This property is perfectly located for those traveling north or south It's intimate locations is surrounded by cheaper fuel and nice dining options The hotel is all you expect from Hampton plus terrific service in house

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection. It was the perfect halfway point to our destination. The Oasis Southwest Grill across the street was a great place to eat plus received a 10% off with the showing of the room key.

great visit, friendly professional staff particularly breakfast woman who has been working seven days a week for past months with no complaints until they can find GOOD help. Room and exercise facility great and discount tie-in with two local restaurants a good bonus. Also on the go bag breakfast great idea. little touches really help.

I stayed 1 night for business in May 2016 and found the property clean and fairly well managed. The breakfast was also fine and the front desk recognized my gold status with Hilton upon arrival which was a nice change from several other Hilton properties that I visited during this journey. The property is certainly an older Hampton Inn and it could use some updating.

We arrived at the hotel later in the evening. The receptionist greeted us very kindly and had all of our room arrangements and paperwork ready. It literally took 2 minutes to check in, which was great after a long day of travel. The hotel was clean, great location for the highway and the whole experience was what I have come to expect from Hilton family of hotels.

We had a great room. It was clean and the bedding smelled great. We enjoyed a quiet room. The staff was very pleasant. We always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn when we travel. A pleasant nights sleep!

Enjoyed my stay, staff was pleasant, and breakfast was wonderful, our beds were firm, and comfortable. I liked the variety of choice restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only disappointment is the pool was not ready, and it was very warm outside, would have been great to utilize!!

When we arrived there we didn't check everything when my husband got ready to use the bathroom and lift up the seat there was feces all over the place it was just disgusting we reported it to the staff they didn't nothing when the cleaning crew come to clean the room the only thing they did was change the sheets that was already on the bed and then threw them on the floor to do that they didn't vacuum the carpets they didn't clean the bathroom replaced towels and soap

We made a reservation to stay at this hotel and then were not able to stay. The staff were very helpful. They went out of there way to assist us and I wanted to note this service in a review. Service is great!

The Hampton is always our first choice to stay. The rooms are always so nice and clean, and of course the Breakfast is great. You can have a little or a lot. We always find a Hampton wherever we go. We thinks it's the best

They say they have a pool but there is no water in it and a sign says closed for season. They told us we could leave but we was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding. They didn't tell us when we checked in there was no pool.

Admitted that "system" raised prices when hotel got busy. A/c did not work very well. No adjustment for poor climate conditions. Breakfast quality very poor. will probably try to not stay here again even though it is in a good location for me. As Honors member was disappointed in Hampton for poor standards and the price gouging was not appreciated, NEVER heard staff admit to price gouging before but it happened here.

Quick overnight stop after driving over 1000 miles that day.. I was tired when I arrived and the check is was quick and trouble free.. This location was my 2nd choice because I was going to Bowling Green the next morning but the stay was great!

Manager has bad attitude. Hotel pool closed because of safety issues from 1997. The manager said the owner has known since last year but will not do anything to solve the issue, so it wasn't his fault.

The hotel is an older Hampton, well maintained and perfectly acceptable. If you dont care about a pool this place is ok. What I find frustrating is that I booked the room here as a stay on our family's vacation, under the notion that there was indeed an operating pool. Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel's pool had issues and was not open. THis pool had not been open in quite sometime by the looks of the empty pool and construction/maintenance equipment. Expected a run of the mill lodge, and it was in most ways, but staff were friendly, room was large and clean. Next door to a mexican restaurant which we didn't try. Free hot breakfast that was actually good for a change. Overall all a welcome surprise.

We booked our room two weeks before our stay. We received no warning that the pool was empty and not working. My children were extremely disappointed to find out that they would have no pool to use for two days in 90 degree heat. Extremely disappointed in the lack of notification or compensation by the hotel management.

At check in we learned the pool was closed. We went ahead and stay one night but canceled our second night. The hotel is ok, small rooms and the walls are thin. The one staff member we saw was nice but wanted to get back to his personal phone call. Hotel was clean.

Very clean, very nice, easy access, affordable. The location of the hotel just off the exit makes it easy to find. There are multiple different restaurants in walking distance for your convenience. Overall well worth the the money for the stay.

the general condition of furniture, wallpaper, bedding, etc. everywhere you look it is either broken, torn, or worn-out Attempts to repair were obvious and very poorly done. In addition it appears that they have a roof leak problem and our room on the third floor had wallpaper peeing off the wall from a overhead leak

The hotel was a little run down but clean with a nice breakfast. I was disappointed that the pool was not operational during our stay. We were visiting colleges and this hotel was about 45 minutes outside Nashville

Can't go wrong here. This hotel had the friendliest staff and always with a smile. Room was up to Hilton standards and VERY clean. Have stayed at many Hilton properties and never been displeased, but this Hampton exceeded my expectations.

There were 13 cars in our Corvette Club visiting and stayed here for 3 days. They were very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. A great Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful Magnolia tree outside...

