Stayed here last night for a weekend trip with friends. I will start out by saying that room was ok, but not great. My husband tried to find a refreshment (coke) late , and the front desk was unsure of locations on floor. He had to go to another floor after locating machine, because the one on our floor was not working.(second floor) The night was a disaster, not exactly all the hotels fault, but the ending is where I am most unhappy. We had to leave in a hurry because of a medical emergency. Wh... Read more

From the outside this hotel looks good. But that is about it. We could hear every word that was being said from the people who were outside of the hotel. A lot of late night arrivals, people were not very considerate of others. The walls inside we not much better. We could hear the tv from both rooms that surrounded us. The place needs a makeover. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning. Would only recommend staying one night. Not a great place for an extended stay.

The staff is really friendly specially the lady in charge of the breakfast, that's the only positive thing about the hotel. The room service is the worse I have ever seen. I had to go twice to get fresh towels, the sink was dirty... and over that, they charged me twice.

The placed stunk of mildew, old and dark , to many security types wandering around. Walked to our room, turned around and walked out. Luckily we were refunded by Expedia. Seriously we have stayed in some less than 4 star places and pride ourselves to be able to roll with it. But this dump needs serious help.

My spouse and I spent 7 nights at this location. I found the staff to be extremely responsive to our requests for more tissues (we both caught colds soon after arriving), more towels; bringing up a new coffee maker; we never waited more than 5 minutes before they arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom seemed overly bright, I think less wattage would be more comfortable on the eyes. In the main room, all the lighting seemed to be on one side of the room,... Read more

Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. My room was nicely decorated. The only odd thing is that when I sat down in the bathroom with the door closed, I noticed that the shower curtain that had been behind the door looked like it had dried coffee stains on it. Same with the bathroom door. And, in that little spot between the bathroom door and the bathtub, the wallpaper/paint was missing. It's as if nobody expected anybody to ever close the bathroom door. I kept the fan on in the... Read more

This hotel is horrible. It is a very DIRTY hotel!!! Staff at the lobby are not very friendly. The bathroom was very dirty (lot of hairs in the floor and on the bathtub. The fitness room is nice. The indoor swimming pool is vintage! The air conditioning makes a lot of noise. One good point: bed was good!

I have been a frequent guest of this hotel over the last 6 years and with the change of ownership, the hotel has seen a number of upgrades and improvements with some more to come, Its in a great location right off of the HWY and only a few miles from downtown Lexington. The Bar and Restaurant are very good - the chef is a down to earth person who makes simply good meals and is willing to make things the way you like and sometimes becomes inventive. Rooms have been upgraded

The staff is fantastic. The hotel is dated and musty... there appears to be a lingering smell as though there was water damage. The bathrooms need updating--- the whole hotel needs updating. The pool is crumbling apart. The pool chairs are nice but the pool itself is not. The workout room is adequate for a travel workout. The bar is good- stays open late which is nice for travelers.

I have to be honest this place is really a dump. As a traveler that is on the road 70% of the year I can tell you I know hotels and I know what the standard of hotels should be. This hotel was poorly managed and here is a short list of findings during my stay there last weekend. 1.) No towels in the Pool area . We arrived at around 8 PM to swim and stayed about an hour and half and never once were towels brought down. we called and they said they were in the dryer. I happen to catch a wor... Read more

We stayed only one night, in transit to another destination. I was glad I didn't have to sleep there another night. We would have had to request another room. Booked via Hotwire, which usually works out well for us, however, this time we were disappointed. The entrance near our room was dirty, cigarette butts everywhere outside the door. The carpet was stained and worn. Our room was one for handicapped individuals (which we did not need and did not request) but that meant it was immediatel... Read more

Stayed here earlier this week OTR from FL to MI. Conveniently located right off I-75. Bistro was closed as we arrived about 2am, but looked impressive. Check-In was fast and painless, although, the front desk agent had ZERO enthusiasm nor did he express any kind of customer service that U come to know staying at a Starwood property. Now, for these rooms; plain and simple, for me, they were upgraded Super 8 motel rooms! Concrete floors under a thin sheet of carpet, decor was outdated, the flatscr... Read more

