This has to be the worst place to stay in Leavenworth. No one on front desk, dirty towels, no breakfast or even coffee. I will never stay in this motel again. I tried to contact anyone who seemed to have authority to do anything, however, to no avail. Do not stay here.

Worst motel experience ever! Arrived with my 80 year old mother around midnight after a long day traveling. We were asked if we wanted a room with one bed or a room with two beds. I said one bed would be fine if it was a big bed. The guy said it would be a king size bed. I repeated to him, "It will be a king size bed, right?" He replied, "Yes, a king bed." Dirty, poor maid service, rooms and facilities in state of disrepair, I could go on but the bottom line is that if you stay here, you'll be sorry you did. Oh, did I mention the strong smell of cigarettes in our no smoking room.

The people were very nice and helpful. I was told the cost up in Kansas should be lower than what I am used to in Atlanta. That is not the case for hotels. Much more expensive. Maybe 25% more. I saw a lot of negative reviews. What are people expecting – it is the Econo-Lodge! It is inexpensive. It is an old property and the property is not in the best shape. The staff do their best. My bed was very comfortable and sheets were very clean. I had no difficulties sleeping there. I have... Read more

The room we were given had broken door locks, the door itself had been kicked in my someone prior to our arrival. The idiot at the front desk gave us the room knowing the room was not safe/secure but because it had a HD tv. I had to threaten to contact Corporate office to get my refund then only got partial refund. I have contacted corporate office. This place is not ever owned by Americans
