My room was clean, quiet and overall peaceful experience. My only complaint is that I was not informed that the kids do not eat free if the room was purchased through Priceline or any discount companies.

This is a great hotel for short-term stay. The rooms are nice and comfy. Only one thing which dissapointed me was scramble eggs for breakfast. It was not good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel reminds me a Mason style.

We stayed here in May 2016. I had made my reservations 3 months earlier and requested and paid for a double queen room. When arriving we were told they didn't have any of those rooms left (!!) and we were given a king room with a pull out. So, one person was on the extremely uncomfortable pull out couch. No extra blankets... Room was not exactly clean feeling and I did find a top to a medication bottle on the nightstand when we got in the room, which is proof of how the rooms are not cleaned... During a spontaneous road trip in search of the best ribs in Kentucky, we came across this hotel to stay overnight. We were going to stay at the other hotel (Day's Inn) next door but were immediately unimpressed by the rude front staff. We decided to try the Holiday Inn. What a wonderful stay!!! The front staff were pleasant and courteous. The room was excellent and highly accommodating for ADA compliance. The hotel restaurant provided a romantic atmosphere and the staff was great. I arrived on a Thursday evening after an 11 hour drive and waking up at 5 am that same morning. I then visited with friends and went to bed about 10 that evening. Hoping to get some rest for he next day. It was nice until doors starting banging shut around 5/530 Friday morning. I assume it was travelers up to catch early flights. As I am loyal Holiday Inn Express and their sister properties, Staybridge, Holiday Inn, etc., customer, I had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn at the Cincinnat-Northern Kentucky for one this past week. I was very disappointed with this stay. Although the room was very clean, it was very Spartan in appointments. The bathroom had just one undersized bath towel, a small thin bath mat, and a wash cloth. The tub was slick, I nearly fell down a couple of times. I ordered room service and t... Read more

very pleasant one night stay at this hotel few miles from aiport, large clean open area. Good service at the desk. The business center is well provided with all you needs. Room was clean nothing to say. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast in this price range was really good. I usely complain in US about breakfast this one was excellent fruits were good, eggs as well. I did like the involvement of the kitchen staff to clean up the buffet and ensured regularly that it was full.

The lobby is very nice, the rooms are extremely spacious and the airport shuttle is incredibly prompt. We stayed for one night to leave for a flight the next morning, and was not disappointed. The shuttle left at 4:30 a.m., and was there exactly then. The hotel to stay at if you're catching a flight at the airport! We will definitely return.

Well, first of all this is a very, very nice hotel. We were here for a Cincinnati Reds game and stayed out here for the reasonable prices. Let me preface this review with it was very hot 90 degrees plus humidity! After a long day of driving and being in the heat, we arrived and went to check in. There were 2 men at the desk and instead of greeting us, they decided to talk to a boy who had on a holiday inn name badge and also had a lego holiday inn at his home. I get it, cute. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport was booked as a free Anniversary Night from using our IHG Credit Card. We booked a King room with sofa bed. Did a park and fly here. About a 5 minute ride to airport so quite convenient. Price was very reasonable. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were great. Food and service at the restaurant was quite good. Lobby is pretty with the fountain. Pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't have time to use them. Will definitely stay here again next time we need to spend the night near the airport.

We stayed here for a planned pitstop during a roadtrip south and needed a place "close" to the Cincinnati Reds stadium. So with that said, location is the best thing about this hotel because it's out of the big city yet just a short jaunt away. The whole atmosphere is kind of time warpy from the late 80s or early 90s. Our clerk at check-in was disheveled and obtuse to making us feel welcome (didn't even say where to park or point to the elevators...I had to ask). We had a double queen room w... Read more

Dat travel helped us book two rooms at the Holiday Inn in airport blvd Erlanger Ky. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's more of a business hotel for airlines since the airport is close. Overall rooms were clean, and beds comfy. Only suggestion is the need to heat the pool.

Rooms are large and plenty of room to move around in. Clean and comfortable. There is an exercise room with several machines. Indoor pool and restaurant on property. A short walk across the street is a Subway if a sandwich is all you need. Bathroom amenities are typical HI and good. The good comfy kinda sheets and comforters :) and the bathroom is clean! Pool area is nice and it has a good area for kids to swim plus the hot tub.
