Alexis and Batman are really friendly and cooperative, and most of the other staff. I would like to continue my stay here and would for sure recommend others. The furniture is nice and new. The pool are is state of the art.

I stayed at this hotel on my recent business trip to Kansas. When I checked in, I was met by a very friendly front desk clerk with white rimmed glasses, Batman!!! The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything worked and the room was well stocked. This is a newer hotel.

Hotel is relatively new and very clean. Sometimes I have issues making reservations at the hotel because they have new people. Those people are real familiar with the reservation system. If I was going to complain about anything is the fact that they change their rates every day, which to me they all have basically same rate for those of us to spend a month a year at the hotel. I stayed almost 40 nights in this hotel in the last 12 months and I still can't get a regular rate. People are nice a... Read more

Driving east from Colorado, our family of four stopped for the night. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and really quiet!! A few things to keep in mind is there is no free breakfast and the beds are really high for little kids. Great stay!!

New hotel room is good comfortable bed is a tad high little bit hard to get into for those that are vertically challenged. The biggest reason for the average rating is that we were staying two nights and by 3 pm the room had not been cleaned. The excuse from management was that they had a full house. I said something to the cleaning staff and they did not take it upon themselves to finish the room before I went to the manager.

Our stay was enhanced by the comfortable bed, quiet room and cleanliness of the room. We received excellent service from "Jonn" each morning as our waiter for our breakfast. He is the best thing at Holiday Inn Salina! Thank you, Richard and Lisa Buse GB Dexters, Wahoo, NE

My stay here was amazing. First, the room itself was appealing. The bathroom was pristine and on the shower door handle hung a shower caddy formed of hand towels and face cloths. I would love to know how to make it for the guest bath at home. On Sunday, the organization had a breakfast planned for the wives; which I missed because I slept in a little. Gala Bloyd and the staff let me have my choice of the buffet or menu. The buffet was the perfect way to start the door. After I'd packed up a... Read more

This is a newer facility which is clean and fresh. Plan to use your own data if you stay in some areas. The wifi signal in our room was too poor to support any of our devices. Unlike a similar hotel nearby which serves a complimentary full hot breakfast, you must purchase your own here. They offer to sell you a $12 voucher for "only $6". A glance at the menu shows you may still need to bring a few bucks along if there is more than one persn. For the cost of the room, a hearty breakfast sho... Read more

Love the new look / branding of the HI chain. It seems to me Holiday Inn is trying to compete with Hyatt Place , or at least that's what this new HI reminded me of. Very clean, fresh, trendy. Don't expect free breakfast...HI is not known for that, nor is Hyatt Place. I didn't have any problems with the Internet, but the fitness machines were already getting creaky and showing signs of too much use.

This is a fairly new hotel and is very nice. The front desk clerk was wonderful . We had friends visit us in Salina, and there was a large area with comfortable chairs in which so sit and reminisce. The only things I would recommend changing would be the commode (we had a handicap accessible room and the toilet was one of the shorter models), and the curtains (they were the variety that didn't have a full blackout curtain that drew completely closed- only a thin, see-through veil). If we travel ... Read more

I've stayed here twice while on business in the area. the hotel is new and modern with a Burger Theory Bar and Grill inside the location. Check-In was easy with Batman at the front desk! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only gave 4 stars as the walls and floors seem to be a little thin because the people in the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants and noise from kids running in the hallway can be a little annoying. Burger Theory is a nice added touch. I enjoy having a bar and ... Read more

A very nice hotel. It appears new and it's clean, has a great little restaurant that closes at 10 so don't check in late an look for something to eat. I had to go down the block on a Friday night looking for the only restaurant in town open at 10:05 because I got there late. It's kind of hidden in Lows parking lot. Has a indoor pool. The rates by going through tripadvisor were better than with my discount card. They have an inexpensive breakfast buffet from 6:30 to 10 am. then regular priced me... Read more

This hotel is brand new (it is NOT the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, also in Salina). We found a decent price online and booked it before arriving, which was a good thing since they were sold out by the time we arrived later that evening. TIP: do not pre-pay for breakfast ($6) unless you have kids (which are free). Instead, do the 10% off as a hotel guest if you do end up eating in the restaurant. If you pre-pay, you will be charged all the hotel taxes and fees on your bill, which ends up cost... Read more

When on the road, I always abide by what I call "The 3 H's", Hyatt properties, Holiday Inn properties, and Hilton properties, pretty much in that order. As Hyatts are few and far between, Holiday Inns almost always get the nod. This is a brand new property so everything is sterling still. In my opinion, Holiday Inns have some of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows and this is no exception. There's an interesting burger restaurant inside with an intriguing menu that I did not try but look... Read more

After leaving the " The Arch " in St.Louis my Wife and I made it to The Holiday Inn in Salina,Ks. on our way to Dodge City. I think it was hotter here than St. Louis, but nice and cool inside. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Every Holiday Inn send you off with a good Breakfast, but here it was a notch above everyone else.Compliments to Lanny & Ashley. Well, time to hit the road to Dodge City. Steve & Deloris

As Salina is a frequent business layover destination for me, I had high hopes for this property when they opened up last year and it hasn't failed to disappoint. Debbie the GM has put together a top flight staff that welcome me every time I'm in town. Bret, Nicole, and the rest of the front of house staff are fun, friendly, and are always a treat to interact with at the end of a busy day. Arrived late for an early business meeting. Complex was beautiful and clean with ample parking for our truck and trailer. Location is close to a variety of shopping. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, it had been a long day and I can't say I was pleasant but they put me at ease and quickly had us in our room. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Slept like a rock and had a great breakfast delivered. Highly recommend this hotel!

This property is well managed and a great place to stay. Staff were friendly, rooms impeccable, and location was easy to get to. I didn't arrive in time to take advantage of it, but the menu for the on-site burger grill looked terrific. New property, so that's a plus. Very clean, spotless shower. Comfy beds and wonderful pillows, good Heat/AC system, good night's sleep. But it just didn't feel like the quality of a Holiday Inn. The bathroom is good for one person, but not so much for two. The closet - could not hang a dress or pants without it touching the safe on the shelf below. I was there on a windy night, and it wasn't quiet - almost like hearing the roofing material buckling and flapping in the wind. It didn't feel like t... Read more

We checked in to the hotel. Check in was great. We got the room we wanted. We were treated like king. Room was clean, nice comfortable. Bed was good to sleep in.Breakfast was great Our waitress was very nice. Only thing needs improvement was the buffet line. It did not have variety and food left was dry. so we had to order from the menu. Check out was also great. I think the manager should go and visit the front desk and tell them that they do very good job for us.

This is a really nice and brand new hotel in Salina. The lobby is huge and open and the front desk staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Check in was great and I always love the express check out when I leave. Rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable but the thing that is NOT user friendly is the heat/ac in the rooms.
