Price of hotel was over $160 during Kentucky Derby period, I heard. When I stayed one week after Derby, price was not such high. Lady at front when I checked in was very nice and made me at home. Breakfast is same as other Hampton, hopefully could be better.

I had a good stay, twice in the past week. All was well, but they might consider replacing the mattresses, as both were not up to the Hampton quality that I am used to. The employees were cordial and acomodating. The breakfast was good, but I was surprised that the only fruit was grapefruit and pinapple compared to the normal distribution that I am used to.

We needed a room while traveling north I-75. I called ahead. Very friendly person made my reservation. Very friendly staff upon check in. Had breakfast in morning. It was fine. There were plenty of food choices near by and gas to get back on the road early.

After checking out and arriving at another city, I realized I had forgotten a drawer full of clothing. It took 2 days of phone calls and threats for housekeeping to admit the items were there. Only after calling the general manger and promising to call Hampton Inn Corporate, did the housekeeper produce the items. Apparently, they are able to take home anything they find that has been left behind.

Very clean hotel and nice area to walk your dog. Even the "neighborhood"around hotel was great for walking. The rooms were spacious and clean. Reception upon arriving was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast wasn't that impressive, but there's a Cracker Barrel across the street.

This is an older Hampton, so the hallways, doorways and bathrooms feel right and cramped. The rooms do not include a fridge, which seems out of the norm for the level of hotel. Breakfast just ok. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The floor was extremely sticky In the breakfast area. The continental breakfast was the worst I've experienced because you had to wait a long time on the attendant to show up to re-supply the offerings. (More than once!) Time is too important on the road to be wasted. The tub drain was so slow that I was standing in water before my shower was finished. The shower was also a little quicker because the customary shampoo wasn't provided. Other than that the room was clean and spacious! Not sure ... Read more

Hampton Inn provides a great value for the price because when you factor in the free breakfast and internet service that most hotels charge additional fees for, you end up spending less. This does not even include the rewards program points that one earns as well. All-in, a great value for the price.

This Hampton delivers great quality at a very fair price. Rooms were clean and spacious. The exercise equipment was in good shape. No fan in the room, though, could've used one. Staff friendly and obvious that they didn't take their jobs for granted. Nice to see in today's times, btw. Parking good. Good location with Interstates right there and ample shopping and restaurants, especially about 3 miles away in Hamburg Place area. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay. We stayed at several hotels on our trip and this was the first stop. Because the stay was so good, the other hotels had to top it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location off the highway. Rooms very clean. We were close to restaurants and a few stores to grab some items that we left behind. The breakfast was good as well.

Good place to stop for the night. Close to I-75 and I-64 outside of Lexington. Found the room to be generally clean although candies were left on the TV console and a beer bottle top was on the night stand next to the bed. A/C worked well and the room was quiet, even by the elevator as our room was. The breakfast selection was typical fare offered at most chains and the seating area was small, but adequate. This is an older property so the rooms are not as large as the newer ones. However, the check-in went smoothly and the morning breakfast area was well stocked. The big drawback for us is that the nearby restaurants are not terrific. The mid-level restaurant chains are a considerable drive away. Also, the in-room wifi signal on the 5th floor is not very strong.

Hotel was just very crowded with boys from multiple baseball teams so eating breakfast was difficult We had small children with us the the boys in the pool were jumping and splashing so it made it difficult for our little ones to go in the pool. We've stayed at this Hampton a number of times. It is convenient for family and they welcome pets, which we really appreciate. Having just stayed at a Drury Inn the night before our arrival, however, the declining condition of this hotel was apparent. Many fast food restaurants and a Wal Mart in walking distance. Right off the highway. The hotel itself will not disappoint with above average staff support. Clean with up-to-date amenities. Unremarkable breakfast egg crepe with salsa? Or whatever Questionable. Otherwise ok.

