This hotel was really awesome. I was very surprised when I entered my room, it was very large, fully equipped with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I loved how it was decorated, lot's of character, great big windows, with supreme window dressings. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have every slept in, I missed to check the mattress, but perfect and the same with the bed linens. Breakfast is catered in, and again it was awesome. Hot, Cold, fresh, lots of variety, totally unexp... Read more

WiFi, extra large windows, my room overlook a small park. And too my surprise Saturday morning. The park was bustling with vendors of all type, from fresh bread, to plants, popcorn, fruits & vegetables. I had a ball. I booked this room through TripAdvisor for a one night stay in Wichita. As soon as we arrived, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. To our surprise, our room had a full kitchen, dining table, sofa, and two double beds. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It was so nice having a fridge (full sized!) and microwave. One of the hotel staff, Jake, gave us excellent dinner recommendations and even drew on a map to help us find it (a lot was in walking distance!). When we arriv... Read more

This was my favorite hotel of my trip, it's an old warehouse turned into hotel. The reception area is well decorated and large, the staff was fantastic and the room has everything you need, It's like an efficiency apt, but with the feel of a high class hotel. It's situated in the Old town part of Wichita, with several restaurantsw, bars and shops nearby. If visiting, I would definitely check them out, it's a great value for the $$$.

Hotel at Old Town in Wichita, Kansas, is a great place to stay. The furnishings are very nice; it has a wonderful atrium where the breakfast buffet is available or to just sit near the fountain and relax. The room is large and has a wingback recliner to let you prop up your feet after walking and standing so much visiting The Museum of World Treasures that is just across the street from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and some night spots as well. There are t... Read more

The hotel is recently done up, with wonderfully classy rooms. It really have a 5 star feel inside. Note that each room has a kitchenette, which is a little strange for a hotel of this caliber, but is nonetheless appreciated. The location is walking distance to almost all of old town, with great restaurants, bars, and entertainment for the evening. We thought we were just passing through as part of a road trip, but thanks to this hotel, we feel like we got a good feel for Wichita's Old Town too... Read more

We chose to stay at the Hotel at Old Town after our daughter had a good experience there. The hotel is an old factory which has been refurbished into a nice hotel. The room had an exposed brick wall, and lovely furnishings. It had a full kitchen, large refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and even a garbage disposal. We didn't use the kitchen but it was so nice having an ice-maker at our room. If you were staying for a long business trip this kitchen was well equipped. The service was excelle... Read more

The Hotel at Old Town is a great venue for a meeting or business travel. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. I really like the feel of the room with the tall ceilings and large windows. The kitchenette is small but very handy, and the bathroom is decent sized with a walk in shower. The complementary morning breakfast is excellent and way above average for most hotels. The location is great for evening activities, restaurants, as well as some local shopping. I would definitel... Really a quaint and luxurious hotel in the middle of the Old Town area. Originally a warehouse built in the early 1900's, It was transformed into this wonderful hotel. Rooms are large, plush, comfortable in size and even have a full little kitchenette. While parking at old town can be a challenge, it's very convenient for guests. There is a public parking garage immediately next door. Guests can park anywhere in the garage and the top two floors are reserved only for guests. Hotel is surrounded... Read more

Great location, walking distance to upscale dining and entertainment. Centrally located with easy access to highways. Hotel offers the charm of a historic building combined with all the modern amenities. It was great to have a full size refrigerator, microwave and cook top with all the cooking utensils provided. Access to guest laundry was also appreciated. We will stay again next year!

First off, this is a beautiful hotel. I have never seen anything like the inside. Open space, balconies, greenery, and lovely carpets and bouquets everywhere. I was greeted every time I visited from Ashley and Matt. They were both very helpful, polite and friendly. Draper is also at the front and went above and beyond when I needed champagne glasses. The rooms were clean and the furniture was gorgeous. Everything you need in the room was there. Karen assisted us in setting up a block of rooms fo... Read more

The location of this hotel really cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Old Town and with free wi-fi and free parking next door it is a great value as well. The room was nice and clean and the lobby courtyard area is beautiful as well. The had a small jazz band the night we were there and it was a nice way to relax after spending the day walking around. I would recommend paying for the breakfast buffet in the morning as well. It was very delicious and included beverages for I believe it was abou... Read more

My husband had a job interview in Wichita and the company rented us a room here. I am so glad they did! It is one of the best, non corporate style hotel I've ever seen! I loved the decor, the room, and the architecture of it! The wine they served at the bar was really good as well, I wish I would have asked what it was. They even had a small shop that had snack incase one was hungry at night. The employees were so helpful and nice. Honestly, the hotel sealed the deal for us to make the move when... Read more

Hotel at Old Town was a fabulous location for our family reunion. The hotel staff was very helpful from booking the event to the desk staff. Thanks for following up with all our questions:) The space is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and accessible for all. We had a great time spending time in the lounge listening to the jazz and having fun with our family and other guests. Location is great. We walked to restaurants, bars and even the Sat. morning farmer's market.

The rooms are what I would consider old fashioned, but they each have a stove top and full fridge. The common area is absolutely gorgeous! We were having a wedding and the extended family came and visited. There is a bar and weekend music. Lovely place to stay. Some of the rooms have a balcony/patio, all open to common area. Location is within walking distance of theaters, restaurants and other places of interest. The service and kindness of staff was outstanding. This is where we will s... Read more
