I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Its always been good and the service has always stayed up to standards. If you you need to stay in the area its a good choice and lots of eating places nearby also.

Very satisfied. I had a wonderful experience in the 4 days that I staid in the Hotel. Breakfast was good and satisfied, the fact that it was free. Clean room was good and satisfied with my stay A/C at the room worked exceptionally good

Have stayed at this location many times, rooms are always clean, staff helpful, will stay again.. Noise levels are low, easy access, an enjoyable stay. Only comment otherwise is that the pool is really COLD! (Why does this review need a full 200 characters...?)

Hotel was beautiful, quiet, clean, accommodating, and staff goes above and beyond to ensure each guest is treated like royalty--especially Thomas. I didn't love the mattresses, but everything else was excellent.

We love this hotel! It always has an aura of calm and restfulness for us. The beds are very comfortable, the room size is large enough for two to be very comfortable in and the staff is just wonderful.

This is a nice hotel for the price and it has a great location in Wichita. I stay there whenever I visit family. The lobby is inviting and I like the lake view. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. It's a comfortable place to stay when alone or when traveling with other family members. Memorial Day weekend staff was limited, due to the holiday, and there was nobody tending the bar, however the bar staff is usually quite friendly.

Great hotel and Staff. Lobby is set up to accommodate visits with friends and family. Great rooms with comfy beds. Pool and sauna were great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

Excellent stay. All freindly and smiling. Love the hotel. Loved the service. Good shuttle bus. They need to have a free pick up from the Airport. Also free ride to take to the airport. All are there to serve the guess. They made sure that the guess had everything he needs. Very hard working people. There goal is serve and to satisfy guess always.

When I travel for business I like to stay at a location that has many dinner choices within walking distance. There are several restaurants with great menus that are a short walk away. There was also a nice walking trail along a pond and many shopping choices too. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will defiantly stay here the next time I am in Wichita.

This is a somewhat older property, so it doesn't have a new, bright and shiny feel. Yet it is totally adequate, clean, friendly, and has all you need. Staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and always greeted me pleasantly when I walked by. It is in an upscale area of Wichita with many amenities close by. The large lake behind the hotel is very nice, with a .43 mile walking/running path around it which I enjoyed using.

We had a family emergency/death in family. Most hotels in the city were booked for the River Walk. This hotel was perfect. We wanted to stay the entire trip, but it was booked for the remainder of our stay. The staff helped us find available hotels for the other nights.

Everything was great except for the beds. They were really hard and we barely slept. The hotel was very nice though and the breakfast was amazing. Restaurants and shopping right at your fingertips. Only Downside was the bed.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Wichita was very nice. Staff was great. Mattress could have been more comfortable given the nightly rate was over $100. Breakfast bar a bit pricey at $11. Hallway noise woke me up quite early in the morning for a Sunday. Property was in a great location near many businesses.

We stayed here with our 2 kids for a family vacation, and were very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool - it was great for them because they could both touch the bottom on at least part of the pool. The coffee was good. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

I selected this hotel because of the location, blocks from family. The room, facing the parking lot, was clean. The biggest issue was the 1 piece blanket. I wished the layers could be separated. The bathroom door in 119 did not close. I was traveling with my 88 year old mother so privacy wasn't a problem. We didn't have direct access to the lake, so had to walk in the grass after dark to relax and enjoy the view.

Internet service was down, water pressure was very low and hot water was not available I guess in my room that day because it was not working in my shower. Location was fine in an upper class shopping and dining area. Expected more from this hotel especially when your the only HGI in town. Probably will look elsewhere next time in town. This was my first and last stay here.

We needed a place to stay close to the venues for a basketball tournament, and wanted a Hilton property. Other than wishing breakfast was complimentary, we had no complaints and were very pleased with our stay. The neighborhood alone is worth the decision to stay at this hotel,

The service was wonderful. Rooms were clean and staff was very welcoming. We had a nice large room for family members to gather(all 100 of us) and with the lake right outside the door it was easy to take the children out for walks and to get great family pictures. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shopping

This is a very family oriented hotel. We did not use the indoor swimming pool but other family members did and it was fun. Also, the meeting room we were able to use was great. The complimentary breakfast bar had amazing food, as well as the continuous coffee, water, and cookie bar was appreciated. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

People are very friendly did a great job from check in to check out. The room was comfortable they did forget the extra pillows I asked for and forgot to tell me they went paperless so I would not get my bill under my door. They were very busy when I checked in and forgot to give me my breakfast coupons. I did not know I needed those for the breakfast which by the way remember breakfast is an extra charge here not included unless you buy the bed and breakfast deal.

While this is an older Hilton, the same great service and cleanliness has been maintained and we had a very comfortable stay. We did not eat dinner there, but did enjoy the breakfast. There were many choices for those who wanted a hearty breakfast of eggs and various breakfast meats to those who want a lighter breakfast like fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and a wide selection of breakfast breads.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, thank god. The hotel itself is nice, typical of a Garden inn. I stay at a Garden inn whenever I can, and I am a Diamond member. There was a basketball team on my floor, yelling and slamming doors until 1 in the morning. I had to get up at 6 in the morning. I called the front desk 3 times to have them quiet them down a bit. First time the Girl at the front desk said if she sees one of the parents she will let them know. Called back around 11:30. The g... Read more

This is the only hotel you need to stay in Wichita. Our multi-generational family was there for a Vietnamese wedding. The staff allowed us to borrow trays and red cloth napkins so we could arrive at the brides home traditionally. Housekeeping and front desk management worked together to allow us a very late checkout, so we could sleep in. The dining staff was very patient with our elderly family members. We found this quiet gem a nice place on our drive from NE Kansas to DFW based on its low weekend price. The pre check in on the HHonors App made check in a breeze. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the cook did a good job. The coffee was a bit on the cool side.

I had prepaid for my room. The staff was aware and were very accommodating. When I got to my room, it was an ADA compliant room. I did not request this type room and really don't care for the way these rooms are laid out. The breakfast provided is a step up from the "free" breakfasts that many chains provide, just not good enough to compete with a real breakfast restaurant just about 150 feet down the street. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Pool is great for a young family as the deep end is only 3.5' deep. The grounds are immaculate with a man-made lake and walking path right out the door from the pool. I am President of a religious organization in Wichita that has held religious services and a catered dinner at this Wichita Hilton property for the past two years (2015-16). On both occasions the service and food were spectacular and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I want to single out this year Sarah and Janie for providing fantastic supervision and assistance throughout our event, and to the food staff and the chef for the great food. Love this place!
