The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The floor in the room was not carpet which was cool but the hotel is just too run down. The entire door to the stairs was plywood with a handle. The glass must of been broken out. There was pizza crust dropped or thrown down the stairs. Vending machines were all broken. Last but not least there were bugs in our room. I checked the bed and didn't see anything but they were there as I found out the next morning. That's all I will say...Sleep here at your ... Read more

We checked in March 8th, around 8pm. $47 after a tax per night. SHADY characters hanging out in the parking lot, watching us carry in our belongings, measuring us up which was scary & made me uncomfortable. Upon entering the room we noticed the security latch was broken on the door & there was a huge opening along the bottom where bugs were coming in. There are stink bugs everywhere as well as dead roaches in the drawers. I was falling asleep & felt something on my neck which turned out to be a ... Read more

My husband checked the beds and saw no quick evidence of bed bugs . But guess what ? At this moment my car is being treated and so is everything we traveled with because I am covered with bites and woke up on Monday , April 4-2016 with bedbugs on the sheets ! When I say the room was dirty , I mean I cleaned it ! The dust was horrible and covered every surface - headboards , tables , vanity counter , refrigerator , lamp shades and even the toilet. Maintenance had to remove one of the beds becau... Read more

I booked this room on Travelocity while my connecting flight was delayed. I was looking for a cheap room (it was) near the airport, and this one was pretty close to my arrival. I had a hard time finding the place, as the lollipop sign was unlit. Once I found an entrance, I had to circle the building to find the office. I did find the pool, which was still covered over, so I don't know whether it was functional. I was greeted by someone who appreaed to be out of it. He took 10 minutes staring at... Read more

My Husband and I were traveling through the CVG airport. Our flight was delayed and we had to find a place to stay for the night. We found this hotel and decided to try it. We checked in around 2pm. The girl at the front desk was friendly and showed us the room before we paid. The room was on the same floor as the office and had parking right in front, so it was easy to load our bags. they gave a us a paper to put in our car window due to security walking around at night. That made us feel safe ... Read more

This is a terrible, smelly, old hotel. They don't seem to be making any improvements at all. The price is great I guess, if you want to risk leaving with bugs or a disease. The fourth floor is completely closed. The breakfast is a joke.. There is hardly nothing!!! Just don't. Pay twenty extra and stay somewhere else. Bums live in this hotel.

A dump. Dirty. Nasty. Dead bugs. The wash was not in the bathroom, it was ouside the bathroom. Nois. The pictures looks better on the internet. Under the bed we could see powder for killing bugs. Never again.

I was in Erlanger Kentucky and stayed at the Country Hearth Inn. The staff were very nice, polite and accommodating. The Inn was in a quiet location and the room had a new king sized bed. It is close to many restaurants and attractions in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay for a very reasonable price.

I was in town for four nights for a high school reunion (Go Beechwood Tigers!) and had a great time, but this hotel was not part of it. Although I prepaid on Expedia and had all relevant documentation, the manager just coudn't find my reservation. I really think that my name had an extra consonant where he didn't expect it and finally discovered it by chance at about midnight, a good 20 minutes after arrival. The first floor room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of old tobacco. It ... Read more
