This was the first time we had been to Kentucky and this stay guarantees we'll return. The front desk staff was very cordial at check-in. Even giving us printed instructions to a local eatery. The room (411) was very well maintained and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was set too low but easily changed. The made to order breakfast was wonderful and so were the wait staff and hostess. If anyone is looking for a great place to stay while in the Lexington area then put this place on ... Read more

Very nice facility, plenty of good parking. Front desk was very friendly and was knowledgeable of the area and provided us with typed information and food coupons. All service providers greeted us each day and the bartender kept us laughing. We look forward to our next meeting in Kentucky.

Staff are very quick to help, rooms are very clean and tidy. Hotel very close to amenities. Breakfast is very good, short order cooks it up fresh, many fruits and muffins to choose from. Bar is well stocked and outdoor patios are great and with tail gate games as well.

For many years we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) whenever we were in Lexington. However, our trip there in late February 2016 broke us of that habit. It was a dreadful experience that began with major mechanical failures in the room assigned to us and stayed that way. It was truly awful. The HGI a few miles away in Georgetown, on the other hand, is first-rate in every respect. The front-desk help, especially Chris, is eager to please, pleasant to deal with, and professional in every respe... Read more

Bar lounge quite interesting with the staff in her 9th year. Quite the local experience and make the property acceptable.

Great value and location. Great rate for honors members. Plenty of nice restaurants near by and easy access to the freeway. Only complaint would be that the beds were too small for a family of four. They were full size.

Short notice booking via the HHonors member portal. Guest services is very helpful. Was able to assist with a large group and we enjoyed a nights stay with no issues. We spent some time at the bar unwinding and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice friendly front desk staff with easy quick check-in. Room was neat and clean with attentive maid service. $10 breakfast has plenty of food, but wish it was a bit cheaper, as I don't consume a lot of food for this or any meal (personal preference). Lot's of restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The room and staff were amazing. I was shocked to find out that breakfast wasn't complimentary. Also, that it was $10 per person. There was hardly no variety and what was offered was not tasty. Other than the breakfast issue, I loved the hotel. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping does a great job!

It was fine - always stay at the Hilton Honors hotels. Just think - just because it has "Hilton" in the name - it should offer the same amenities as the Hamptons and Embassy and Homewood Suites. Free breakfast and happy hours.

the wedding reception rooms were beautiful and the service was wonderful. Everything was excellent except the beds. They were hard as a rock. The adjustment knobs did not work correctly. This hotel has the worst wifi I have experienced and I have stayed in hotels on the average of 3 nights a week for 35 years. Do not stay at this hotel unless they can assure you of good wifi connectivity. Hotel needs to offer free breakfast or a cold option for the breakfast instead of making everyone pay the higher price for hot items even if you only have cold items.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the A/C worked well and the price was good. There was a microwave, Keurig coffee maker (very good idea), and a small fridge. I didn't like the small variety of channels on the TV (no BBCA or SCIFI channel) but we watched our own choice by finding something on Amazon Prime and using my own HDMI cable.

This was a perfect place to stay during the Breyerfest celebration. The hotel was warm, inviting , great breakfast and close to a lot of restaurants and activities. We also visited Old Friends, a retirement farm for race horse.

Small corner bar and a great lady, Katie, who proceeded to show us every bottle of bourbon they carry. Holy cow! I dare you to find a bourbon they don't carry!
