Really good room-208- but the water flow in the sink was minimal. I think the faucet was limed up? My wife and I and and SIL had 2 rooms- good beds ,good shower, big TV, big refrigerator- clean- nice lady at the desk... good breakfast also .

I spent a night here to and from my Crested Butte, Colorado ski trip. I was able to get a room for myself without reservation. The room was clean and odor-free. Though the head board could use some dusting as a thin coat of dust layered it. The bed was comfortable and the towel's are soft. The only complaint I had was they stop serving breakfast at 9:30am and not at 10am like all of other hotels I had stayed in my past experience. The front desk receptionist never mentioned to me when I ch... Read more

On our way to OK and we needed a place for an overnight stay and this place is a good one. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and loved the strong pressure of their shower, it massaged my back! Very pleased with this place!

Great place to stay. Room was great. This hotel actually had real plates and silverware for breakfast. Also restaurant for dinner. If ever travel through kansas again we would stay. All comfort Inn are usually nice . We had a king suite. The room had recently been remodeled. Very nice. Plenty of room.

Stayed here due to storm blowing through. Had ground floor pet friendly room. Room could use some updating. Carpet, looked dingy, doors, some furniture messing wood around edges. etc. Tub and shower looked fairly new.Thought it was room rate was high for the area. But all in all a decent room. 99.00 plus tax for pet room. Choice properties always have great pillows. Steak house was excellent. Didn't eat breakfast here.

We had a decent stay here. Seemed like some of the rooms must be smoking, the air in the hallways wasn't very fresh; our room however was fine. The pool and exercise room is open 24 hrs a day; it's away from all rooms so there's no noise issues to worry about. Our room was a king suite with separate living room. It was spacious and clean. There's also a full hot breakfast included! We would stop here again for sure!

We stayed in room 219 for AARP price of $104 and tax. This was a nicely maintained hotel, easy to find off the interstate and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet, too. Family style restaurant nearby. Our only complaint was that there was no elevator, it being an older renovated (very well) property. They should really add one. Otherwise, it was a fine visit.

Nice casual place to rest , room was good , restaurant was good , one of the only with a hot tub which was great on a poor back that's been driving for 10 hours. Continental breakfast was better than most. Overall good place to stay. I would stay again.

We stopped here on our journey across i70. It was clean, quiet, and affordable. The breakfast the next morning was tasty. It comes from the Village Inn across the parking lot. There is a playground within walking distance that my son enjoyed. The staff was also courteous and kind. Would recommend a stay here.

When you are driving across I-70, sometimes you just need a quiet place to spend the night. Our family was headed to Colorado and we stopped here around 11:00 at night. We had two rooms that were clean and comfortable. In the morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast before hitting the road. There were several hot food choices as well as cereals, breads, and fresh fruit. We would make this our halfway stopping point the next time we make the trip.

I booked this hotel via name your own price on Priceline and got a good deal. After checking the reviews on TA, I was a bit concerned as someone mentioned that they didn't have an elevator. Truth is, they do! IThey added it last year.) In a nutshell, this is a good, decent, basic hotel. Pros: -Great staff. Very friendly and attentive -Clean, good sized & comfortable rooms -Quiet when away from elevator -HVAC worked great -Excellent breakfast! Seriously, great biscuits and gravy and real eggs... Stopped here on our way to Colorado. Nothing fancy, but a clean and quiet place to sleep for the evening and shower for the morning. The desk staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. The only complaint is the shower head is SUPER low in the bathroom. I am 5'7" and it was basically at eye level. No bid deal for me and the kids but annoying for my husband.

Felt claustrophobic in the hallways, too tight for me and felt dark - we always stay at Comfort Inns and this was a sadder one than others. Breakfast was fine, the room far too tiny and the pool, too. Busy and crazy on a Friday night. Was directed to our entrance "twenty yards" down the front of the building. Was actually 10 feet...?? Clean, but I'd check other options next time.

