I travel a lot, and I'm very picky about where I stay. I like staying here because the price is always right, the shower massage FEELS like a massage, and the rooms are always clean. It's convenient to go wherever you need to go. There's no managers reception like some other hotels, but I would rather save money on the room. Indoor pool of that's what you like & a nice exercise room.

It's a good stay in general. Clean, great breakfast, good coffee station in lobby, pool, good size of room and stable Internet connection. There are no restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance.

The complimentary breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the room fridge actually large enough to hold food and drinks. The location is easily accessed from highway 177 and is close to shopping and the major roads leading to all areas of Manhattan.

Was a very pleasant place to stay. All the staff people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. In the early evening we had a delicious cookie for our snack! Made our stay enjoyable!

We had a wedding in town. The staff was extremely helpful in putting family together as much as possible and giving directions and other helpful items. We were able to sit in the lobby and visit a lot. Altogether we were very happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn.

I have stayed at this hotel over the past 10 years numerous times. It has always been and continues to be a great stay in Manhattan. My only advice is it is time for a cosmetic upgrade. There are several newer hotels in town and this hotel to stay competitive needs to upgrade. Hope they do as I prefer to stay in Hilton hotels over the competition.

I pulled into town around 11pm, exhausted from a busy day in the hot, summer sun. Check in was very fast, my room was nice and cool, and the reliable Hampton Inn bed was clean and comfortable. The next morning the shower was wonderful, good water pressure, spacious bathroom, clean, with wonderful towels. It's exactly what I have come to depend on from the Hampton Inn name. Breakfast was a little on the disappointing side but only because ham and eggs aren't my favorite breakfast foods. Othe... Read more

We definitely got an amazing room. It was expensive because it was the weekend of country stampede other wise it's well worth your money. We had no issues other than the breakfast wasn't the best. Overall would recommend.

We have stayed at The Hampton in Manhattan the last couple of years for Country Stampede. We always find the rooms very clean, the breakfast wonderful, and the staff so very polite. We look forward to staying again next year. I love the digital check in and being able to pick our own rooms. I highly recommend this Hampton to anyone staying in Manhattan.

This hotel was clean and well kept. However, the bed was really hard and not your typical Hampton Inn style bed. The breakfast was extremely picked over and not well stocked. Also the carpet in the hall ways was needing to be stretched as it was extremely lumpy.

This hotel is easy to get to, just off of main roads. The room with a King "study" set up was very spacious, with a couch, chair, ottoman, and desk in addition to the King sized bed. The bed and pillows made for a very comfortable night. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff are friendly and helpful from assisting with reservations to even letting me use their printer with a thumb drive that would not fit into the guest lobby computer. Generally cannot go wrong with Hampton Inn and my experience at this particular Hampton has consistently been good.

A very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! They had breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, create your own waffle with chocolate chips, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrup in addition to the regular maple. Bagels, bread, pastries, oatmeal with mix-ins such as almonds, cinnamon/sugar, mixed dried fruits. Yogurts, fresh fruit, cereal. Apple and Cranberry juices, milk, coffee. Rooms were good size. Motel is very dated in need of upgrade, there were urine stains on toilet lid when I arrived one of the beds had hair on the sheets. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and floor. I was very surprised of the condition of this Hampton inn. I have stayed in several other Hampton inn's around the nation. I usually seek out a Hampton inn due to cleanliness. I will not stay at the Manhattan Hampton inn nor recommend it. Staff was nice hotel is dirty and very dated.

It is a typical Hampton hotel, but I thought the carpets were pretty nasty and the hotel has an old smoky odor. I smell it often in hotels that used to offer smoking, but haven't fully renovated since making it a smoke free hotel. I am not sure that is the case here, but I wasn't happy with the smell. Those are a couple of major issues for me, but you may not have the same issue. The rest of the hotel was pretty clean and the service was okay.

We had excellent care and service during our Manhattan Hampton visit and would recommend this hotel. The access to local venues was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and varied daily. We accessed the fitness center to keep up with our exercise programs and the room was large. Wifi access was much needed and appreciated.

Best hotel we ever stayed out!!! Staff went above and beyond the call of duty, especially Assistant General Manager Kim Lake. My family traveled from Tennessee to Kansas for a family reunion (7/2 - 7/4). We arrived early and Ms. Kim welcomed us with open arms, and allowed my children to swim in the pool and made us feel at home until our rooms were ready. All staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming at all times. Rooms were clean, linen was fresh, breakfast was awesome, pool was clean and... Read more

The hotel was better than average. The staff was nice. The breakfast is the best part of the stay. You get a lot of choices - waffles, scrambled eggs, muffins, cereal, etc. Unfortunately, this Hampton does not provide cookies on Friday or Saturday nights. We've stayed at much busier Hamptons where it was a daily event. That was our one disappointment. The rooms were average. No big frills, but it is comfortable. It could stand to have some updates (caulking in the bathroom had seen better days,... Read more

The hotel was nice with great customer service. The first room I was in had a few issues, I went to the front desk and was immediately given another room. The agent was very apologetic for the inconvenience. My second room was fine. I slept very well that night. I love the pillows. They were very firm which is the way I like them... Breakfast was good the next morning...The breakfast attendant was super nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Our grandson was playing baseball in Manhattan. We took other grandchildren and stayed overnight. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel with complimentary breakfast and a swimming pool. The breakfast consisted of several choices which were very good. The swimming pool was a bit chilly but kids swam anyway. I wish they had had a hot tub. But for the price it was a great place to stay.

Clean rooms, pool area and workout room were spotless. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the breakfast wasn't all that great. No scrambled egg(just hard boiled), No bacon, just sausage. Coffee was little more then flavored water. I chose the hotel based on the fact that breakfast was included and ended up at a coffee shop in the end anyway! My immediate and extended family was in town for a race at Kansas State University. Hilton Gardens is where we normally stay. Since it was full my brother and I chose the Hampton Inn. This Hampton facility is a bit dated in appearance but all that is outweighed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff who made my family's stay there as comfortable as possible. First off, I will admit that this was the first time ever staying at a Hampton Inn, but felt good about it (largely bc of the price point) being in the Hilton chain. Based on comps in the area with quite a span, I did not know what to expect; but was pleasantly surprised from the moment that we drove up late Friday night. Check-in was simplistic (went through TravelAdvisor to use Booking.com) & fast; parking lot was well lit; and everything was pretty quiet, since Poyntz is a fairly busy road. I... Read more