Maybe it's fixed now? I was there at the end of June and in April and the pool was drained and out of commission both times. The rooms and beds where fine and the breakfast for fine and I was just glad to get a room late on a Friday night and even an average Hampton Inn is better than a lot of other Highway hotels. So, I would stay here again, but I might look for a little nicer Hampton Inn in Nashville or Bowling Green, but those fill up fast. If others are full this Hampton will do just fine. ... Read more

A Friendly and efficient staff, .........very clean attractive rooms. The night clerk offered dinner suggestions as well. Based on the closeness to the hotel so I would not have to drive all over. Breakfast was hot and delicious. can always depend on quality at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

I travel quite a lot for work, and typically try and stay in Hampton Inns. They are typically high quality and quite a comfortable stay. I expected no less from this one when the one we typically use in Bowling Green was booked. However, this location is below the level I've come to expect from the brand. I'm a diamond Hilton Honors member and stay in a lot of Hampton Inns. This one is showing it's age and very overpriced at $150 (including tax) on a Sunday night. The room was quite small and cramped. I've paid less at much newer Hampton Inns with spacious rooms. Not a good value for the price.

We frequently make trips to the south coast from our home in central Indiana. When we drive back home we always make the Hampton Inn in Franklin, Ky our goal for the night. It is right in the spot where we need to stop for a good rest, it is always comfortable and clean, and it positions us for a relatively quick hop the rest of the way home in the morning.

This is a nice place to stay. Very friendly front desk and gave us good reviews on places to have dinner. The rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. Very quiet rooms also. In great location to restaurants. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice, accommodating, clean, comfortable, top shelf updated Hampton Inn Property. I have been to many Hampton Inn's, this maybe the best one, also only a mile from Kentucky Downs Racetrack! Will stay here again!

We have stayed at this Hotel multiple times on way to Florida. Hotel is always clean and staff friendly. The exit is great because it is not to busy but has good places to eat. We would for sure stay there again.

Amanda and her staff were outstanding. They are first class all the way. Breakfast was better than advertised. Rooms were spotless. Can't wait to come back next year. Close to great restaurants and Kentucky Downs as well.

Nice staff with clean rooms! Very comfortable beds. Adequate Mexican restaurant right next door with connecting stairs. I would stay here again especially if I'm going to Kentucky Downs race track! Try the Downs during live racing it is like no other track in the USA!

When I come to the area, I always stay here. Although there are 5 or 6 other lodging choices at this location, the Hampton has a "look" that I like, there's always good coffee in the lobby, I feel safe here, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good value.

Arrived at dinnertime and clerk recommended a couple of restaurants nearby that would offer a discount for those that stayed at the hotel. We tried one of them and found the food to be very good and could walk back to the hotel . The staff went above and beyond to make sure any need was satisfied . Extremely satisfied and will stay here again.

In town for our daughters wedding. Lots of friends and family stayed at the Hampton and we all were very happy with our stay. Clean roomy, friendly helpful service and a wonderful breakfast area with room to gather and visit. They even offer a brown bag breakfast to-go if you're in a rush.

This hotel was not the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than at most Hampton Inns I have stayed. The carpet in the room looked dirty and there were scuff marks on the walls so I think it has been a while since the room was updated. Overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel is about 30 minutes from Nashville. It is has great location and great staff. There are amazing restaurants close right next door to the Hotel. A nice golf course and other attractions. Kentucky Downs is very close by as well

We live in Florida, have family in Michigan, so we make the trip often. We always stay in Hamptons, deciding which one when we plan the trip on how long we want to be on the road. We have never had a bad experience. We can count on the beds being comfortable and the breakfast substantial. Being an Honors member is a great perk to a credit card.

Staff was great. The room was clean. This is one of the better Hampton Inns as far as service goes. I was treated by name when I checked in, no problems at all. Kathy the assistant manager is wonderful. I have stayed here several times and have always had great service.

Great place, convenient to Bowling Green, and the Corvette Museum. Easy on and off I-65. Wonderful breakfast, nice selection of fresh items, and fabulous waffles! Yummy cookies and coffee always available in the lobby. Nice Mexican restaurant next door, gives a discount to hotel guests.

Despite a mix up regarding our reservation, the night manager, Kathy, had 2 weary travelers settled into their room in less than one hour after arrival at 11 p.m. She was extremely helpful, even helping to get refund from Hampton Inn that was mistakenly booked (which was 1 hour away!). She even gave us her card to follow up & gave us extra help getting our refund. Definitely a great place to stay anytime you are in the area.

Arrived late around 10:30pm for a one night stay. Check in was very quick & easy. Room was the typical Hampton Inn room. One thing I will comment on is I traveled with my 3 kids, age 7, 3, & 3 months. My friends were in the room right next to us. Quality of service, cleanliness and comfort is the best. Very nice interior. Clean rooms. Free Internet. Lot's of toiletries, towels and wash cloths. Immaculate cleanliness. All employees are super nice and make your stay a feel at home.