It was a comfortable place to stay but the price was more than the Hampton Inn down the road. We've stayed at the Hampton Inn 3 times & I am always pleased with it but I was meeting my brother -in-law and he choice the Comfort Inn because of location. There are several restaurants, stores, small playground within walking distance of it. However, it would be cheaper to save the price difference in the rooms and drive the !/2 a mile to them. Also the Hampton Inn has neutrogena soaps which smelled ... Read more

I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. The housekeeping staff were super nice and helpful. And did a good job of keep the room clean. However, the rooms are tired and need to be updated. The price for the room was high and the hotel was booked with students on a trip for part of the time we were there. The breakfast room was small and selection fairly limited.

Not what I expect from Comfort Inn. Always stay at Choice Hotel properties and have no problem. Colby Comfort Inn was nowhere near what I usually experience. Dirty bathtub, sink wouldn't drain and something spilled all over end of headboard.

Went to check in and to wait over 15 minutes while front desk clerk was visiting with three friends in lobby . I didn't mind but thought she would wrap it up when she saw me standing there. I finally said something to her when four more groups of people were standing behind me waiting to check in . All of the waiting customers were asking isn't anyone here to check us in? When I interrupted her fun she started to check us in but when she gave key card to room I had to stop her to ask where it wa... Read more

This hotel was picked primarily because it is pet friendly. It is better classified as pet tolerant. The green space for pets is actually behind the hotel, across the street at the Petro station. The room was clean enough, but had an odor. If hotels are going to charge a pet fee for having to clean extra, then I believe the room should be cleaned accordingly and not just pocket the fee. I would only stay here again only if there was no other option.

On our way from Lee's Summit to Estes Park, CO for our 30th Anniversary trip, we stopped at Comfort Inn in Colby. We found friendly service with clean and modern rooms. We actually booked another room at a later date for our stop on the way back home.

The hotel is obviously not so new and hallways were quite dim with dark carpeting. The bathroom was very small area with a small sink area outside. The air conditioner was an old one and a little noisy. You could not pick the temperature you wanted but rather a range of hot or cold. Wall of the hotel are paper thin. We were in a pet room with our dog who does not make a sound but next door were two dogs barking a good part of the night. Good news, the tv was new and the remote worked although n... Read more

Good clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Great hot breakfast, eggs not the preformed egg patties) sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, breads, sweets and cereals. I forgot to inform the desk attendant that the parking lot lights weren't on. We'll definitely stay there again!

After trying to call ahead and make reservations while driving along I-70, and not finding any vacancies, we pulled into this Comfort Inn to see if there was any rooms available at 8pm on a Wednesday night. To our surprise, there were a few rooms available and the room we got was immaculate and very spacious. To our surprise the bedding smelled fresh and clean. This was the quietest hotel I have been in even though our room was right next to the stairs. This is a jewel on the Kansas western... Read more

When undertaking a long-haul drive across I-70 and into the Great Plains, Colby is pretty much the only game in town for hundreds of miles; if it's dark or getting there when you pass through -- stop. The city offers a variety of lodgings easily accessible from the freeway exits. I chose the Comfort Inn mainly for its proximity to a gas station and a Village Inn right across the parking lot, and was pleasantly surprised to discover I'd lucked into a place of real quality. Check-in without a prio... Read more

We stayed here on October 7th on our way to Las Vegas. We stayed in 4 different hotels in the Choice Hotels group on this trip, and this was the best of the 4. We stayed in a standard king nonsmoking room. The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel was easy to get to and convenient to I-70. The pool and hot tub area is open 24/7 which was nice after 9 hours of driving. This Comfort Inn is a nice motel, comfortable bed, clean and convenient. Traveling on our way from Colorado Springs to Maryville, MO, it was a great place to stop for the night. They have a steakhouse attached to the motel, which was very convenient. Our meal with very good. A little pricey for out in the middle of no where, but a good stop overall.

The staff was helpful and friendly when we checked in late, however we were given the room right over the entry door to the hotel. It was quite loud and disturb ing especially since we got in so late. We talked to the front desk when asked about our stay and the response was oh I usually don't put people in that room.

We haft a wonderful stay in a very nice suite. Large TV in both rooms, air worked great. Wall paper in the bathroom needs some work. My one complaint though was the water pressure, when some flushed somewhere else, the water actually stopped flowing. Other then the water, everything was fanatic. The staff were very helpful and the room was quite with all the amenities.
