We stayed one night back in November. Arrived late and as we were driving to the hotel it almost seemed as if we may have taken a wrong turn! The area is very dark and have to admit I was uneasy parking my car in the lot! It was totally fine though. The hotel was full that night. Re staff: The young gentleman behind the desk was not the friendliest when we arrived. Didn't make us feel welcomed in the slightest. We had booked a room with a rolling bed and they didn't have it ready for us. One ... Read more

I learned the answer during a recent stay. As mentioned in other posts, this hotel is under renovation. None of the new rooms are ready. It appears that all routine maintenance stopped long ago. Walls were stained and chipped. Carpet was greasy and sticky. Bathroom tiles and the hair dryer were coming off the wall. I checked out after one night and moved to a very nice Courtyard a few blocks away. The staff were very accommodating and did not give me any issues. I am totally shocked that Hampto... Read more

My friend and I took our daughters to Cincinnati for a girls weekend and we stayed at the Hampton. The hotel is the perfect location if you want to be near the aquarium, restaurants and the riverfront. The rooms are very nice, clean and everything is new! The kids enjoyed the pool and they even had pool toys for the kids to use. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely make this our new goto hotel when we want to stay on the riverfront in Cincinnati.

Stayed here for a business conference. 5 adults in a suite and we had more than enough room. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served daily but there wasn't a ton to choose from. What they had was good. I would def stay here again with no hesitation.

Though the view was poor, it was a flood wall on the Ohio river, and there was some minor in house construction happening, we were very comfortable in our room. Clean and comfy and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if clean, comfy and quiet is what you are looking for.

We stayed here over New Year's. I was really impressed with the employees; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. My one suggestion would be to put some more towel bars up in the bathroom. We try and reuse towels during our stay, but need a good place to hang them up so they air out. We especially liked the electrical outlets on the bedstand between the beds. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was a bit nippy. Wish you had a hot tub. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

We knew the hotel was going through renovations when we booked. For the most part it did not impact our stay. We were just really disappointed by the condition of our room. It was overall really run down. There was a slight odor to the room and nearly every wall was covered in markings from previous guests. The bathroom also was well worn. Toilet leaned a little backwards and the water faucet for the tub was barely connected. This made the shower barely functional. Some of the tiles show... Read more

This Hampton Inn is on the Kentucky side of the river and appeared a little dated but looked like renovations were underway. We actually wanted to be loser to CVG but our company booked this hotel because it was a reasonable rate. All hotel personnel were very accommodating even when we arrived at 2 AM. It is located close to the bridge going into Cincinnati ,however, the rooms were quiet and you could not hear the traffic outside. Lots of fast food restaurants close by bug could not find... Stayed at the Hampton the night before my daughters appointment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Loved the location. Easy to get to Children's and the hotel staff were wonderful when we checked in. I even told the hospital that we would recommend the hotel to other patients needing over night accommodations.
