Stayed here for one night as a very early flight next day. The hotel is very nice and staff very helpful. The rooms are a decent size with good comfortable beds. Had an evening meal in the bar which was very busy. Service was good and the meal itself was reasonable. The hotel run a shuttle service to the terminal which runs approximately every 15 mins which is very handy. Good value for the money.

Live in Cincinnsti but had an early flight so we stayed over night. Was a 50/50 scale. Nice foyer, but no need to use. Room was very far away, on the Honors floor, but our room was the only one ready, so whole hall pretty messy. The same dirty dish spent the whole afternoon and evening outside a room, then was finally moved to table by the elevator by morning. I know it was the same because I put my pizza box under it, thinking it would be taken by Housekerping, but both remained entire stay. R... Read more

The mirror in my bathroom was so dirty I felt like I was looking through fog to see myself. The mattress felt like it was 40 years old. I went to the bar and there were two practically empty Patron Silver bottles. Not even enough to make half of a shot. Thanks to the sweet bartender he offered it for free. Wanda was very nice at check in.

For a Hilton was very disappointed in the cleanliness and quality of sheets, stains on them. Asked for another room and put into the one beside it. Dirty wet stains on toilet seat, stuff on walls and did not look clean. As it was already 1 am and we had travelled 7 hours already, very tired. Made sure beds clean. Noticed survey card in desk holder next morning, grabbed it to fill out and was already done with all the same complaints we had, was the room even cleaned?? Complained to manager ... Read more

We stayed here the night before flying out. We picked it because we mistakenly thought it was attached to the airport terminal. Not a problem at all though, because the shuttle was extremely slick! I was able to return our rental car that night, and walk back to the hotel very easily. The room (king) was very big and spacious, and extremely comfortable. This is a nice hotel, the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean, quiet. I was worried about it being quiet since it was so close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel. So many airport hotels are run-down due to the high volume of traffic. This one was very nice and did not have that run-down feel at all! The airport shuttle service both to and from the airport made it very easy for me to get my family member to the airport with door-to-door service and a ride for me back to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because it is on the airport and we had an early flight. It did the trick, but I was not impressed. The elevators are very small. The carpet in the hallways are very dirty and dingy. They need to do some upgrades to this hotel. It is a very dreary hotel. The room was small and just ok. They did have extra towels which I requested. Much more than I needed or requested. That was nice.

The staff was very customer service friendly. My room was proper. There are wonderfully scented lavender and other fragrance plants placed at the entrance of the building. Great stay for what I needed - 1 night with early check out to catch my flight home the next morning. Was greeted with excellent customer service upon arrival (WITH A WARM COOKIE!!) and check out was quick and efficient. The only downside is this hotel is not attached to the airport directly so you cannot walk to the airport terminal and need to take the hotel shuttle; however, the hotel shuttle was a pleasant experience.

This was a real disappointment. I stayed at the 'tower' end of the hotel which was rather outdated. The room, although tidy was definitely not cleaned properly as I found coins under the chair (obviously from a previous guest). This is a 2 star hotel at best. I stayed here one night in advance of an early morning flight. The hotel offers park-and-fly rates, so I parked here way more cheaply than at the airport garage for a week's trip. Even though the hotel is very close to the airport you need to use the hotel shuttle for drop-off and pick-up...the wait was not long for either. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. Good option if you want a convenient location and ample parking.

Stayed here overnight before an early morning flight. The rooms were a little dated as well as the elevator. When you exited the elevator on the top floor it smelled musty like there was mold in the AC unit filter. For a quick overnight stay this hotel works. The shuttle in the morning to the airport is crowded so be sure to yourself enough time as it could take more than one shuttle before you get on.

Typical airport hotel and typical Doubletree. I don't have much else to say about it. Had a very early flight so did not have a chance to sample the food. Though it is right on the grounds of the airport, there isn't a safe sidewalk or even pathway to walk to the terminal so taking the shuttle is a necessity. The good news is that the shuttle runs continuously and only takes a couple of minutes for a round trip.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly and in close proximity to the University of Cincinnati. Our room was ready, large and clean so that was the plus side. The air conditioner was so loud that it kept us awake. In fact although it was next to the airport, I never heard a plane until the air conditioner finally kicked off. Even then the plane noise isn't an issue. My husband is a diamond Hilton Honors member but they did not give us our breakfast vouchers. My husband had to go back and as... Read more

Hotel was very clean...only complaint was cold showers yep mornings in a row. When we notified hotel staff, they already knew about the problem and the solution was to offer us free breakfast...which we already had. No rate reduction for room was given.

