This is an average middle-of-the-road Hampton Inn. On the positive side, the employees were friendly, the room did not have any unusual odors, and there were a number of nearby restaurants. On the negative side, the smoking area at the front door results in guests having to walk through the cigarette smoke being generated by the employees who stand there on breaks. The breakfast area is much too small and in order to reach some of the seating one has to walk by the front door sensor so the fr... Read more

Good experience, rooms were clean, stayed there on a Friday night and it was quiet. No issues at all. For those using the Hampton Inn - Airport Parking option, FYI, we were told the shuttle to the airport, airport is about 2 miles away, does not offer service until 4:30AM. We had to be at the airport at 4AM so we had to park at the fly and park, which you drive past to get to the Hampton Inn, and is esentially across the street from the Hampton Inn. We ended up cancelling our reservation for... Read more

First - the good. The reception staff we met were quite nice and accomodating. The breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn - High fat/High carb. Egg/cheese omelet, sausage, fruit, pastry, bread, oatmeal, yogurt, juice & coffee. Hard to mess up, and it was reasonably good. The room was....weird. A King Study - was just not laid out well. It was like they took a regular room and messed it up. There was a couch & ottoman that took up 1/3 of the room, then the king bed, There was a reasonably ... Read more

The hotel did not quite meet expectations. The beds were too small but clean fresh sheets. There are a plenty of towels. We had to change rooms due to the smell of smoke. That was the only drawback. The staff was good and assisted right away. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

Everything was in exce;;ent condition and all of our expectations as HHonors members were met. There was more traffic noise than we usually experience at a Hampton Inn, but the inn was quiet otherwise.

This is a nice hotel in a decent location. The staff was generally friendly, the rooms are laid out well and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. If I were to have any complaints, it would be that the air conditioning thermostat didn't seem to be accurate. I had to turn the temperature down to 62 degrees to make it feel like 70 in my room. I guess the good news is the thermostat allowed me to adjust the temperature that low...many hotels have a range and you can't go below 65, etc. I'd rate... Read more

It was an ok experience, nothing to write home about. The staff is excellent, the rooms, not quite what I expect from a Hampton. Smelled a little musty, HVAC was less than acceptable and noisy. It felt in need of in upgrade. Once again, the staff attitude attention made up for any facility shortcomings. I would probably stay there again, but I'd look around a bit first.

We've stayed here twice now, and both times have been wonderful. (I thought I had already wrote a review) It's at a perfect location. If you're looking for restaurants, shopping, or going across the river to Cincinnati, this hotel is where you need to stay! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is wonderful!

Hampton Inns are consistent. This one is good but due for needed updates. It was very clean and quiet except the occasional sirens on the road side. Improvements needed: 1. bigger breakfast area. We hit during a time of a senior tour bus two days in a row. Not enough seating and not enough elbow room. 2. Towel racks in bathroom - mine only had pegs which made it hard to use same towel for two days when the towel cannot be hung properly to dry. 3. Carpet in room had a hole (seemed clean). ... This hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous. The location is convenient. The hotel is somewhat dated though. They seemed to be having some HVAC issues at the time I was there, because the lobby area was hot and humid.

This is a well maintained, clean roadside hotel, which is typical of the Hampton Inn chain. What really impressed us was the staff response to an emergency situation. My companion slipped and fell in the bathroom. I called the desk for help. they responded in minutes, helped her to her feet, brought in a wheel chair and moved us to a room that was handicap equipped. Later that evening we received a phone call asking if we needed further assistance. Just wonderful!

Was disappointed in this Hampton. I have stayed in numerous Hampton's and this was one of the worst. The first room wasn't very clean at all. We moved to a second room and it was better but still a few issues. Had problems with the refrigerator and AC. Nice staff and good breakfast. Also a billing error that needed resolved.

Like the location, near shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and staff were friendly. What we did not like was, there was no ceramic ware, we ate with paper plates. We have a microwave in the room, but no plates to heat up our food. Also, towel was rough. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

One plus is that there are lots of good restaurants around. We found a potato bug in our bathroom, and there's not much counter space on the sink. The outdoor pool was very cold for July. It's close to the airport and I75.

The first that makes me feel comfortable at a Hotel is Service. One of the front desk clerk is very rude and seems to get bothered when you ask him questions. Second, they need to get pest control in there......I was having breakfast one day, when a large spider walked across to have breakfast with me. Then for the kicker; after being there a week and needed to extend my stay.......the clerk I went to "Supposedly" set everything up and found out the day I originally was to check out when one ... We've been fans of Comfort Suites in the past but when needing to book this Hampton Inn we were very pleased with the staff, location and food. The location is a little tricky exiting the highway or trying to get back on to go south. That would be its main drawback. But once you figure it out, no problem. Just have to remember which way you are going on 75 so you exit the hotel correctly. Good variety of breakfast items hot and cold. Staff of exceptionally helpful when we had questions or ... Not worth the cost/valueney. Look for a different hotel. There is not much you can say good for this hotel. Rooms are small and in need of an upgrade to make them Hampton Inn quality. Old hotel that needs fixing and some better people on the staff.. Our stay was 3 days long.

There were some good and bad things we encountered in our stay here. The location is convenient, but with the hotel being next to the Hospital they need to upgrade their windows. When I walked into the room I thought the windows were open, that is how loud it was outside. The room was clean, but he Windows put a large burden on our stay with out two year old child. Breakfast needs improved.

This motel tried to make me stay in a room with a double bed and no couch after I had reserved three weeks in advance a room with a king bed and pull out couch. The front desk person was not friendly and took almost an hour to resolve the room problem for me while I had to wait in the lobby. I definitely would recommend not staying here.

This hotel is a convenient location to the airport. It's your average Hampton with all the Hampton amenities : business center, fitness center, free breakfast ( I actually didn't have breakfast here so I can't comment. This is rare since I almost always have the free breakfast and would be able to share info. ) Ample parking, wifi and a friendly accommodating staff. Some areas could use updating. Nice pool, too.

30 minutes south to Ark and 15 minutes west to Creation Museum. An older Hampton with only an outdoor pool, but rooms, breakfast, and front desk services were up to par. There was a slight odor we could not identify outside the elevator, but it was not an issue in the room. Price was competitive, very slightly less and probably because of the pool. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely use it again.

Our group of 23 travelers chose this hotel, due to its proximity to our weekend's venues. We found it to be like so many major chain facilities. This one has issues that could be improved with more maintenance (i.e. dirty ceiling tiles, leaking ceiling on 4th floor near elevator. Housekeeping entered our room despite our putting the Do Not Disturb sign. They left a post it indicating our bedding was replaced when they entered against our wish. Why? Staff we interacted with was nice.
