I stayed in a room here for a conference I was attending. I was exhausted as I checked in and was looking forward to a good sleep. I was surprised to find that I had a suite which I didn't ask for and that there was a jet tub in my room. The tub was great, the room was clean and updated. I had a wonderful night sleep and awoke refreshed and ready for my meeting. If I go to Lexington again you can bet I will stay here. Great experience.

You'll need a car if your staying in this hotel as there isn't too much around it, this is normal for this part of the states. The suites are a good size but slightly dated, however they are very clean and not dated enough to put you off. The food and bar here is very good Service is excellent. The swimming pool looked good although I didn't try it. Just right for the lone business traveller.

From the time of our very late arrival-which they accommodated very easily-staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Suite was very clean and nicely updated. Cookies were especially good!! Drinks were very good at the bar. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, maybe next time. Lexington area has a lot to offer and we can't wait to stay here again.

The staff and location are great but, they need to fix the plumbing and the A/C units (they are very loud). Our first toilet stopped flushing and our 2nd room had a leaking faucet and a wet floor near the a/c and bed. This place obviously needs some preventive maintenance and repairs.

Have stayed here various times over the past 20 years. Still is probably my favorite place to stay in Lexington. Got an extremely good price off another site and could not have done any better. Wife was really impressed. Very clean, spacious and bed slept well. Room has a separate sitting area which is nice. Good location. Did not try restaurant here, though has many restaurants nearby.I look for advice on TA for rec's and I definitely recommend here.

Two weeks after I returned home, I realized I had left 5 pieces of clothing in our room over Memorial Day weekend. I thought there was no hope of getting my things back. My husband called and talked to the manager and the items have been returned to me! Thank you Hilton Hotel Lexington! The service while we stayed there over a busy weekend was excellent, but getting my things back is unbelievably good service.

Hotel is behind a strip mall and a little hard to find. The reception and Lobby are very nice with a good staff. Rooms are large with separate living area and bedroom. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic weekend. There are several restaurant and retail shops close to hotel. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and greeted us with a smile with each encounter

We stay in a guest suite overlooking the inside atrium. The room was large, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bath. There was a small bar where we had some Kentucky bourbon that was quaint. Service was good. The only negative was the shower was cold- no hot water.

The restaurant is located off of Richmond RD and close to almost everything in Lexington. Oversized jetted tub and large room for the price. Restaurant is top notch and you have to try Crust Restaurant next door. There is also a Panera just steps away from the hotel.

Great service, great place, great experience. The staff was wonderful and took care of all of my needs. I loved the food. The location was central to anything and everything I could possibly need. It is within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.

Overall, beautiful hotel! The restaurant needs a touch of a work, food wise. The staff, perfection! The rooms, perfection! The only other thing I can think of that was bad...don't buy the bourbon caramels sold at the front desk! ICK!!! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel! I was greeted by name the second day of our stay! Seriously! Who remembers a guests name after 2 days?!?! We were walking out the front entrance and the young lady at the front desk called me by name!! That ra... Read more

Nice looking property and it had great reviews. BUT! when you got into bed you slide out because they apparently have never flipped the mattresses. Even worse was the sofa bed which was bent and felt like you were sliding off. THE INTERNET IS AWFUL! Had to have the tech work on it 3 times to get it working and in between those times it would quit constantly. If you need internet, this is not the place for you. There are too many other nice places in Lexington to deal with this again.

YanLing, oh my goodness what can I say everyone enjoyed the venue and the food was scrumptious hands down you all made our Pastor Leon Slatterâ??s Anniversary Banquet a success. Big thanks to your staff at the DoubleTree who were so attentive to our every need and courteous. Thanks for all that you assisted us in every phone call and email never went unanswered and I will surely recommend your venue to others who I come into contact with looking for a receptions or meeting area . My husband and I have stayed here for years, going all the way back to our wedding night in 1999. I cannot say enough good things when it comes to how we are treated during our stays or when it comes to seeing how other guests are treated. There is truly an exceptional level of personal attention and extra effort made by the staff (from the front desk to Angie's to the lobby bar) to get to you know personally, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make this hotel an exceptional bang fo... We were delayed on our trip to SC due to the hurricane and stopped to see some family in Lexington. During our visit, we learned some bad news about the health of a close loved one. We had our infant daughter and two cats with us. We are "hotel snobs" and members of all of the top reward programs in the industry. Only Hilton and the HHonors program came through for us. We were greeted by Tiffany, who went above-and-beyond in welcoming us to the lovely DoubleTree Suites property. She truly ... Read more

This has to be the best DoubleTree ever! A fabulous lobby - the rooms were great. Restaurant has a nice menu - something for everyone! Location was convenient to the meeting location and we had time to visit Keeneland for the races. I'll definitely stay at this hotel the next visit to Lexington!

We stayed on a Friday and had the inside balcony king room. Check in was easy and they gave us each a warm cookie. Room was quiet and clean. It had a separate sitting area from the bedroom. It had a large jetted bathtub. Parking is free but can be hard to find a spot since the hotel is located in a retail area. For breakfast we chose the $12.95 buffet. I had biscuits/gravy, eggs, potatoes, and toast. My husband had the omelet, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. All was good. Good place to st... Read more

I can't remember staying at place with as rude a staff as I encountered here. Desk clerk Amanda should be fired. Padded our bill, told us no managers were at hotel, made us wait, and treated us as trailer trash. Hotel in a strip mall. Overpriced with no ambiance. Noisy, dirty, (blood on pillowcase), and room was tiny. I have never written a comment this bad but it is truly deserved.

Spent the weekend visiting with family. My nephew is attending the University and lives very close to the hotel - the primary reason we chose the DoubleTree. Glad we did. Especially enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival - they even gave us an extra one when asked, and the small bag of free snacks in the room. We had a kingsize suite - separate living space from the bedroom, with a refrig and coffee maker. Love having my own refrig. Two large screen TVs, and a very large jacuzz... Read more

We booked this hotel thru booking.com and picked a large queen room with a sitting area. We were not given that room and were told there are no guarantees when booking thru booking.com of the type of room you will get yet I paid the price for that room. Doubletree did nothing to try and help correct the situation. I normally do not write negative reviews but I will not stay at this hotel again.

While the DoubleTree was tastefully impressive, pleasantly staffed, and impeccably clean, why would anyone travel to Kentucky hoping their hotel decor would evoke New Orleans? Surely visitors expect bluegrass, bourbon, and horses... not the wrought iron and jambalaya of the French Quarter. Fair warning: dogs are apparently welcome in DoubleTree rooms. These dogs are apt to bark. At times when guests might be reasonably expected to sleep.

Booked at the last minute for a trip into Lexington. Everything about the process from booking, through checkout, was excellent! The room was clean, luxurious, and the in-room Jacuzzi helped take away a lot of aches and pains after a long couple of days. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Room service chicken salad was great for late night eating. All staff was extremely friendly. Southern hospitality at its finest.