I always stay here. What nice people. What a convenient place. What a good restaurant. Sure, it's not NY Fifth Ave.,but for the money and convenience I'll take it every time. I have lived and worked all over the world and I truly welcome coming here to have a relaxing evening before or after travel. I can climb the wall, walk Thoth parking garage and enter AA desk if all else fails!

Hotel seemed in prepared for our large group night time arrival. The restaurant was not prepared for our group and neither was the front desk . The buffet breakfast was late to get fully set up on time and the scrambled eggs were cold

Excellent hotel, convenient to CVG for flight plans. Walking distance to departure/arrival terminal. Excellent staff. Check-in technician was professional, courteous, and made me feel very welcome. Supervisor of room-service was professional and attentive to detail upon delivering my room-service order. Rooms very clean, quiet, a luxurious retreat. Love this hotel.

Due to our travel situation, we stayed for one night. The room was large. I recommend getting the queen with the sitting area. We had family across the hall, we were both from out of state, so it was nice to visit without sitting on the beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. I did appreciate the separate recycling bin. The only disappointment was NO complimentary breakfast and it seemed quite expensive for small children.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Most all staff we came across was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Service was quick and efficient, too. We didn't use the pool or fitness areas, but we did view them. Seemed like great amenities and were kept clean and organized.

The Doubletree Cincinnati Airport is a property that would be chosen for convenience. It is literally on airport property (not inside the terminal). They do offer a complimentary shuttle service. The property overall is decent. A bit dated and needing some refurb as the carpet in the hallway on the 8th floor was showing a lot of stains and wear. I will say that my HHonors app digital key was not working and they had someone bring me a key right away. The rooms are comfortable with a unique q... Read more

Staff wonderful and super nice. Cookies are great and warm. Halls can use an upgrade, reminds me of the 60's. Bathroom fans not hooked up in the three rooms my friends and I had but didn't hang out in rooms.

The DT hotel @ Cincinnati airport is a very nice decorated hotel, lobby is spacious, c;lean and comfortable, but as soon as you are living the hotel, is just like other one that provide service just for stay night before take a plane, unfortunately they were apparently short of staff because the time we need to wait for find solution to any requirement took to much time, all time i request something. The breakfast was an unfortunate experience, very poor quality of the food and low options at... Read more

Got a room at this location because a search through HHonors for Cincinnati on that date had this as the best price. Was concerned ZI might hear airplane traffic and have issues sleeping, but none existed whatsoever. Would stay again here in a heartbeat.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport. The facilities were clean and well cared for. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only negative comment is that I thought the mattress was too firm for my liking making for an uncomfortable sleep.

The DoubleTree offers 24 hour airport shuttle service and they are only about 5 minutes from the airport, so you don't have to wait long to be picked up or dropped off. Check-in was easy and fast and the warm chocolate chip cookie they give you is a great bonus! The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the airport and need a quiet and comfortable place to sleep for the night.

The Hilton Doubletree was a delightful surprise as I checked into my room for a two day conference. My room was spit-spot clean, appointed with all I could wish for. The service was wonderful, the dining room clean, service quick and pleasant. Food was good. I was able to enjoy room service for dinner and breakfast. This made my stay so easy! It was raining outside and the thought of getting into rush hour in an unknown area did not appeal to me. Room service had my order in my room within... Read more

This hotel is an ideal place to stay if you have plans to fly in/out of the Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional from the moment you walk into the beautiful lobby until you leave the facility. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was optimistic about my stay at the DoubleTree in Cincy, because I'm always pleasantly surprised by DoubleTrees - but this one was it the best. It was a really dark hotel. Lots of wood and browns - but not in a good rustic way. It felt old and in need of an update. That was my initial thought upon arrival. My room was on the first floor - which I hate, but I chalked it up and kept it moving. When I got into my room, it was equally dark. The room was spacious, but it needed a deep cleanin... Read more

Hotel is fine but the service and quality of food is horrible. Restaurant staff is unmotivated and really couldn't care if you were there or not...we had a poor quality meal delivered and when we told them that there was almost no meat in our reuban sandwich, they never spoke to us again! The amount of the gratuity was in direct proportion to the quality of service!!