Combining clean, comfortable, and pet friendly is not always easy to do. Lives up to the Hampton reputation and everything was well taken care of,staff was friendly, rooms were clean. The only thing I wish I had asked about in advance was a refrigerator for the room as we were here for several days and I would have liked to have been able to put some things in one. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel might have been the nicest hotel of our entire week long trip. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The furniture looked fairly new. The rectangle TV was HD and larger than most. And the breakfast was MUCH better than most - It had breakfast meats, spicy breakfast burritos, and REAL oatmeal (not the fake instant). No question - We'd stay here again.

The location if travelling on I-75 in the Lexington area. there are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, McDonalds, Hollywood Hustler. Also there is a service station for taking care of your car needs at this corner. Also a stop-light at the corner to get back on the main road taking you to the Interstate. There is easy access for getting on and off the Interstate at this location.

We have stayed in this Hampton during all our South - North trips. It's always clean, nice amenities, pet friendly, includes a light breakfast (typical for Hampton) Many very good restaurants within 10-15 away, plus it's close to the interstate. We try our best to always reserve at a Hampton/Hilton hotel

We have many trips to this Hampton Inn. Close to the city, Keeneland and shopping. They greet us and have the room ready. Room is clean and updated. The staff goes out of their way to greet our lab. Staff members frequently ask to pet her and smile. Breakfast was freshly prepared and well stocked. Lobby is inviting for meeting and talking. Will definitely stay again

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were pretty good. The lighting is terrible and the rooms are VERY dark and depressing. This hotel really needs to be updated with new brighter colors. There is a very small window in each room so it would really help if they changed the color scheme and updated everything.

Hotel is in a great location off of I-75 and the perfect distance for the first day drive to Florida from just across the border from Detroit. Great dining venues nearby and the hotel is consistent year to year in its level of service and cleanliness.

On October 30, 2016 we stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Lexington Kentucky on interstate 75 on our way to Florida. We were greeted by a male concierge who was extremely nice to both us and our dog. Two days later my husband noticed that he didn't have his cell phone. It turns out that he had left it at the hotel. The concierge returned my phone call and said that the people in housekeeping had found the phone in the room and had turned it into the front desk. The concierge offered to mai... Read more

We stayed at this Hampton probably twice last year It is very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and love the fact that you could walk to area places to eat and not have to drive. It was pet friendly, although we did not bring a pet, it was extremely clean and fresh smelling anywhere in there. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back in a couple of weeks as this is our stopping point when travelling to the Smokey Mountains in Pigeon Forge Tn... Read more

We chose this hotel since it was our half-way point to Tennessee. The clerk checking us in - I believe her name was Desirae (sp?) was so polite and courteous. The swimming pool was the best ever - heated very nicely. Breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and the coffee was excellent.

This hotel is very convenient to the University, local shopping, and restaurants. Accommodations are excellent. Despite security, there appears to be a few non-guests who walk thru the hotel parking lot at night, perhaps from some of the nearby venues.

This hotel seems quite outdated. My room was descent, clean and everything worked as it should. Staff is very friendly. Used this hotel for a short stop in Lexington and for this occasion it is just fine. Breakfast was OK with everything you expect from a continental breakfast. Although located near a highway I did not hear excessive noise during the night as a result of this.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms, great location! It's so nice to return to this hotel knowing the room will be clean and quiet and the customer service great! Several restaurants to choose from and gas station down the street. Only thing to make it better would be restaurant/bar in hotel so you didn't have to drive anywhere after a long day.

What amazingly sweet staff! Couldn't ask for nicer folks. Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The night shift lady at the desk was so sweet. Gave my daughter and I a complimentary snack bag. Will visit again! ???

My husband and I stayed here for one night as part of our trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Pet Friendly, which is the reason we chose it.

We have stayed here several times over the years and loved it. It had been a while since our last stay and we were really disappointed how the hotel has become so worn. The carpets are frayed and dirty. The linoleum on the 1st floor is curling up at seams. Even the simple breakfast was a disappointment- scorched eggs, greasy sausage. We will be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to Lexington.
