I have stayed here many times over the years. Basically it is the best hotel in the area. Have I stayed in nicer places? Yes, but one does not expect the Four Seasons in the heart of Central Kentucky. The room is nice, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. I had a handicap accessible room so fidgeting with the shower head was a challenge. They have upgraded the TVs since I was last there. The breakfast is okay... I mean, it is included with the price. I also had a few issue... Read more

I stay at this location a lot for work purposes, at least once every two weeks, and I have to say it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Front desk staff are always a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast is good and I really enjoy the fruit and cookies they leave out. I am always greeted as a rewards member and everyone is just so nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to stay in the Campbellsville area.

I've stayed at this hotel on a regular basis since June 2015. From the first visit, Brandy, the manager, has made me feel at home. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful whenever I have a question or concern. I've stayed at many IHG properties, and the HIE Campbellsville staff is exemplary! It's by far the best place to stay in the Campbellsville area.

I was next to the elevator NEVER heard it! They have a great selection of TV channels (directv) the breakfast was standard fare, but we never ran out of food. Staff are very friendly! It's CPZ, so parking is never a problem, there is a Garcias Mexican restaurant close and it was great!

I have to go to Campbellsville quite often for work. This hotel is by far my first choice when I come to town. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I've gotten to know many of them and they have always taken care of me. They do have periods where they are almost booked to capacity because this is the best hotel in town. I would suggest that you book as early as you can!

the staff is very friendly, the rooms very neat and clean and QUIET. the hotel is set on a slight hill and the surroundings are very peaceful. I have stayed there twice in the last month and would easily stay again. Very nice place!!!

This is a not old/not new facility. Not having "automatic doors" at the entrance tells a story for me. The personnel were EXCELLENT, while the facility was average. The TV tuner was difficult to figure out, & we're "tech type" folks. The room was clean, as was the bath. The AC was ok. The bath door would not stay partially opened, so I learned a new trick; put a wash cloth, or small towel on top of the door, near the juncture with the wall.

This is a nice place to stay, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, plenty of parking. We were disappointed when our room didn't get serviced one day, but we survived. Next day, they didn't leave us any washcloths. When we tried calling the front desk, we got a busy signal, so went to the front desk. After waiting for quite a while at an empty front desk, I asked for washcloths and the desk clerk was rather snippy when telling me that they'd been doing laundry all day and that it was very busy.... Rooms are clean and spacious...staff is very friendly. I would also say that automatic doors at the entrance would be a great help. The nice lady who managed the breakfast was superb. Lucky to have her on staff. Brandy very welcoming among others. Ample parking for boat.

This is by far the best place to stay at in Campbellsville, Kentucky. The daytime hotel manager Brandy is a sweetheart and she will definitely put a smile on your face. Free breakfast in the morning and don't forget the cookies!!

We happened to arrive early and they went out of their way to let us check in early. Clean, nicely furnished, spacious rooms. Friendly staff , nice breakfast. Great place to stay. Well worth the cost.

We were there in May 2016 for my graduation. The rooms were nicely laid out and were very clean and airy. The check-in staff was friendly enough, but the management and cleaning teams went well beyond their normal duties. My mother, who was traveling with us, had several special needs and they were all taken care of - it was as if she was their mother! The food at breakfast was a little short the second day we were there - but it was graduation day at Campbellsville University, so as you can... Read more

Hotel was kept very clean. Jill was very helpful with changing my reservations and directing me to activitys and restaurants in the area. I recommend hiking at green river lake state park and dinner at brothers downtown.

Had a great time and was checked in by Jill who was very professional and polite. The house keeping did an outstanding job of maintaining the rooms and supplying towels. The breakfast of a morning was hot and delicious.

Brandy and her team were incredible to our family and friends the weekend of our wedding! They put our welcome bags in each of the guest's rooms! Some of the friendliest people you will meet. Definitely the place to stay if you are getting married in the area!

Our family traveled to Kentucky to watch our son play in his first football game at Lindsey Wilson College. This HIE is relatively new and offered lots of nice amenities, which included an indoor pool and fitness center. Our room was a king suite and was super roomy and comfortable. The only reason I can't give this hotel a "5" for our stay is because they seemed ill-prepared on Sunday morning for the number off guests... long lines waiting for food and coffee.

We recently stayed here for a Campbellsville University football game. We had booked a room with a king size bed then unexpectedly had our grandchildren spend the night with us. Genevieve was so helpful and got a rollaway bed for us right away. She also provided us with extra towels, bedding, tissues, and toilet paper. The next morning, as we were leaving the breakfast bar, the attendant pulled me aside to let me know how well behaved and polite our grandchildren were during breakfast. Sh... Read more

We were stayed here for two nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and we had a nice room with two queen beds. It also included a refrigerator and microwave. It had a nice swimming pool and small fitness room both of which we intended to use but didn't get it done.

I love this hotel. Having a kid at Campbellsville University it is great to have a hotel that is always a great place to stay. This is our 4th time staying at Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville. I have never been disappointed. The ease in booking and great customer service is a breath of fresh air. The breakfast is always great. This stay we needed to extend our stay a night and Genevieve was more then accommodating. We are traveling from Florida so to know we always have a clean and friendly pl... Read more

In town for the Green River Classic bowling tournament. Not much to choose from in Campbellsville, but this hotel met our needs. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really good (eating area is quite small). TV remote control decided not to work and front desk did not have a replacement nor could fix it. No automatic doors at hotel entrance makes it difficult to bring in your luggage.

i checked into the hotel last week for a one night business stay. I am just starting a construction project in the area, and will be returning often for the next year. While checking in, i noticed they had me in a room with 2 beds. I politely asked the front desk clerk if I could have a king bed. She said they do not give complementary upgrades, but she would be happy to upgrade me for a fee. I was thinking $140 plus tax a night in Campbellsville, KY and u want more????? Then she said thank yo... Read more

I received the paper invoice under my door which was correct. When I was completing my corporate expense report I realized they had double charged me. I contacted the hotel itself and was given all types of excuses and denials even though I had the charge in front of me. The hotel employee basically called me a liar. She was extremely rude. The hotel itself was ok but the service is terrible!!

This place is always welcoming every time I stay. The most courteous staff I have found in a hotel. I travel on business and try to schedule my trip so that I end up here of the night. I stay here once a month on average, and they always greet me by name. The entire facility is very clean and orderly. If there is ever an issue, the are very quick to resolve. The rooms are always in tip top condition upon arrival. The Manager at the front desk in the mornings has always got a true smile on Her f... Read more
