I'm loyal to the Hilton chain of hotels. This HGI did little to dissuade me from that loyalty. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. As usual, the place was impeccably clean and quiet. The only thing that marred the stay was the breakfast buffet (not included) was the fruit selection, specifically the bananas. There were three on display, all w/ obvious brown spots. I took one anyway. It was inedible. Only staff member I saw was the one clearing our table. When I mentioned t... Read more

I always stay at Hilton Hotels and this place did not disappoint. A very clean place...with very professional staff. A pleasure to go here. The breakfast in the morning had some good choices. And the location was perfect for close eateries in the area..in fact Montana's is excellent...and literally their parking lot is adjacent to the Hilton...you can walk there.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was not as efficient or forth coming with information as should be, such as bonus points issues, where the elevator and amenities where. The restaurant is the biggest issue here, by lack of food that is on the menu and the service by the breakfast staff. There is no true breakfast buffet although that is what they called it, the food needed to be ordered and again lack of items and the time and service of the food was extremely lacking, I would recommend off t... The location is within walking distance of several different restaurants without crossing the highway- Montana Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Double Dogs, Griffs, Steak and Shake. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall we would recommend it and would go back.

The motel was nice but not as nice as others I had stayed at for the same price. The housekeeper that day was fantastic! Most motels on this level do serve free breakfast but this one did not. The breakfast was 9.99 but it was hectic. The employees were doing all they could but way too many customers for the number of employees. Perhaps this was just a one time situation

The Hilton Garden Inn is a wonderful place to stay. All of the staff members work to be excellent. The place was very well run. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Always ready to find an answer to my questions. Every aspect of the hotel was run just RIGHT. My room was as clean as a pin. I ate breakfast every morning in the hotel. The food was good but there is a minor charge for the hot meal. It is a very clean hotel.

I used my Hilton Honor points to stay at this location (30,000). The hotel is located approximately 3 miles from I65 but the drive is easy. Check in was easy. The room is a typical Hilton Garden room but I found it to be very clean and stocked. The toiletries are made by Neutrogena and there were 3 large bath towels along with a blow dryer. The property is between downtown and I-65, only a few miles from each. Hilton Garden Inns are appealing because they tend to be consistent from location to location and are nice without being too formal. The convenience of a quality hot breakfast and dinner/drink options in the evening is usually a huge part of the appeal. This location seems to have some challenges on the restaurant side. We had a very nice stay. Check in was simple, and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water at check in which was a nice touch. The room was very nice, clean and cozy, affordable and very comfortable. There is a great pool and hut tub. The staff was friendly and courteous. Hope to stay again soon!

We got in late after dark. The desk clerk saw me go to the wrong door and struggle with my luggage. He came running over opened the door for me and carried in my luggage. He was so nice. Fast check in. Very nice property. Fountain outside. Very peaceful. Super clean. Management here must be good because the entire staff was all about customer service. We will stay here again.

Well located in area of shopping and dining. The property will be remodeled soon though I find it to be extremely well kept and clean. Plenty of parking space if you are towing or have large truck. I've stayed here yearly and am amazed how well the property has been maintained.

The facility was very nice from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The morning breakfast offered made to order omelets in addition to fresh fruit. In addition to the heated pool there was also a hot tub.

Everything about the hotel is terrific except the interior needs to be redone, it is just worn out looking and a bit depressing. For example, all of the wood work- on my desk, bedside tables- just looked severely worn, and the wall paper and carpeting are old. However, the staff and the food are both great, and overall it was a good stay. If they would refurbish the hotel I would make a point of staying there every time. One major problem is that there was zero cell reception in this part of ... Read more

We had to go down to KY for a funeral and had to book last minute. We first started by getting a great rate here on Trip Advisor and booked it thru this site. We had not been to this location or to this Hotel in the past. We were very pleased with the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room. The room was also very quiet despite a car show that was in town and had several people up late outside. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning as well. The hotel is located just off the main ... I believe this hotel is very nice, however had to pay $80 more than my family who was in the "block". When a person is having a wedding and sending all their guests to a hotel I would think this hotel would be very appreciative and keep the rate the same even if the room block is full. Probably won't be back.

We took a weekend trip and this hotel worked perfect for us. Close to Mammoth Cave for our Saturday then onto Nashville for Titans game. Great alternative to busy Nashville. Close to the overwhelming selection of restaurants Bowling Green has.

This is a good stop on our way back to Fl. Hilton Hotels are very accommodating and if super tired its nice to grab a bite in there restaurant which is very good. Breakfast is always a good choice if you need a bite in the morning

Service at the hotel was indifferent at best. Clean rooms. Bar at night was best avoided. Bartender recommended not getting draft beer from tap (thank you). Beer that was served was flat as it could be. Breakfast staff was not alert to items that needed to be replenished. Upon pointing it out they groveled around to replace cups and utensils that were missing. Nothing was bad about the stay, just sloppiness of the hotel staff. Not up to the hospitality standards would expect in Bowling Green or ... Read more

I made my reservation on the Hilton Honors app while enroute. It was effortless and offered the best price. Arrival and checkin was quick. The hotel and my room were very clean and well equipped and serviced. The Keurig coffee maker us an upgrade from the old coffee makers. Breakfast was not included but was worth the price due to the variety of selections and the made to order options.

Not as advertised, mattress very uncomfortable and fridge was not cleaned out. Called 800 number and no response, was told I would get one within 72 hours and here we are going on day 5 with no response. Leads me to believe they do not value the customer experience.

What a great haven for a long day traveling. I was welcomed by the friendliest staff and given bottled water which was very nice. The room was already set with air and was very clean. I travel a lot with my job and this was a welcomed change. No hassle check in and actually used the app to check in early. Got to pick my room and time to check in. Very nice, will stay here again.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby is very nice. I was bummed at first that breakfast wasn't included, but it was delicious and there were many options for only $9.99. We usually stay at a different local hotel because it is on campus but couldn't get rooms there. In hindsight, I am happy because we had a big group and the lobby accommodated us and the food was so much better.

The staff was personable, outgoing and welcoming. My room and all common areas were kept clean. There was a local college football team there and you never would have known. Also, I am allergic to feather pillows and requested additional foam pillows to be delivered. While out for dinner they were left in our room.

Breakfast is dreadful and waiter/waitress did not seems to care and very rude when they ask u what u want. They look elsewhere instead eye to eye contact when they ask you what would u like? I would not bother to eat breakfast there because fruit flies r everywhere and so unsanitary. They left the trash can opened without cover behind the bar counter.

This Hilton Garden has a very pleasant lobby area; on arrival we were greeted as if we were old friends. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The hotel restaurant seemed to have a fresher quality with more variety than other Hilton Gardens in which we have stayed. We were at the hotel three days and experienced no problems. Really a surprisingly delightful stay. The hotel is within three or four blocks of a variety of restaurants, banks, and other services. If there is one "problem," ... Read more
