The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and nice to us as well as the breakfast staff. They answered all of our questions, were very friendly, and gave us good advice on what to do and see with our limited time. Really appreciate free wi-fi and thanks for the cookies Sam! The rooms were clean, housekeeping did a great job. Close to the airport-plus. Within walking distance of a few decent restaurants and a huge Liquor Barn.

Bed linens were clean, but the pillows themselves smelled of unwashed hair. Unfortunately, it's a common occurrence in these hotels. Ick. And why is there a thick comforter on top of a sheet, but no lightweight blanket between? The comforter is too hot and the sheet isn't warm enough.

We had a good experience here with one strange glitch. We were here two nights. When we came back there after being out our second day, the do not disturb card was in our door and our door cards would not work. I went and had the cards reprogrammed. We got into our room and everything was as we left it. Nothing was taken but our room had not been made up. Someone entered our room, put out the DND card and left it untouched. Not sure why all our keys stopped working. We got more towels from the f... Read more

This is an older Hampton inn, but there has been remodeling done. You still have to open the front door to get in, no sliding doors. The breakfast area, hall ways had new carpet, even the rooms had "some" updates. (Some of the furniture was still the same, but not everything). Bathroom was remodeled, but it was tiny, the door barely cleared the toilet. I was on the first floor next the the fitness room and I was a little concerned I would have noise issues with the hallway, but that was surprisi... Read more

I stayed here on my way back from Cincinnati. I arrived late but the desk attendant was very attentive and helped me with directions to the closest starbucks the next morning as I was leaving. The property is located in a large development that has a number of places to eat and shop nearby. The rooms appear to have been updated in the last couple years.

First off, the rooms are comfortable and appear recently remodeled. However, a few items made me drop my rating from a 4 to a 3. I don't know if the hotel is near a fire station or hospital, but on a Saturday night, there seemed a constant barrage of sirens going by on the street out front. The windows did little to block the noise. Then, there must be a restaurant next door that had some outdoor music playing, also completely audible through a closed window. Finally, the ice maker 4 doors ... Read more

The lady was very nice upon check-in and even fixed my lack of air conditioning in the room problem. I didn't remember reserving a handicapped room and the bathtub was rather awkward and a bit worn. I did notice water around the commode constantly. Otherwise the room was great, the bed comfortable, and the refrigerator worked well.

This is a very nice facility with an excellent staff. Room was clean, breakfast was good and plentiful. Three complimentary newspapers were provided. The pool was very clean with plenty of towels on hand.

My room was dirty and the staff was very unhelpful. I waiting for towels both days for over 2 hours after asking. They acted like I was inconveniencing them when I asked at 3 PM if they could freshen up my room and bring more towels.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn for a nearby family wedding. Once again, everything was excellent: the staff, the accommodations, the complimentary breakfast, and the location. You can count on a good experience at this and other Hampton Inns. (No, I don't own stock in the parent company!)

Stayed 2 nights. No wake up call either morning. Came back after 1st day of business room not cleaned. They did send someone else who did a half way job. The only good thing I can say is all employees polite.

The building is old and not up to the standard I expect from Hampton Inn. Our room smelled of mildew and the carpet throughout the property was worn and dirty. The only plus at this property is the staff.

Nice hotel as with most Hamptons nice clean environment. The young man at the front desk who checked us in could have been a little more friendly. The rest of the staff went out of their way to help, and the lady that helped with the breakfast is a angel, overall a real nice place to stay.

Room is in bad need of updating. the furniture looks like something that a yard sale rejected. and the shower filled up and took 10 minutes to drain. When I take a shower I want a shower and not a bath.

over priced rooms and smelly too, unfriendly staff and it was hard to locate the hotel as it was 'tucked between to others, noisy repairs going on but no apology given or warning, grumpy cleaning and kitchen staff and check staff absent and when question asked at check out very matter-of-fact and said 'it was corporate's fault'.

The hotel is centrally located to everything we wished to see. The staff was courteous and most helpful with directions and suggestions. We were families consisting of 10. All amenities were great! The breakfast menu was more than we anticipated. The children loved the pool and the hot tub!

Have stayed at this location numerous times. This may have been the last. We got in a little late on a Thursday night. Check in went smoothly. Get up to our room, no more refrigerators...hmmm...OK. Kids get into there pajamas and start playing around as kids tend to do, in their bare feet. My son gets up on the bed, and I notice his feet look as if he has been walking around in soot. Turns out my daughters feet are the same way. Wake up Friday and head downstairs at 6:30 am for the free breakfas... Read more

Easy check in, friendly staff, wonderful room, great breakfast. The room was clean and fresh, as always with Hampton Inn, nicely furnished and well provisioned. I like the new decor, it is modern without being garish.

We visited the area recently and found our room clean and up to date (bathroom updated which I'm always happy to find). We swam in the pool which was warm and the whirlpool was ok temperature-wise but the jets weren't working but still a fun area for young kids. The breakfast was decent, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very small but clean. The beds are comfortable but the tubs can be a slip and fall hazard once wet. Something needs to be added to the the bottom of the tubs. The price is a little high for the rooms since they are small and there is no refrigerator or microwave!

When we attend the Junior League Horse show in Lexington, we don't even consider going anywhere else. Exemplary service, comfortable, restful stays--just the best. This particular hotel is our adopted home in Lexington. The Waffle House around the corner is just fun; convenient, friendly, plus waffles and omelettes to die for! A little pricey, but top rate, and it shows.

We stayed here because of the location and I am a Hilton Rewards member. Basically near everything such as the UK campus, restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was large enough and clean and beds were comfortable. The only things missing (which we had gotten use to) were the microwave and fridge. Oh well! The staff - what can I say? They were all so very friendly and accommodating from the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff. And the break... Read more

Stayed 3 nights at Hampton Inn during family reunions. Unit is small for 2 beds, but nicely furnished, cleaned and maintained. Does not contain all conveniences (no fridge or microwave), but a comfortable spot. Nice selection of hot and cold items at breafast buffet. Lori Ann was very helpful at check in and with information about local restaurants and wifi outage (which lasted 2 of 3 days).

Glad we chose this hotel for our first night in Lexington. It is a short drive from the airport and close to a few restaurants. Keeneland is literally "across the road" from The Bluegrass airport. Nice, clean and better than average Complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here for the Keeneland Concours d'Elegance and found it to be very easy to reach the show grounds. No parking on sight for trailers but lots of room on the street. We have stayed here 3 different times while attending the show and found it to be a great place with each access to a great restaurant steak and sea food restaurant within very easy walking distance.

I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when I travel. I was in town for a birthday party and this was in a good location close to my friend's house so that's why I picked it. There are a handful of restaurants in the same complex so it's easy to eat nearby without having to drive anywhere. It's also pretty close to the college campus which also has a lot of great restaurants. The breakfast here had plenty of options for both healthy eating and those that like to splurge a little!
