This was a typical Days Inn. It was clean, but the decor was very poorly done. I'm just surprised that Wyhdham would have their name attached to it. The bathroom was so old and weird that we wouldn't take a shower in it.

The photos online implied this would be an older but renovated property. For the price and considering we needed a mid-way point to travel with my ill father - the location seemed like it would be perfect. We weren't looking for 5 stars - we did however hope to have: Blankets on the beds (a thin coverlet was all included with no blankets in guest closet) TV Remote (we didn't need HD or even a flat screen set - but no remote was beyond forgiving) Bath Fixtures that were not 20 years old This... This place is not bad at all, for the price you pay. I expected worse things when I seen the price. I does lack a SAFE for your personal and expensive stuff to store. The rooms were very clean and not once did I hear any loud guest.

Received a confirmation number stating a hotel room was rented, when my friends and I arrived our room had been given away due to non-payment. The hotel did not call to verify payment nor did we receive any notification, so we drove 2 hours to find out we had no hotel room for the night. Due to being booked to capacity, the hotel offered a solution at no extra cost a room where the manager had to unlock the door because no keys worked. Needless to say this room had no running water in the sh... Read more

The absolute worst hotel experience of my life. The king size mattress was held together with the sheets brown funk and springs we're showing. The tub was clogged with dark hair and scum with standing water. They brought a queen mattress up to lay over the old king size. Flaking paint, towel rack barely on wall. NO mirror near or in bathroom. Sticky carpet and smelly. They wouldn't return my money either. Unfortunately, I had my dogs and had nowhere else I could stay.

It is unfortunate that the Days Inn name has to be associated in any way with this property. It is obvious the owners have put little energy into it. A count of paint just doesn't do it. I was also asked to pay more at the desk than I was quoted online. What the h*** is that all about?

Property not just old, but falling apart. Basically they've tried to polish up something that should be torn down. Room smelled horrible, even the hallway smelled. Couldn't wait to leave, didn't even look at breakfast we wanted out that fast.

I stayed here for one night on our way home from vacation. There had been a previous leak from above and the ceiling tiles were all stained, The bathroom door handle was ready to fall off, The towel holder had been torn out of the wall and someone stuffed toilet paper in the hole in the wall. The worst was there was mold in the grout of the shower tiles! Breakfast was a joke, juice machine broken. When I mentioned my concern at the desk I was told the manager was on vacation , but he would call ... Read more

I booked the room online. I was embarrassed when we got there. It was for two rooms. My friends looked at me like I was crazy. My mattress was actually just sitting on the floor! The rooms smelled like an old moldy basement. Asked for extra pillows, they had none. Also was denied extra towels. The faucet on the sink was loose and falling off. We could not get room temperature under 80. The actual logo behind the counter was miss the D in days inn. You stand in front of it everyday, fix it! I rea... Read more

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We were told upon check out they are in the process of updating all of the rooms and are having a hard time keeping the cleaning staff. We were on a very tight schedule and were running late due to traffic. When we returned to our room later that evening we looked around the room, the fridge had not been cleaned out, our air conditioner was held together by duct tape, under the microwave had not been cleaned in a long time ( I could write my name in i... We arrived at the Days Inn around 10:30pm after driving from the Cleveland area. (If we had arrived earlier and found the room conditions as such, we would have left. However, we were tired and being unfamiliar with the area, we unwillingly stayed here.) The room rate was relatively cheap, so we weren't expecting luxurious, but we weren't expecting what we got either - a gross bed, lack of stated amenities and a building in disrepair. We arrived and my husband checked us in. When we reached... Read more

Unless major renovations are made, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, it stinks of cigarettes from the lobby to the rooms. Even the nonsmoking rooms. The vending machines are either broken or never filled. If you need a drink or snack and didn't drive to the area, you either have to walk a few blocks down the street or be out of luck. This hotel needs a lot of work. Our party had two rooms for two nights. We found bugs in one of the rooms, so the staff changed us to another room. It also had bugs, so everyone doubled up. The next morning we found bugs in the other room from our party. So we left, even though we had paid for another night. The staff was nice, however, and refunded us for both nights.

I called the desk and they sent someone to look at the air conditioner. He showed up and said its low on freon and he thought it felt cool enough to him. He said call the desk to see if they have another room. Basically, horrible customer service.
