Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient location. Clean, quiet, hospitable.... The parking was a big plus! Very nice private lot/garage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was a little firm for my taste but that's the only slight negative I can even think of! I'm a very frequent visitor to the kc area and this ranks as one of my very favorite places I've stayed.

I stayed here during a quick trip to Kansas City. This hotel is just a few miles from the Power and Light district in Kansas City, MO. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel offers a nice bar and on site restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I also enjoyed the fitness center and indoor pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting K.C.

We arrived 1.5 hours after check-in time, but our room was not ready. Then the clerk proceeded to try and talk me out of the handicapped accessible room I had booked. when we got to the room, the carpet was dirty, and the refrigerator was turned off. My husband is diabetic so we needed to store his insulin. I turned it on high and it was cold by the time we returned from dinner about 3 hours later. Staff couldn't get room correct and due to full booking, I paid for my children to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR! Additionally, when we arrived (late in the evening); we heard gun shots not far away. News indicated two men had been shot in their yard. The hotel itself is nice but the neighborhood is NOT good. We took every single thing we owned into the room at night for fear the car would be vandalized or broken into. Wouldn't stay here again if it were FREE.

The rooms were small and crowded. Bed was very uncomfortable and inoperative. The bed frame expended into walking areas causing us to trip. Door keys continued to fail. Very limited handicap parking spaces; some taken by hotel staff. Smoking was allowed even though signs indicate otherwise. Some of the hotel staff seemed inexperienced and spoke broken English. Hard to understand and hear.

We stayed at the Hilton garden Inn for just one night in prep to our flight from KCI airport and we wanted to have a quick visit to town. The location is in a good spot for both, close to Kansas City downtown and a fair drive from KCI. The hotel is pretty standard, but, they do have good breakfast options.

I'm a fan of Hilton Garden Inn hotels. Easy layout, usually the same style. When you see one, you've seen them all. The parking is good, huge lot across the street and garage behind the building. The location is a stone's throw to interstate to get into KCMO. I stay here when I travel to KC, great choice in accommodations.

This was a nice stay for the $85 discounted rate that I got. Breakfast was not included (and quite pricey). The room was nicely appointed and clean. It was much smaller than other Hilton Garden Inns I've visited in other cities. The king bed had a worn mattress that was very uncomfortable. Overall great for the rate.

Very close to KC MS downtown. Don't be alarmed that it is in the state of Kansas. Most five minutes with car to KC MS downtown. It has been fully renovated in 2015 and changed ownership. This place has covered free garage. The place is very quiet even so the KC KS fire department is across the street, but I heard trucks run out once or twice during many months of staying at this place. This was a standard Hilton Garden Inn when it comes to layout and looks of the lobby. It was a great location and it was an especially great price. Parking was convenient and easy to access. The bed linens were a little worn and need to be updated. The rooms are slightly smaller than normal, but I assume this is due to it being a location downtown. They were still completely adequate. Overall, I recommend.

We stayed here for a weekend in KC to catch a Royals game, hit Boulevardia, and spend a night at P&L. Needless to say we did not look closely enough at the location of the hotel. It's a bit off (not walking distance) from P&L and Westport but it was easy to grab an uber. The rooms are very clean, nice beds and pillows. Overall good stay for the price.

This is a nice property and I had a good stay there. The front desk and restaurant staff were nice. There seems to be an employee issue currently with the house keeping staff. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our room was nice. The king sized bed was comfortable and had a dial on the side to adjust firmness. There was a Keurig in the room along with mini fridge and microwave. In fact, everything was just like the pictures on Trip Advisor (which is sometimes not the case with hotels). And, it took less than 15 minutes to drive to the City Market, Power & Light District, and Crossroads Arts District for food and entertainment.

I stayed here for one night for business in August 2016. The room was nice and clean, but seemed a little dated. The walls were a little thin as I could hear the discussions taking place next door. I grabbed this for a very good deal last minute from a discount hotel website. While it suited my needs great, just a decent place to crash on a cross country road trip, there are a few things others should be aware of. First, it is in a very marginal neighborhood. Stayed here for one night. Pros * Easy to get to from highway * Close drive to some nice resturants * Covered (free!) parking * Bar downstairs with good offerings that were decently priced * Modern and new looking My only "complaint" was that the fire alarm went off twice at 4 am with no real explanation from the front desk upon checkout -- that was a little frustrating.