Hotel was nice, clean and staff was extremely friendly! Great location for what we needed and close to restaurants. Nice fitness center. No frills type hotel but for cost was great for our group. Rooms were plain and bathrooms small but clean. Lobby very cute. Again no frills and no extras but would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the I-64/75 yet it is quiet. The staff were ALL extremely friendly! This included the reception staff, housecleaning, the restaurant staff and a manager. The room was fine; we had 2 queens in a good-sized room. I'm not sure about the clothes "drawers." Rather than actual drawers, they were the new-style basket type which were not wide enough to hold clothes without folding them more than I normally would. My one other complaint is the lack of towel rac... Read more

There are a few things that should be improved on for the level of hotel that it and banking on the Sheraton 4 Points brand. Two rough thin towels in the bathroom and the rough sheets took a very nice room from a 4 star room potential to a 2 star room.

I stayed here twice now (June and July 2016) and both stays were great. If you are looking for perfection Iā??m for sure you will not find it with the dust behind the stands and the ripping near the bathroom. But the beds are comfortable, like laying on clouds and the friendly staff make this my place to stay. Thereā??s a restaurant on property, which I canā??t say much about since I never ate there. Ultimately, I would easily give the Four Points 3 stars, because of the lack of a fridge and... Read more

Check in went well, the room was adequate, except for lacking working electrical outlets. It was clean, the bed comfortable. The lobby and restaurant areas were nice. But the carpet needed to be vacuumed in the main lobby. The pool area was a mess. The equipment that you normally see on a wall to be available for an emergency was on the deck because parents were allowing kids to use it as toys. Both days I swam there were band aids stuck to the floor near the pool, cigarette butts nearby. ... Read more

This hotel is located just off the main interstate area. There is a lot of restaurants and hotels in this area. The usual rate is about $120 and you can get this hotel for about $60 if you book in advance using hotwire. Rooms are just the regular type of room. Mainly clean, but could use some upgrading. Overall, not a bad place to crash for the night.

This hotel was a Priceline booking for only 55 so I didn't have a lot of high expectations. The hotel smelled musty and smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. The room had some redeeming qualities like a nice large flat screen tv and the wireless was free and easy to connect to. The mattress was well worn in terms of age but all in all the room was really clean and the bedding was nice with a comfy down comforter. The desk was really large that was a benefit. This was just suppose to be an overnight stay. We saw a small roach in the bathroom (we were in room 306 I think). I called the front desk and told him about the roach. He asked if I wanted to change rooms and if I wanted him to send someone up to the room. I said yes to both--I thought he was going to send up the manager to check out the situation because this is serious (at least to me it is). The property has never been great, but it's a convenient location to layover when heading home to Atlanta from Michigan and I'm able to use Starwood points. There aren't a plethora of hotel choices in the area and all I've needed is a decent night's sleep. They updated the facilities a year or so ago so I expected a little more this time. I bet this used to be a great hotel. Not so much anymore. Lobby is nice but I don't spend time in the lobby. The rooms arent terrible but the cooling unit is poor. Old fashioned kind that makes the room extremely musty and damp. We had to go get Lysol to try to combat the smell. Our clothes even felt damp. Bathroom was 75% renovated but new floors are desperately needed. Needs more outlets in rooms too. I probably would go somewhere else next time.

We are SPG and have been spoiled by a more upscale room than this. There was nothing horribly wrong with the room, just needs a bit of sprucing up. We talked with manager named Steve - great guy! He went out of his way to make our stay better. Extra points for hiring someone like Steve! We will probably stay here again but will ask for remodeled room. While the amenities were below average (no room service, the bar area, elevators and decor were dated and the food was mediocre), the service was excellent. A less than desirable property. Other than recently renovated lobby the remainder of the place appears to need a good scrubbing, sweeping or a fresh coat of paint depending on the surface involved. The staff are somewhere between arrogant and annoying - the service of this place are honestly not worth a tip or for that matter a compliment. The rooms are quite OK, but not spectacular. The breakfast are downright miserable - go across the street to the waffle place instead! Not my choice another time.
