My wife and I recently stayed here while attending the Kentucky Derby. This was a great choice for the Derby since you are far enough away from Louisville to avoid the outrageous hotel prices during the Derby, a straight shot on highways to Louisville. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They even had a free buffet to celebrate the Derby.

I am from Atlanta staying at this property this week on business. Normally my wife does not accompany me, but we decided to spend this coming Memorial Day weekend in Louisville, so she came along. Because I will have our only vehicle during the work day, her plan was to sit by the pool to read and perhaps swim. This property's web page shows a nice outdoor pool, with lounge chairs, etc. When I checked in yesterday, no mention was made of the pool being closed for repairs, etc., but we learned lat... The hotel was clean and staff were exceptional, but noise was a little bit of an issue. I am a light sleeper as well so that may have been the issue. I would come back again but try for a different room away from the front of the building.

Great hotel. Good amenities and a great breakfast. We find the accessibility to the interstate to be very good and the comfortableness of the beds and room make it a good stopping point overnight. Having stayed here before, it is also a great stepping off point if you are doing the Bourbon Trail or just sightseeing. Plenty of history in the area and this Hampton Inn is very convenient for this purpose. Highly Recommend it as a place to stay even if for only one night.

My husband and I stayed here while touring the Bourbon Trail. The lobby is very modern. The hotel clerks at check-in were efficient, super friendly, and they gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Our king room was large with a sitting area, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and there were several staff members working to keep everything fresh. One staff member even came around and re-filled coffee while we were sitting down to eat. This hotel is a very good value. It is clean, the staff is courteous and some of the little extras, like cookies in the lobby, are a nice addition. The free wifi was reasonably fast for free internet and the breakfast was ok, but nothing amazing. There are several restaurants nearby, within walking distance, as well as a Walmart and a Kroger, if you need anything else.

The beds were comfy and the room quiet for sleeping. I used my app to select a room for pre-check in which was great! Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I was welcomed by staff and checked in right away. When I got to my room, I could tell it would be comfortable and was clean. I had a King Size bed in a "suite" like room, that included a couch and refrigerator. It was not especially large, but gave me a place where I could relax and prepare for my business meeting in the morning. The complimentary breakfast is always nice too. This location was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I was not disappointed.

Wife and I stayed here over night on out way back home. It is a great up to date place, great location. It seems that there has been some issue with the TV in the room not working right. We had to call the front desk when we got to the room because the TV was not working, It took less then 1 min for someone to be at the room to get it working. It took about 15 min to get it going. The next morning we had the same issue with the TV not working.

Convenient to everything I needed. I will stay at the hotel again. I look for hotels that don't break me and something less than $100, but it was worth it especially since I had someone to share the cost with.
