I am beyond disgusted with this hotel. When checking in they took forever to come to the desk then informed me my room was given away at 3:00. The desk agent said they tried to run my card at 3:00, when did THAT become an industry standard? The card was declined at 3:00. Because it had some fraudulent activity on it between the time I made this reservation and today, the card had been replaced by the bank with a new number. I showed up at 4:30 and my room was gone. She claimed she tried to call ... Read more

Great place. Friendly people, clean comfortable room. I don't think I have 200 characters worth to say. It was a nice hotel, nice room, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. There were no issues. There aren't many places to stay in Danville, Ky. This is by far the nicest place to stay.

From the minute I pulled in the parking lot I knew I was going to have a good experience. Although I only stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Danville, KY, it was still a really great experience. The room was very well cleaned, it smelled fresh and the bed was really comfortable. The next morning at the breakfast bar, everything was freshly prepared and replenished. I have been to numerous breakfast bars at hotels and they have been out of items but not replenished, there was also a good vari... Read more

We managed to get the last room in the hotel for graduation weekend at Centre College. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the decor, the cleanliness, the fitness center, and the breakfast. Our room had a large whirlpool tub in the room (suite?) which was a bit odd (there was also a regular tub in the bathroom. But the room was so large it didn't make any difference. The accomodations were great and the staff was so good. Definitely stay here.

Very pleasant atmosphere and staff. Nice rooms and decent breakfast! A little pricey for the area and for a Hampton Inn. I usually receive upgrades at Hamptons due to frequent travel....but not here. Near many restaurants.

Good price for the quality. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. Didn't have any issues during our stay. We stayed here for a wedding and it was amazing. Shuttles took us to and from the hotel for the party so we didnt have to drive.

The staff is very friendly and all of them spoke as we walked by. The rooms are very clean, no signs of bugs, which is most important to me when I stay at hotels. Breakfast foods need help. The biscuits served were very hard and I could not cut it with a knife or even break it with my fingers. Suggest adding scrambled eggs too.

I was traveling thru KY and was very impressed with this Hampton. Belle, at the desk, was helpful in recommending a great Mexican restaurant and gave good directions to the movie theater. She even asked how I liked the movie upon my return. Rooms was big, very clean, great bedding. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Hampton.

We have stayed there the past three years multiple nights for the Great American Brass Band Festival. Rooms were always clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is set back from bypass and quiet with easy parking. Staff is very helpful and prompt to address any needs or minor problems. Breakfast is always good and hot options vary from day to day.

We stayed here three nights. The room was clean, everything worked, and the breakfasts were good. The only problem we had were a roomful of people across the hall who were leaving and slammed the door to their room by actual count 27 times, plus emptying out the ice machine in their massive cooler on wheels. I asked them to quiet down and one of them said "it's time to get up, bud." Annoying people - too bad you can't pick your neighbors.

Drain in bathroom tub was plugged and noise across the hall by other guests late at night was unacceptable. Drain was repaired on the 2nd day. The hotel needs a policy that is enforced that after a certain time at night guests must be considerate of others as far as noise level.
