking in, garage parking was available for easy access to check in away from the elements. Guest services were very welcoming and friendly, but also informative of what my room package included like wifi and dining times for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here! Right across the street from Rupp arena, shops, and restaurants.

The Hilton is nice. Halls a little smelly. Rooms were clean. Food was good. They have a nice pool and work out room. There really isn't anything to do nearby. A couple good restaurants and university of Kentucky shops and games.

The downtown Hilton has become our choice for everytime we stay in Lexington. It is right in the middle of downtown within walking distance of great restaurants, across from Rupp for concerts and games, and close to UK for visiting. The hotel is in great condition and the staff has been extremely helpful and professional. We would recommend it to anyone from out of town as the place to stay in downtown Lexington!

This hotel has a wonderful location for a conference near great restaurants and entertainment. Trying to find the hotel entrance however, is a challenge. One-way streets make the approach confusing even with GPS. I never found an entrance to park for registration, so I self-parked in the garage and went hunting inside the hotel for registration. Departing, I returned to the garage with half of my luggage, again by myself, only to be intentionally locked outside by hotel policy, because ... Read more

I simply could not find anything substandard. Excellence prevailed. Clean rooms, excellent and tasty eye-appealing meals, hospitality like no other, and courteous employees. I felt safe. I really could have just stayed in my room and skipped the conference.

The Hilton downtown Lexington is a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always asking if I needed something. They gave me a suite with a very nice view of triangle park. However, the suite did not impress me. It had a couch, two chairs, a bar/sink, fridge and microwave with a separate room for the bedroom. The couch was not very clean, so I just didn't use it. I found a very small curly black hair on the bathtub..and the bathroom was so small that I couldn't get in ... Read more

This modest hilton hotel in located at the hart of lexington with 20 min walking distant from the university of Kentucky. The room is fair but the bed was not comfortable and limited breakfast and drinks are freely provided in the executive floor.

Stayed at the hotel for a Business Trip and Conference. The rooms the conference was held in were nice and they had complimentary mints and water during each session. They also provided paper and pen in case you didn't bring any. The hotel in general was very nice and clean, the pool area and fitness center was great, and the food was great. Would stay again and would recommend.

Average rooms, below average service. I do not recommend this hotel. The valet started out my bad experience by questioning whether I REALLY wanted to spend $15.99/night for valet when there was plenty of self parking. The manager completed the poor experience by refusing to honor their offer to match my status with another chain.

Hotel has everything, great staff and location, good size room and very clean. Food was really good and if you are going to Rupp Arena you don't have to go outside. Staff goes out of it's way to help and the airport shuttle make life east. I was satisfied with everything.

My overall experience in this hotel was wonderful. I was here on business but could easily see our family staying here for leisure as well. It is close to the stadium and many restaurants downtown. The internet is great, rooms clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and had such easy access by walking across the skywalks to get to Rupp Arena. There was an ice skating rink just across the street. Would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room to prepare bottles for 3 month old and juice for 2 year old but we made do. Excellent service, very clean, and lots of resturants within walking distance of hotel. On a special note we had a street view of the Christmas tree being lit while we were there. I would stay here again.

Located in the heart of downtown, this is the perfect place to stay. Lots of places close by to eat. Rupp Arena across the street and a few miles to a really big shopping mall. Also within a mile of UK. My only complaint would be no refrigerator and microwave in the room. They are so common anymore, it's a bit of a hassle not to have one, but otherwise, a very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and easy parking in the garage for $10 a night.
