When I checked in I asked what the TOTAL price was including pet-fee and taxes, it was $135,- , the next morning they added the pet-fee and taxes and billed my card $167,- . If I had known it was going to be that amount I would not have stayed. It's over priced , no fridge or microwave in the room.

Poor internet connection, used sheets. Will never stay in Comfort Inn again. We travel back and forth to Denver each year. Stay in a lot of hotels. I informed this hotel and never heard back. There is no excuse for this. Had we knowthere were clothes left in the bed before we woke up to discover the fact, we would have left immediately. Also, the Internet service was non existent. When we called the front desk the girl told us "well no one else has complained".A hotel advertizing internet servi... Read more

Our check in experience was terrible, they had our room booked under the wrong NAME, there was no room for us, we were told by a very rude lady named Laura, "that's to bad but I don't know what to tell you there's no room for you" The room was already paid for! When it took calling the manager X3 to finally locate our room. The room was nicely redone, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand, literally smelled like death and poor choices. Sadly out of all the hotels in this area, ... Read more

was not very clean,, dirty tissues in one of the beds, a used wash cloth on top of shower head, apparently tis room was not cleaned as it should have been. Front desk personnel were apologetic, cut this did not make up for the mess in the room.

Our stay here was quick, but everything was fine with us. We didn't get to have breakfast, so I don't know about that. All was clean, which matters most to us. I can't say the desk staff was friendly. In fact, she was a little curt with us. No biggie there. Would stay there again.

We spent one night here, and would stay again if passing through. The staff was helpful, the room clean, and in very good condition. The only down side is that our room faced a 24-hour truck wash facility, and we could hear trucks' starting, stopping, and air brakes until quite late at night.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Decent sheets and towels. I would say I got exactly what I paid for. Great stop for a business trip or a quick overnight stay. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Public areas were clean. Only complaint is the desk lady talked my ear off. Usually I don't mind visiting but I had an injured foot and really just wanted to get off my feet.

I got a night's rest. Got up to take a shower and guess what happened? Some of the soap that I rinsed off caused a slippery tub. I actually fell out of the shower and injured my ribs and my head. I turned the event into to the front desk upon departure. I am still sore after a month. It has caused me to not do any of my physical activities to this point. Recommend that safety stickers non skid be placed in the tub bottoms.

I found the rooms clean and comfortable. Available WiFi was great to check ahead on weather, trip details with family and catch up email. Breakfast is very good and no need to search out another restaurant for that in the morning. Check out is smooth. Staff are courteous and helpful even if you roll in at midnight to get a room.

We had been driving quite a bit and stopped here for the night - too tired to go on. The rug needed cleaning - I wore my socks because there was something sticky on it. The shower had visable mold and needed to be bleached....the toilet arm on the inside had broken off - my husband rigged a coat hanger so we could flush it. The lady on desk apologized and said I'd have to write to the manager - this is on our list of places to skip.

We stayed one night in a king bed room on the 3rd floor, check in was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. The second and third floor smells like cigarette smoke really bad. Check in was great but as soon as we got on our floor it smelled like cig smoke in the hallway and room. I smoke (outside only) and was bothered by it, so we opened the window and sprayed the room a bit. It was a long day on the road and i did not have the energy to complain.
